SCAM!! Beware if you are willing to buy anything from Blinglane's site! I highly regret ordering customized necklace from this site(the biggest mistake of mine) which made me to deal with the worst customer care team specially trained for not replying to customers’ emails and calls. Unfortunately zero/negative star option is not available. +No proper update on whereabouts of the order. +Delivered faulty product with so much purposeful delay so I asked for refund as per their policy clearly written on their website. +Despite of getting the product returned at their warehouse, intentionally delayed to acknowledge the same. +Did the drama of initiating the refund which I was supposed to receive within 2-7 business days. It’s been 12 days I haven’t received or heard anything from them. And now I’ve lost the hope that I’ll get back my money by looking at their CARELESS attitude. All the best whoever is willing to buy from this FRUAD website as you’ll be going to deal with an expert in lying & giving explanations instead of trying to fix the issue and extremely unprofessional customer care & management team. Hats off to such a CUSTOMER-DECEPTIVE TEAM I’ve ever seen! NEVER GONNA BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Wise people, please IGNORE THESE CHEATERS if you don’t want to waste your money & time as well.

Have ordered one ring on 31st August, and since then, I am mailing the team for status updates. All team Blinglane is doing is sending an automated email, assuring mail back within 24hrs, and simply not responding afterwards. One executive sends robotic emails ONLY as per his convenience, and with zero regard of the delay in shipment. Today is 1st October. The status is still "clearing customs" from the last 10 days. I am sure their product quality must be outstanding, but after experiencing their worst shipping and customer care response, I am not ordering anything from this company in future.

The products are beyond perfection.. I bought trice.. Will buy again till too old to operate the phone. One thing I want to say that they take 1 month to deliver. That's a disappointment. But after receiving the product you will just forget about everything... So minimal so good quality and very much comfortable. Also the packaging is sooo good... Super happy.. and damn satisfied 😍😍

Hi, I don't give product reviews at all. But I felt like I should give one for Blinglane, since I have bit of a story with them. I ordered their product "Little Black ring" , which is delivered from their Hong-kong warehouse. It usually takes 1 month to get to India, but my order was stuck in customs inspection. I mailed them 4 times for my order status since it is prepaid, but they still assured me of the delivery and asked me to rest assured. And surely, when I saw the product, it satisfied my taste- it is small, beautiful and elegant, looks same as displayed. And now, i have reordered the same ring as a gift.

beautiful unique pieces of jewelry at a very good price point , finishing is very perfect and plating is long lasting. i had got a customised name necklace in gold plating and its been over 6 months i wear it while bathing n never took it off still the color looks new and shinny. very good quality product. just 1 con is the deliver is very very late over a month please make is fast delivery then its all perfect.

The product and packaging was excellent and of top quality the special request of including a personal message was met, just upset because it took nearly 34 days to deliver. A thicker chain would be perfect but the one provided is acceptable. Thank you guys soo much my partner loved it a lot.

Bought from the store thinking it will be sterling silver and will not tarnish. However, the bracelet has turned blue in some places. I have not even worn it many times. The chain has also turned black completely and has lost its shine. Not happy with the purchase, don't think this is sterling silver.

The product itself was good, but the delivery took over a month, without any proper updates on the tracking. I was under the impression I have been scammed for so long, had to call customer services just to track the order. The earrings are nice but the delivery can be improved by a long shot.

The products are amazing… I have already ordered more than 7 times in the last 1 year. It is great as gifts. Beautiful minimal jewellery. Moreover the packaging is one point to highlight. I have not seen any other brand jewellery coming in such a cool packaging..

Their products might be amazing but the delivery service is one of the worse I have experienced. I requested for a cancel and refund when my product was not delivered after a month from the order date. They agreed to refund but now the product is on its way while I am not even in that address anymore!!! I mean, it's absurd. Blinglane team, if you are listening I request you to initiate a refund and stop the product from being delivered to someone else. Its the least you could do after so much of confusion.

I would have given a 5 star because the rings are really pretty. But the fact that it took 2 months to get delivered was a major turn off. 3 of my friends also have recently ordered rings from your website after looking at my ring. I hope they get their rings in time unlike mine. Cheers!

Worth the wait !! I read reviews and yes it’s written all over that delivery takes time. So, I ordered and forgot about it. Well when I received it , my heart just melted. Since it was my first order it was just one pair of butterfly earrings. Gonna order my second set.

Ordered a personalised morse code bracelet from BL and I'm absolutely satisfied with the product! Packaging is really neat, in addition I asked for a gift wrap and received the product in a beautiful wrapping paper. Quality of the bracelet is also praiseworthy. The only drawback was the painstaking wait - placed the order at the end of July and received the delivery at the end of October. :( A faster delivery service would be appreciable! Overall I totally recommend BlingLane based on the quality alone.

This dolphin bracelet is my second purchase from Blinglane. The overall packaging is wonderful. The visual impact of the product is nice. However, I'm giving 4 stars as an overall rating just for the excessively delayed delivery. It took over more than a month for delivery & was asking about the current status in their contact us mail but didn't even receive any response. Rest, the page & everything else is excellent.

Yeah, this website is really bad. They don't deliver on time, and when you contact their customer care, they say that your problem will be resolved within 24 hours, and you'll receive your product. Moreover, when I cancel my order, it's mentioned that the amount will be credited within 24 hours, but it never happens. I called them again, and there's no response. After some time, I call again, and they say the amount has been sent from their end, but it's not showing in your bank account for few days , i waited for few days but no amount credit to my account. This website is so bad, and their customer care doesn't respond at all. This site is a fraud and fake.

Worst customer care and service ever. I placed my order 2 months before and still haven't received my order yet. It didn't get dispatched from the blinglane warehouse itself though the custom clearance got over long before. Inspite of several mails and calls to the customer care there was no proper response where half of the time they dont attend my calls and if they attend also they assure for the order to get delivered within 48hrs. My question is why there is no prior information regarding the delivery date is provided while placing the order and why ? I would have never ordered and paid if i knew that it would take this long.

The font size on the pendant, is extremely tiny for personalized pendant. No option on the website for font size. Not at all the same, as on the pictures shown on the website. Chain broke after one use. Thank you for responding to the above comment. As per your return policy: We cannot return customized/personalized products, which is understandable. So I could not return this as there was no option. However, place more information with regard to dimensions that are applicable for customization & share relevant pictures/videos. Since the dimensions you mentioned below was not mentioned anywhere in the description, I did not have the option of making an informed decision here. It would be helpful if you mention these details in your description to guide customers before they place their orders.

I ordered 4 earrings for the first time from Blinglane. The packaging was great and neat. However since they were the dangly kind, 2 of them were uneven. The strings had a pretty large difference (about 2-3 cm). Apart from this though everything else was great. It looked exactly like the pictures on the site and the quality is great. I'd definitely buy from here again

I absolutely love the jewelry from Blinglane. Their designs are so pretty and perfect for someone who likes minimal silver jewelry. I would rate their products 5 stars. But their shipping is terrible. I have ordered twice so far and each time, my order had more than 5 items. Both times, the products were shipped at different times - which I don't mind. And both times, the final partial order took more than 100 days to get delivered. And I had to follow up multiple times. Even though I adore their products, sadly I won't be ordering again because of their poor shipping.

I have been purchasing from blinglane since last two years. Products are hypoallergenic and designs are great. All products are in good condition except one that I have been using for almost a year. The golden colour has discoloured a bit and because of that I have been taking extra care of the other products. Keeping them away from moisture or from any kind of water exposure. Delivery takes almost a month and half which is kind of late but the unique design, perfect finish and the packaging make the wait worthwhile.

I bought your heart drop earrings and these are a staple for me now! I can’t go a day without them. the quality and design is impeccable. my only complaint is that the packaging is not sustainable so if you could do that then you’d be the best! anyway I really hope you launch a fake/clip on nose ring and septum ring collection soon. thank you :))
