Powermax is the worst fitness company. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE. Especially their treadmills. We got TDA-111 in Feb 2021. Within a month, the power buttons started acting up. We could not call any service because of covid. When we finally did, their serviceman says buy a stabilizer, do not use the machine for more than 15 mins continuously etc. I wrote to their customer care and CEO too, but no response - very shoddy company! A faulty treadmill is a life threat but clearly the company doesn't care. Which is why I am leaving reviews on every powermax forum so that customers are aware and do end up wasting their hard-earned money on this brand, if you can call it a brand that it.

I had a terrible and pathetic experience after purchasing powermax treadmil. Sharing my experience with the machine that I bought 4 months back. From the first week of usage there was noise coming from the shockers. After repeated calls trying to contact the customer care centre, the technician who visited adjusted some nuts and bolts and said it will be 100% fine. Yet again, the problem kept persisting. Multiple technicians were assigned but in vain when finally the shockers were to be replaced and when the last technician was assigned he came to rectify the problem without the new shockers and again adjusted the nuts and bolts.They are really testing my patience as my problem is still not resolved and i never boggled my mind over a machine for as longn as 4 months now. WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR PURCHASING ANY EQUIPMENT AS THEY JUST KNOW HOW TO. KEEP TOLLING THE PROBLEM THE CUSTOMER IS HAVING. One word- PATHETIC!

Excellent treadmill with multi function , great value for money . Prompt installation. Loving it

in last2 years, I have paid almost 10k extra for repairing treadmill. sometimes they say PCB is not working and you have to pay extra, when the PCB get replaced they say the problem is in the motor now and when the motor is replaced they say now the problem is in Motherboard. When all is replaced and again the treadmill is not working they say now your warranty is expired, please pay 5000 extra.

I was confused about choosing the treadmills for home use from the lots of treadmills in market. Finally, after thorough research, I found STH 5800 Sparnod which is best suitable for me. I visited Sparnod showroom in Ghitorni New Delhi and met Mr. Shakeel Khan, showroom head. He thoroughly described the features of all the treadmills of Sparnod and helped me to decide the best as per my need. He is a great human being, polite and having excellent knowledge of the products. I appreciate his patience during my visit as I visited in late hours and the showroom closing time has already been over. The product delivered in time as promised by Mr. Shakeel Khan. Even, he arranged the installation on the same day inspite of delivery of the product after 4 PM. The installation was done by Mr. Vikky and he also explained the every bit of functions of treadmill in detail. Mr Shakeel Khan called me again and enquired if there is any problem. His follow up after product delivery is appreciable. The product is doing good as of now. Thank you Sparnod and special thanks to Mr. Shakeel Khan.

Beware of POST SALES service. Within few months of usage the MCB fuzed out. They obviously use 3rd party vendor as their technician so dont expect great service and recommendation. They can take over a month to get a part repaired. They DONT replace part during warranty. Bdw, i an still waiting for the part.

Checked out this product initially in the website.The product I brought was STH 5700. I was initially apprehensive to buy it online. However, seeing the product specification in Sparnod website, I contacted Mr Satish Pandey. He guided me throughout and helped me to complete the purchase smoothly. I purchased the product through sparnod website. Product was delivered through courier within 5 days. Good customer support from Sparnod and Mr Satish Pandey. When the product was recieved, the motor cover had a crack in it. I contacted Mr Satish. I have been informed that the Spare motor cover has been dispatched. Overall, good response from the company till now. Product is good and finishing is good. Very easy to use. Good to run on. Really liking the product .

Do not buy the product. Not worth a penny. The machine is making noise since the time of installation (5 months back). I've raised numerous complaints. The service guys couldn't guess the problem and played hit and try. Everytime after their visit when the problem arises, and l the service guys advise us to contact company for the replacement of the part, the company sends another guy who tries to fool us.. 7 different service guys have visited us already. Poor product Poor service

Extremely disappointing. Bought a cross trainer. Received an unsafe machine that is bio-mechanically faulty, hurts the joints and makes a cracking sound. Bought by my mother but she had to travel after buying and couldn’t test. I tested albeit later. Within 10 days we asked to replace for another machine but were extremely put off by a lack of return policy on their website and poor behaviour of Satish on this matter who enforced whatever self made policy worked this situation. Did not get a refund or replacement. Left with the faulty machine that is of no use to us. Never buying from here again. Please try other providers or amazon that care more for their customers.

First review- Bought 4950 AC treadmill .Excellent explaination by Mr Khan on every aspect ie budget,use,time etc service is good till date.13 days without any problems. It is used by four persons. Started using at speed 5-6 km/ hr with 15%incline for an hour to two. Only one issue that after stopping ,the decline makes noise like hammer. Any suggestions?Will review after 6 weeks after my speed will be increased with duration. The real test will begin after that....
