Worst experience, can totally not recommend! Spend there a couple hours before my flight. First hot water not working, then we get a new room which is smelly and has dirty bedsheets. They bring new bedsheets, all also dirty, stains and black hair everywhere... We ask for towels so we finally can take a shower, no towels available. They promise after nine o clock, also all lies, towels never showed up. After complaining to the staff about the bad service they get angry and give us a bad attitude. Stay away!!!!

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT make the mistake of booking a room here. The rooms are disgusting with stains on the sheets and cigarette burns, holes on them. They will ask you to pay in advance before seeing the room and not refund you the money later. All the reviews you're seeing online are fake and paid for. Stay away from this property if you value your sanity.

Good value, but ultimately a distasteful experience. Cons : - Location is not accurate in Google maps. The owners should look into changing it ASAP. - Unclean blanket - Mattress looked like it had some rat droppings inside the sheets. - Fleas and ants in the room - No basic amenities such as water, shampoo, etc available. - Sandwich costing 50 rupees cost 100 rupees in the menu, but I ordered anyways as I was hungry. But they made me pay 130 for it, with extra service charge 13 rupees. What a rip off 😠 Pros : - Comfortable bed - Hot water in bathroom Won't stay a second time, and won't recommend either.

Hotel offers good spacious accommodation for Airport transit. Semi furnished accommodation. Service is average level. For Luggage from room to taxi no service available. Airport drop is very costly. Also Beware!if get cheated by night staff. Night staff calls online Ola-Uber taxi and charges you double amount. Prefer the booking from Ola Or Uber from your own phone.

We stayed there for 4 days, 2 rooms. Rooms were not clean. The AC was not working. Even after telling multiple times to have a look, nobody did anything. Service is really bad. Last day we needed only one room for few hrs to work. At first they agreed but on the last day they declined. My friends had to stay out of the hotel as they were not allowed to stay in the room for few hrs. It's was such a ridiculous experience.

Please do not consider this. First , they ask extra money in the name of GST and totally not cooperative.. The rooms locks don't work, neither the ACs nor the Toilet Flushes. There is no good atmosphere around and inside. Totally not worth the money. Also , reaching the location is a nighmare. Totally bad approach.

Good experience with a nice woman at the reception desk with good hospitality behavior. Rooms are good and quite clean. there is restaurants close to the hotel and it is very convenient if you have to go to the airport as there is a metro not far from here (10/15min walk) that will take you directly to the airport (or to the city center as well if you need). I spend 2 days there and I recommend it. BE CAREFUL : The place on Google map is not exact, it's at the end of a little street and have a different name 'good luck' hotel

It was a very good experience with this hotel. Good amenities and hospitality and such coprative staff i surly recommend that everyone who want to spend quality time with his or her mates than they really need to visit here such a amazing place.

Great Ambiance. The place is beautiful the hotel is situated close to Airport and easily accessible. The surroundings are green. The food is also tasty. The staff is very friendly. Will visit again soon.

First of all the rooms you get is subject to availability and they don't provide us with the rooms you get in picture! which they don't even inform prior to your check in! They would simply not pick up your calls or answer your complaints once you check in! the rooms are a total scam, haunted and unsafe for night stay...However The staff is kind of helpful...PLEASE CHECK AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS BEFORE CHECK IN! and best option is to skip check in at such hotels!
