It was great experience buying gym equipments through Viva fitness. Till now I have bought 2 cardio machines from Viva fitness for my home gym, Rowing Machine and curve treadmill. Both are of really good quality and there service is excellent. And they have really good name in fitness industry, as before buying equipment I asked some gym owners from where to buy, and they suggested me to buy from Viva only not any other brand, because of good quality equipments and good and fast service. Looking forward to buy more equipments through them.

Recently, I have purchased T-940 treadmill from Viva Fitness (Ghitorni). The product performance is good and I liked it. The staff at store has good product knowledge and is able to suggest best option. Customer handling is done in a very nice manner.

Like everybody i researched a lot about treadmill and end up buying T-240 model from ghitorni store. initially all went well. free service as well. now comes the paid service. Some troubles started occurring in treadmill. No person is available to service or repair. hundreds of calls made. they told me to whatsapp them. that too done still no body from viva fitness visited for service or repair. if its in warranty period then ur safe after that u will be in trouble. Two stars only because it worked at least one year. Really fed up with these guys. now the mobile number mentioned in the comments by the owner, which i tried so many times. nobody is picking up.

you can get all the equipment from here..it is the main outlet of viva in delhi..the quality of equipment is really good.

Editing my review, after the sales team resolved all my grievances, prompt follow up by Amit, he helped me with an installation issue. About the machine T-2222 Jumbo, I love the machine and run around 10 Kms daily on an average. Although my running style is overpronated, yet I only was injured only once in last 3 months of purchase which is okay keeping in view of my run style and intensity now that I have bought specialised shoes its very comfortable, over all the machine has a great shock absorption mechanism and stability. Pros: 1. Heavy duty machine with 8 HP peak power. 2. Very stable and does not wobble at all even when you are running at 20 kmph. (That's the best I was able to reach in last 3 months of running) 3. Great after sales service. 4. There was a part which needed to to be replaced the service team was courteous to pick the calls and arranged everything smoothly. CONS: The only features I wished could have been there in an expensive treadmill : 1. There should have been a +1 button for increasing the speed, because when you are running at 19 kmph its hard to press speed up button 10 times to reach 20 kmph. 2. Viva could have enabled syncing the run stats with an app on mobile to track your runs. Presently, I have to take pictures of console while running at high speed.

I purchased signature series gym setup for my gym. I am happy with my decision as till date not a single wire has broken since 4 years. Next gym when I will plan, will go with Viva only.

The treadmill with DC motors is a great option for usage at home. The engine is energy-efficient and quiet, making it ideal for people who rent flats or have shared living quarters. The treadmill is perfect for people with limited space because it is also small and simple to store.

This is for Outlet in Ghitorni, Delhi. Not happy with the after sales service of this outlet. The gentleman who answers the number given at the portal has a standard answer that he will arrange a call back which never happens. The people at the outlet promises they will call back which again never happens. I had to chase and call them and was given a standard answer they will get the spare part from Jalandhar. The prices of the product are more than the competition brand - Quality is justified but unfortunately the service isnt. Had been buying VIVA products since 2019 and they lost a customer because of the customer service.

My gym in Chd is equipped with Viva Fitness machines. It's been 3 years and the machines are in excellent condition. I am highly satisfy with the equipment & going to order some more but in 4-5 months.

I have got my gym in Gaziabad from Viva Delhi in Ghitorni l Best thing is display is so huge and it becomes easy to choose. I made my quotations modified few times but sales guy did not get irritated and coordinated well with me. Their behaviour remains same for after sales also. Highly suggest the place.
