One of the worst experience in my life especially the owners wife who shouts and tires to loot money from the customers. If someone is reading this review then please don't stay here. The property manager tries to be over smart in asking for money without any reasons.

One the worst Hotel I have Ever seen. No worth for Money. No cleaning, No facilities like Laundry and at least they can't provide towel and Water bottle also. Good order will come after 1 or 2 hours after ordering. 2 times they forgot to bring the food also. AC water leakage. My suggestion better to Stay on cheapest hotel than this. Zero coordination.

God oh God, this was one of the worst experience. I reached this hotel at around 9:00 PM. I told them that i will get food from outside but receptionist refused and told that outside food is not allowed. So when i ordered from the hotel he told me that chef is not available and order from outside. When i went to washroom there was no water. The room keys they provided was not working in our room. Room's TV was not recharged. The morning breakfast only had parathas and that also only two pieces per head. In hotel restaurant's rate was sky high. So basically nothing was working in the hotel the service was also very bad. It was worst hotel experience.

Terrible experience. Terrible services. They only would provide a room to stay. No wifi. Only one option in breakfast. No cooperation from the staff. To top it all, the receptionist has the most unprofessional behaviour. At least then don’t charge so high. People wouldn’t expect then any good from you.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Terrible staff. Zero hospitality. Rooms not ready on time. Understaffed. Lift not working. Extra blanket and bedsheet were dirty... PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BOOKING THIS FRAUD HOTEL.

Hotel star is a good stay, rooms are very spacious price is little steep but services are good accordingly.

We did a paid booking with Agoda and called the hotel twice to confirm that we were arriving at the hotel. On arriving at the hotel, the hotel manager said that the entire hotel was booked and they cannot provide hotel even when we had done advance full payment. We reached the hotel at night but the manager did not want to discuss our confirmed booking further and and kept saying he cannot help at all and we should not do any online booking at their hotel in future.

Worstest Delhi Hotel Experience till time and my visit was just 2 days back. I had to choose this only because all other regular hotels were sold or over priced. Checked in at around 11 in the night. The room was stinky. The washroom was not cleaned & the closet was not even flushed properly. The geyser was not working. After arguments they changed to another room. The cleanliness was pathetic again. But since at 12 pm I didn't had any other choice. Breakfast was included in the package. They told the same will be served in room. Called two times but nothing was served too. Never ever take this place even if you are getting it for 1000 rupees also. No hygiene at all.

Rooms are not up to the mark. AC is leaking due to which the whole floor is wet . There was no towel in washroom or any type of soap etc. It was just a simple and normal room without any cleanliness or facility. If we compare the price with the facilities it is 5 is to 1 ratio. If i talk about the food that is you can say it's good in taste and prices are reasonable no doubt . They need to upgrade their basic facilities like towels , soaps and coffee pouches should be in room.

Worst experience ever had on booking and checking in a hotel. When i asked them on call for availability of rooms they said available but told me double charges. I told them as i checked on online portals rate is not this. The person said if we book from online portals they won't let us book or check in. Upon trusting Booking . com i booked a pre paid room on this hotel but during checkin the hotel staff denied us by saying we don't have rooms available if you want to check in then pay cash only that too in very rude voice. Asked me to pay in cash only as he clearly denied any other mode of payment. For room service the boy on reception Mr. Anand kept delaying and didn't provided the toilet paper in room or water for drinking. ****overall experience**** # Paid extra amount #Ended up with 0 services

No room service, TV was not recharged, bathroom drain was blocked. The hotel is reeling under severe staff crunch offlate and due to this the services are poor. I would not visit again or recommend anyone for stay. Room size is good with basic amenities. You will have to request for cleaning every single day and also there is scarcity of towels. So plan your stay accordingly.

Location at Golf Course Road Dwarka Sector 17. Quiet Place. Rooms are decent. Washroom is small. Food is okay. Overall, good place if you want hotel in budgeted price.
