Very nice and peaceful place to have chai and snacks with friends and family. I say the best chai experiments are done here , they have more than hundreds types of chai and all the snacks and chai's are made freshly .

Loves Samosa chaat, although this is not what we eat often but once in a blue moon. Bun maska was much worse than a normal bread butter. Milk tea was quite better than other franchises. This franchise is much better than other ones, especially when it comes to tea. Didn't like the ambiance. Not clean and definitely doesn't look spacious. Maybe that's the theme and that is how it should precisely look like.

Good to sut and chat and drink hot tea! Very easily found via the Metro Exit 5. Just a minute's walk and staircase from the exit.

Nice place, not too crowded, a decent place in connaught place to sit and work. Masala chai in kulhad was very good.

Chai Frappe is a must-try, especially the caramel frappe. The Vada Pao and Paneer Sandwich were also delicious and worth trying.

One of the hyped places to be in CP. This franchise is famous for chai but I didn't find any taste in chai even after giving clear instructions then I tried cold coffee which was way better than the chai. One thing I couldn't understand is why the hell there is internet issue at this place.

Very rude, disrespectful and arrogant behaviour of staff. One of the staff named Sanjeev spoke very disrespectful and cheap language with a woman. The guy is ruining the goodwill of the place, you need to take some action. The kind of language he uses is not good for a brand image and for a civilized society.

Very unclear what to do for foreigners, as there are lots of add-in options and unexplained terms. An explanatory table menu would be really helpful. If you pick randomly, however, you're likely to get very nice mystery tea!

Chai is nice so I wanted to have it a second time during my visit to Delhi. Arrived at 10.15pm happy that I made it before closing time. Unfortunately, all three staff were on break, having snacks in full view of the customers. Told us to wait 10 minutes before they could take our orders. Didn’t want to trouble them so my friends and I bid them goodbye and left. I hope they enjoyed their break!

Ambience is quite good. Good place to visit with friends and family. Liked the tea. Especially ginger cardamom.

Horrible .the tea is horrible cold coffee is also horrible, totally waste of money and we ordered a samosa matar chat and it was looking exactly the opposite from the picture was a horrible experience. Hatred it .

Even if his tea is always good. Along with this, if you try Bun Maska and Bun Bhujia, then you will enjoy it even more.

The place was crowded but we managed to get a table quickly. We ordered the most basic item on the menu i.e. 2 cup of Tea. One was cold and other was Coffee. I can understand that because of large number of ordered they gave us a Coffee by mistake (instead of Tea) but for the same reason (more orders than they can handle), how did they manage to serve something cold ? Anyways, their staff was understanding and quickly agreed to prepare our order again. This time the tea tasted reheated and very different from what we had ordered. Chayoos claim that they prepare customized Tea as per every customers need but in reality they are just reheating the same tea like a roadside vendor. The washroom was a total mess. There is a clean public toilet nearby maintained by NDMC. The restaurant should be renamed as 'Chaos'.

Hot chocolate was good. It's a self service place. it's a colourful place. What it lacks is a little bit of space

Hi, I m regular client of chayoos. It never happened before what i face today at your cp F block outlet. There is staff named as Mr. piyush was so rude. He said i can not take order as i have many orders n ask me to wait for 10 min. I told him that sir you are in hospitality line. Please be polite ..Then he delayed my order n serve it in parts ...i m very much disappointed by his behaviour...kindly look into the matter so that your brand name did not suffer ...Chayoos is a BRAND nowadays...so please maintain it.

Nice place to hangout with friends, if you are in CP & if you have to wait for your friends for some time, in the meantime you can choose this place for lil bit chill and wait for your frnds. In totality this is a nice place with good ambience and of course it will be under your budget.

a place you should NEVER go . no network coverage , not enough place to sit too much small with more than required seating arrangement and order taking huge time even i had to leave my order because of their time taking . non responsive and very less active, untrained staff . Not proper management of the tables even for cleaning full of noise. dirty , dont go there if you need quality time

nice concept of serving different chais from all over india but the worst coffee I have ever had. I ordered a black coffee for 139 rupees and what I got was warm water with some instant pulver which didn’t taste like coffee at all. The waiting time is also pretty long - not worth it! I would not recommend the cafe.

The person who took the order kept tab with himself and ddnt show me n skipped my free chai which i came to know today after 2 days.even he put some biscuits in my order wothout my knowledge even ddnt tell me when i asked him to repeat my order, which he ddnt even serve. I ddnt ask for those biscuits but when i realized he had skipped my complementry chai also which made me put a review here.so kindly check your bill and everything as they do some or the other wrong thing.i nvr faced this thing anywhere in chayyos but here in CP F block.so prefer any other.

Staff was denying to apply coupon firstly and said "These coupons are not applicable anywhere and are meant to be thrown". They finally applied the coupon when we insisted which worked. Secondly, AC was not working at all. Pathetic experience of hospitality.

we visited 11:30 am (17/7/22)around it was like a chaul/mohalla the service staff-a girl and 3 other boys were shouting so loudly and talking daily chores to each other that we took the chais and sat outside. i told the girl also that we r paying premium for ambience and experience and i am taking my cuppa out these folks didnt care to tell me sit hear will reduce our noises rather argued. no value of money… bad bad experience

Had a black coffee which they charged 139rs for adding hot water and Nestle instant coffee was so disappointed . Had a sandwich too which was 250rs but the qty was just too small.. lots more option around the place and it's better then here for sure..
