Fantastic cocktails ….. this place is better then most 5 star places if your focus is on having delightfully crafted , picture perfect, delicious cocktails. Place has very limited seating and they like it that way ( it’s like being in a elite club where membership is restricted) !!! Location Hint - this is on a second floor of a popular wine restaurant !!!

Great cocktails, not beating the OG’s though - PCO and Sidecar. The seating is tight, can literally listen to what the next table is talking. Food options are highly restricted. Great place to start a bar hoping night with a few cocktails at this place. THe place is inside perch, so can be a little troublesome to find.

Started as a speakeasy but now pretty mainstream, Hoots has been a favourite of many friends in Delhi. We loved the decor of the bar. And the menu is pretty nice too. Prices are fair. The drinks were pretty good. No loud music. No brash crowd. A prefect spot for a quiet drink with friends.

One of the best bars in the city. Barkeeps know their drinks, the vibe is relaxed, lighting is just right. Lovely experience.

It takes something to be in world’s top cocktail bars. We had a lovely time over the cocktails - Sahil & Gaurav and the hospitality is bespoke ! Indeed worlds best cocktail bar !!

Best Bar ive been in Delhi so far.

I’ve been to Hoots twice. I would’ve loved to actually stay the second time, but the curly haired concierge told us there was no space (I saw 3 empty tables) and recommended we sit in the smoking room. We tried to stay there but for 3 non-smokers, it was uncomfortable. We requested that we stand by the bar and have one drink - we wanted to share the experience of Hoots with my sister who was visiting from overseas. But the gentleman quite brusquely told us it wasn’t possible and turned away. I wouldn’t mind if he politely told us he couldn’t accommodate us, but his rudeness took us by surprise. Anyhoo, not a fun experience - I don’t enjoy the snootiness Hoots comes with; there are MANY MANY other places in Basant Lok where a lovely experience is prioritised, along with amazing cocktails (better than Hoots). So anyone who wants to go to Hoots, just don’t, instead go left to Lair, or right to Red.

An outstanding cocktail bar with a great vibe. Had a lovely time chatting with the mixologist about their drinks, their philosophy and the 3 generations of the Hoots :p. Can't wait to visit again
