Such unprofessional hospital especially the counter 2 ladies were so proud can't even ask them things clearly they don't want to answer properly. If it is about money then so fast in asking. The 1st day they told to come tomorrow 6:30 I went they told tomorrow 5:30 I went still doctor is not available asking again to come 1pm again. I don't have time to waste I am also working and need to adjust my sleep and time. I wish I didn't even visit for the consultant in the first place. Especially teach some manners to the 2 ladies counter we have spent so much money for the treatment let them show so some empathy to the patients.

This hospital is really bad! My mom was admitted there because she had a stone operation , next day it was holi we wanted nurse to come because my mom wanted some treatment guess what there was no one available we went to the reception and it was all empty there was no one in the hospital and when we asked the worker where are the doctors and staff of the hospital the worker said they are playing holi upstairs , like what? Is this how you all treat your patient's? Someone could also die?!? And the doctors are playing holi doing party? This was really not acceptable i think i should complaint against it and after some time a nurse came all covered with colours? Someone's could also be allergic to it and infection too and some nurses were even drunk?!!!!!!!!! This is so irresponsible guys and the doctor's themselves don't know if they are doctor all drunk? This is a very bad irresponsible reckless hospital kindly don't go there

One of the pathetic hospital I ever visit. They care about only money. There was no doctor and all the operation is handled by inexperienced nurses who even don't know how to talk properly with patients. No proper bed, unhygienic washroom and rooms but still they will charge you as maximum as possible. I admitted my father they took all the samples but still after 24 hrs reports were not ready. When I asked for reports they said it is getting ready when I asked about doctor they said not in hospital. After long waiting doctor came for hardly 2mins to see that the patient is alive or dead. During billing they also charged me extra fee saying doctor came to see your father, "SERIOUSLY"🙁 I even don't want to give single star to that hospital.

Hey I had minor typhoid. Now they were like behind forcing to admit. Midnight around 2 AM I came into OPD and doctor was not knowing what lymph nodes are and why did it swell. Later multiple tests were written At 10AM I came to collect my reports- to my surprise I was told m Typhoid positive. So visited supretendent. Now he says "Yash" you are hypertension patient please get admitted and also you have typhoid. We will review and only one test is required is Lipid Test. Lol, that was when business started. Questions when typhoid was detected and I had high blood pressure how come today my bp be normal for entire day? Why BP waa different in 3 different minutes day before? Why Lipid test was required. Okay even cor exception, I considered it. Then I had given Dengue Test + Typhi dot+ malaria test+ XRay + Urine Test + Ultrasound +LCFRCf test + etceven Ultrasound doctor was laughing why ita required. He asked I was operated or what or m i having stones 🤣. Now comes scam.. Post this all ended and evening has come. Worst experience ever as per me. Recenty got my friend admitted there named SHIYALI SHARMA. There is no co ordination among the staff and the behaviour of the nurses is worth spitting. They even made a fake bill of Rs. 560 and shouted on us when we asked what this bill was for. The pharmac y department too is ill behaved. The nurses do not know how to be polite with the patients and are least bothered about guiding people regarding the procedure.. Visit this hospital, only if you want to waste your money. Worst hospital with high charges is nestiva. I do not know the name of that worst nurse who was ill behaved and seemed like an illiterate but she was on morning duty and was sitting outside the general ward reception with a nurse called Aamna todayy i.e 30th August 2021.

Very bad services not happy at all even I blessed with baby boys from here. Back Hand services and behavior is too poor. Tarrif is too high as per standard maintained by him. Try to deal in cash only even not accepting any credit cards. I am booked semi pvt room with twin shareing and they admitted viral fever person in same room with new born baby. Not any ventilation in room and bathroom is also shared with general wards.

One of the worst hospital I ever visited ,they are like the thugs who snatches money from the Innocent. My father dialysis is going on their from last 8 months ,they used to manuplate reports to earn money from dialysis patient by transfuse blood they hadalso done this with my father 4 to 5 times and after manipulate the reports they say we will not do any dialysis till you transfuse blood and charges money for blood which were comission based . Due to frequent blood transfusion ,now my father is suffering from hepatitis b and I think I should sue them for this or go legally . Please don't go their they are just pathetic.

Pathetic service. I went for blood sample test at 8:30AM before breakfast and another test after 2 hrs (10:30PM). Took half-day, Came straight from office for result and it wasn't ready. Tired and exhausted. Now, it's 7:44 PM. Poor Service.

I've visited this hospital after one of my friend suggested this one. Firstly the ambiance is really good for patients. Their healing method is very nice. The doctors are also very helpful and supporting. Even the staff is very well behaved. And it's really not very expensive.overall this hospital provides very good facilities at very friendly budget.

Came here for my sister surgery.Thank you so much Dr Amit team..Dr Sowmya and all OT team...Icu team ...Ward staffs team ....pharmacist .....Billing team ...GDA ...even being a small hospital , the service provide is satisfactory ....the surgery was provided with affordable price ...Thank you Nestiva team....but the general ward toilet is really bad and dirty .😀

Visited on 25 th oct 2023 .. Patatic hospital full of cockroach charging 3600 for a day....toilet has no lock system and has no maintenance...day light robbery clearly told the doctor that we will be leaving after one day an keep on informing the incharge n doctor but they keep us on hold till 9 pm with silly excuses... And later charged for 2 complete...hope karma will hit them back for looting the poor people.....

Overall experience was very pleasant. Specially i will recommend Dr. Amit Chaudhary, he is well professional and and expert in medicine. Good and systemic facilities being provided. Staffs are well mannered and professional to deal with the people and patients. No issues with the service on medical point of view. Best hospital . . Small nursing home with all basic medical needs. Situated in narrow lane of munirka village. Not easy to reach in emergency conditions if u r not residing nearby.

I took my wife to Nesitva in critical condition with heart probelm and final stage pregnancy as othe hospital said it's very risky operation. But finally the operation was safe and we blessed with baby girl and both are safe.We got 100% support from the staff and doctors like Dr.Garima goya, Dr. Amit Chaudhary and all all other cardio and other nurses. Do not visit this hospital if you want to get cured . "Fake Doctors and Nurses very Unprofessional". They'll get you admitted for nothing and charge you huge amount of money. They just want your money they don't care about your health.

I have admitted my wife on the last week of August 2023, Dr. On Duty Mr. Dr. Anurag was not friendly with patient he looks like he is really in a bad mood not even an eye contact, Mr. Male nurse duty at night was so rude, Some of the billing dept. Keep pushing for advance aleveey after 2days thou I have paid 6600/- as advance. I force my wife to get discharged from the hospital thou her Platelets count was only at 40 their hospitality services are totally out of the hospital main MISSIION which they have hang it on the basement counter. So much of Cockroaches around the hospital. They need to train their staff the real meaning of what hospitality is? Pathetic services and very much delayed in treatment.. if you complaint for something they just don't care about it. Over all a we had experienced a very bad experienced

Worst hospital especially drReema (duty doctor) she doesn't know anything. She gave wrong advise to my mother about medicine and now mother is vomiting since 12 hrs . She doesn't know dosage of medicine. They are keeping unskilled doctor and playing with lives of patients. The two ladies sitting on reception counter are the worst humans in that hospital. They talked so rudely when i enquired about visit of consulting doctor. I request hospital management to please hire some skilled Nd experienced doctors. They are playing with lives of patients who trust on doctors so blindly
