Dr. P.R Goyal is a great doctor He is very understanding and listen to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues.. And all of the Staff was very helpful with friendly nature... I highly recommend him to anyone..👍👍

Worst experience.... cant even diagnose properly, only prescribes medicine whicj is exclusively available at their chemist shop. Money making machine. I think the government is handing out padmashri to just anybody yes Dr. Goyal you are a money minting machine.

Ambience environment is good and staff recipient bevaivour unprofessional I collect some reports thru amyyra I don't know why this clinic collaboration with amyyra.amyyra service worst because btw this is one so good clinic

Absolutely unprofessional people.After taking the payment the staff was too busy in gossiping and nobody bothered to take care of the things. I literally raised my voice to get my test done. Now don’t know how accurate the report will be.

Very unprofessional doctor and staff. I had an appointment for the weekend but it was changed and when i arrived on the weekend they didnt adjust it. Despite the patient being there, they didnt give any chance for the doctor to review the patient's medicines which would have taken less than 5 minutes. very disappointing attitude by a doctor who charges heavily and showed little care for the patient. Very mechanical and robotic approach of the entire staff which is uncomfortable for any patient who wants a human touch. The doctor despite being a Padamshri should be appreciative of the patients who shell out 2000 bucks for every appointment... Overall, wouldnt recommend someone so mechanical. A poor experience.

Absolutely pathetic service! My doctor even denied the report saying it’s absolutely horrendous and has no detailed review of the diagnosis done! Will never recommend this to anyone! 4000 rs gone waste!

I live in London, due to long waiting lists here, I flew to Delhi to see Doc PR Goel, I was offered an appointment straight away within short notice , all the staff very friendly and are very professional team. Seen by Doc Goel, arranged and done all the required tests . He very professionally discussed all the reports and put my mi nd at ease, medicine's given accordingly. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. all doctors taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended.

USELESS!! IRRESPONSIBLE!! Behaviour of the staff was very unprofessional!!! Their behaviour was pathetic!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!! If I had an option.. I would have given zero star!! Firstly at the time of taking appointment, the person I was talking to i.e. OSD Akshat, was very rude.. but I ignored his behaviour.. further.. at the time of appointment.. I got just 4-5 minutes late.. that was because I couldn't spot the location.. the receptionist said that I'm late!! Then they took the reports to file in and asked me to wait! I was sitting idoly for half an hour.. after that they took money and performed some basic tests.. after that they again asked me to sit.. after around 15-20 minutes.. they asked me to go upstairs.. ok before this the receptionist handed over an instruction list.. which said taking Mobile is not allowed.. and 2 people at a time are not allowed etc. I went there for my daughter's treatment.. and since a child sometimes misses out something.. parents are there to correct it.. but they didn't even allowed a parent to go inside with child!!! After all this they aksed us to wait upstairs.. there Akshat took my daughter's reports.. after sometime the doctor wanted to got out so they closed the door.. we understood that it is due to covid.. but since I waited for half an hour upstairs also I went to ask how much time we would need to wait!! Akshat very rudely again asked me to sit!! He was behaving as if we are untouchables!!! We understand the covid protocols but they were literally behaving as if we were untouchables!!! Then after sometime when doctor returned I saw some people entering.. whose turn was after us!! Then I couldn't control it.. we were sitting in a room with doors closed for past one hour and they were letting other people go inside!!! Then I got angry and went to ask Akshat that what's the matter how can they let people enter like this.. he said that he lost my daughter's reports.. they can be this much unprofessional that they gave my daughter's reports to someone else!!!! I didn't wish to go to the doctor also.. and thus I demanded a refund and asked to get my daughter's reports couriered!! PLS DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE!! There treatment is pathetic, their behaviour is pathetic... I mean if a patient is 5 minutes late they point it out.. But what do they do??? They just simply lose their patient's reports and do not even bother to inform them and make them wait for 2 and a half hour!!! Useless!!

I am really very thankful to Dr P R Goyal, His diagnose and treatment is very effective. My father Shri Om Parkash was very uncomfortable in breathing and with his treatment he recovered very fast. I am very thankful to Dr. Goyal and his entire team.

Dr PR Goyal is an excellent doctor for treating even complicated cases in a reasonable period. Our experience with him is for over 20+ years.
