There is no ministry of tourism in this country. Period

Came here to book train tickets. The guy, who supposedly is the best tourism agent of India, tries to sell us a two week 'amazing freedom tour' for 300 eu a person. Everything he tells you are lies: He said no busses available to Bikaner, we took the bus the next day. He said the ride to rat temple from Bikaner could not possibly be found for 10 euro, got to there and back for 500 rupees. On top of this we did some research for other similar tours: could book a chauffeur for same amount of days for 220 eu a person.. RIP OFF, don't go here.

It is a building where shipping as well as tourism ministries are located. Due to small I'm size in comparison to other buildings, it has limited space for office as well as parking.

No help for tourist here, they didnt sell us anything, we came for tikets and it was only another scum, typical liar indian actitude

Would give negative stars. So disappointing to be that badly ripped off for taxi ride. When no bus or train was available for days. Supposed hotels were three times price, if available because of ‘street riots’ which isn’t true. Later found out how much I was lied to. Made for the absolute worst travel experience I’ve had! DO NOT GO HERE at any cost!

Many people in india told us to go there and book a trip. They told us they are the best tourplaner you can get. So we booked a trip for 3 weeks and paid 900 euros per person! They send us most train tickets and hotels way too late and most of the time after we requested it. They told us we would have a driver most if the time which changed to 2 bus trips. When we complaint about it we got a driver but had to pay half the prize and and we had to pay most of the trips from/ to the hotel (not clearly said either). They told us every hotel would have an ac and warm water, Sometimes the warm water didnt work and half of the time there was no ac just a fan. In the first place we requested to have no ac for a smaller price which was not possible because "he has a standard". Just a joke in my eyes. Our "camel safari with desert overnight" was camel riding. They didn't even told us the time so we missed it completly. We decided together about the main route but because of the lack of communication we've been put in places we didn't want to go and there was no way to change it because ,,Its been already payed ". Long story short: overprized, not organized and just a big scam. 2 stars just because India as a country is beautiful and some complains were fixed after we texted or called them. Don't recommend it though.

The result of photography contest held by India Tourism, Delhi in April 2022 is not received by me till to date. May I get the result sheet? My details are there with the contest holder.
