Avoid this hotel at all costs. They employ deceitful practices. Initially, I confirmed room availability for 4000 rupees over a morning call. Yet, upon our evening arrival, the receptionist not only requested photocopies of our passports but also claimed there were no rooms available. Despite exploring other nearby options, the hotel rooms were unclean and unsuitable. Upon contacting the hotel again, they suddenly had a room available, but at twice the initial price. Despite being a couple, they provided us with two single bed rooms for two nights. The manager showed no professionalism or willingness to apologize for the situation. One of our family members, due to the mental stress, left after paying for the room, without even entering it, yet the hotel refused to refund the money. They were solely concerned about making more money and were indifferent to our comfort. The entire staff displayed rudeness and lack of courtesy. Furthermore, the breakfast staff even reminded us that breakfast was not complimentary, as if to add insult to injury. The room itself was in a deplorable state, with ripped wallpaper, a broken bathroom sink, stained towels, and disgusting pillows. My advice is to steer clear of this hotel for a peaceful stay.

Be Aware! Price what you see online is just to attract you, they ask you to cancel the online booking and pay more when you reach the hotel reception. The guy at the reception who has a ponny tail and looks like Honey Singh is very rude and tries to get more money out of your pocket. Other staff is good. Location is good as it's close to the metro station, airport and even consulate.

Absolutely not recommended. The room looked dirty and not well-maintained. The bed was creaking. The bed linens appeared dirty. AC was not working, they had to bring a room heater to heat up our room. The mattress didn’t provide enough hold. It was not worth the price we paid. We had booked for two days but we checked out in a day.

Beware of Foxoso. #WorstExperience. I did the online booking with full payment to avoid any last minute hustle for delux room which was around Rs 4000/day . I informed them that I would be reaching the hotel around 10:30 pm since I was running late. After reaching the hotel, we were asked to wait since there was another customer ahead of us. After 10 mins concierge folks asked for the reservation confirmation details and completed the check in process. Post completion we were forced to move #HotelRoyalInn room #408 which was a few blocks away. When we reached the hotel, the person (the guy with #PonyTail)from #Foxoso asked the #RoyalInn receptionist that quote " Madam se Baat ho gya hai do (2) room k liye, inko Ek(1) room de do". after hearing this, it seems that they do this on a daily basis. The room was too small and messy and suffocating. When I started opposing them, they threatened us. I was so scared and had no choice but to stay since searching a hotel around midnight with family is difficult. #fraud #threatening

Hotel is at a good location close to airport. I booked this hotel at 2.4k and later the check in date was postponed on my request. When i went for check in they demanded 4k, i showed them on Agoda site that the room here is available for 2.6k per night and 4k is quite a loot. They failed to arrange anything and demanded 4k and I was forced to go to another hotel. They even threatened that they will mark me as no-show and i would lose money from my Credit Card. Bad hospitality.

They accepted our booking very late at night, friendly staff and helped with bags. The hotel seemed promising, and was "ok", but at 3500 rupees l hoped for a little more. The hotel looks fancy downstairs, the rooms are reasonable and have complimentary toiletries and snacks etc. The real downside was that our bathroom smelled very strongly like a urinal, we needed to keep the bathroom door shut ( we struggled with this as the handle was stiff!). Overall, ok, but not in any way fancy.

A decent hotel that's about 15 minutes from Indira Ghandi airport by taxi. We booked this hotel last minute to be close to the airport. We stayed in 2 double rooms which had comfortable beds and were air conditioned. The restaurant in the hotel serves nice food, and there are also nice places to eat within walking distance. My main points of criticism are that the showers were not consistently warm (started warm but then went cold) and that our room could have done with some maintenance to keep the place looking up to standard. For the price paid, I would have expected a little bit more in this regard. This isn't the best hotel ever but if you're just looking for somewhere to stay for a night or two after getting to the airport or before flying out, it'll do the job.

The only positive point is helpful and courteous staff. Rest everything is negative about this hotel . Filthy is the word to describe this hotel , dirty is too less a word. We were given a room with used line , it was smelly . We had to ask them to replace it , which they did . Location is inside a small by lane which is very difficult to locate on google as well as app based taxis. I rarely post negative reviews but couldn’t help it .

The reception staff was good especially Shipra. She was really polite and took care of our needs. The washroom had all the toiletries and was clean. The rooms were good but the bedsheets had few stains on them. Apart from this, everything was good from the prices to the restaurant food and the service.

The experience was not good at all, there was no drinking water in the room, the floor was dirty and there was hair on the bed-sheet, it seemed as if the bed sheet was not even changed.

We recently stayed at the Foxoso Delhi Airport for one night. We decided to end our booking early in favor for a different hotel for a few reasons. First, this hotel is difficult to find. We used Google Maps to navigate to it but it only got us so far. The hotel is tucked away in a tight alleyway behind all the Hussle and bustle of Aerocity. The neighborhood is extremely busy and sketchy so watch out. The lobby is mostly nice, the decor was pretty and the staff was, for the most part, kind and professional. After getting to our room, we were disappointed by how drab it was. There was no window in our room and the lighting was dim. Although the bed was clean, we noticed the floors were dirty in the entire room. The outlets in the room are Indian outlets and do not accommodate international plugs which, for an airport hotel, one may expect international guests will stay. This would be a welcomed addition. Our biggest quelm, however, was the shower. Our shower turned on with boiling hot water and the handle was stuck. Eventually we turned it to the cold setting but it came out very cold. We were not able to adjust to a comfortable temperature and as the lever was stuck, we could not turn off the water. A staff member assisted by turning it off and advised me to wait 15 minutes before attempting again. Although the lever was unstuck, the temperature did not and we had the option of extremely hot water or cold water. There is a bucket in the bathroom for one to mix hot and cold to make warm water and bathe but this did not suit us. The food at this hotel is fine but they did forget one item when we ordered dine in but brought in quickly when we called. Overall, this hotel is ranked as a 4 star on Google but I would say it's more of a 2 or 3. Look around at other hotels near Delhi airport. There are closer options that are cleaner and have appropriate temperature options!

Very welcome space after a day travelling. Definitely stay her again. Rooms clean, water tea biscuits provided. Great shower, but particularly lovely people.

Great stay. Had a two day stay at the hotel. Faced a couple issues here and there, but they were all resolved as quick as possible and the stay stayed very comfortable and beautiful all along. The staff was nice and very helpful all along my stay. Good conversations and guidance to all services. If you're looking out for a comfortable stay around IGI Airport T3, this can be your one stop shop.

It turned out a lot better than I had expected. The room was a bit small, but it wasn't a problem for one person, or if anyone is staying just to catch a flight the next morning. Loved that the breakfast was served right on time, so I could leave for the airport as planned. Good Wi-Fi meant I could get some work done too. A pretty good option close to the airport if you want to avoid either the heavily overpriced options or the many shady ones in this area.

It’s conveniently located just outside aero city, which is the best thing about it. The food I ordered as in room service was really good and priced at the same rates as other restaurants in the area. The room however was not upto the mark - smaller than i would expect for the price and with cold floors (no wooden flooring or carpeting), which wasn’t a fun experience during peak Delhi winter. But the worst part was i had to change my room soon after I checked in as the main fuse for the room went off, which in itself is no big deal. But the room that I was given was much smaller than the original one, the washroom and the trash cans were not cleaned and there weren’t even any towels until I asked for them.

Really good stay. Excellent food. Special thanks to Chandani and sarvesh. Both had done a great service at break fast. Love the hospitality in this place. Highly Recommend it!😊

We can give 10star out of 5. Superb hotel in every department..Very neat and clean well maintained well behaved nice services. All the staffs are humble honest and well trained. Very good interior. They will guide you for the tour of delhi. Location is just amazing.

Upon arrival at the Foxoso hotel i was greeted with friendly faces and smiles from the receptionist and other staff. The Foxoso hotel staff have an amazing way of making you seem you are among friends and even family. A particular gentle man named Rupinder Sharma, the receptionist upon my arrival was so charming and friendly with his jokes and laughs it almost seemed as if I was talking to someone I have known since childhood. From the day of arrival to the day that I sadly had to leave the hotel and it’s staff have been extremely helpful and were ready to assist in anyway possible. If you ever get a chance to visit New Delhi please consider staying at this wonderful hotel, you won’t regret it.

If u need to stay just for a night. go for it. Its location is perfect, the metro station is walking distance from here, u get all kind of Restraunts near it. The airport is 10 to15 min by cab. Cabs and autos are easily available here. But the hotel rooms are not total worthy of price. The water supply was cut for 30 min while we were in washroom, its kind of strange for hotel have their water supply cut and that to without any info. The bathrooms and rooms are mediocre. Just location is really very good, won't recommend for a long stay.

Had to stay in Foxoso as a part of transit, After searching multiple hotel we finally end up here, Really felt comfortable, the staffs were really friendly. Hotel was clean, Food was Superb. . In our future travel to Delhi we will be coming to Foxoso only, and will be recommending to friends. Keep the quality foxoso team.

The hotel and its staff is amazingly good. It is a hotel you can feel an extended house . The hotel approach road is not that good but but when you enter into the hotel and they way staff receive you , you forget all your presumption about the hotel. Food is good rather you will enjoy having food in the hotel. This hotel is good realization of money.

The service is excellent. Staff are very courteous. I would like to specifically mention Sampli and Prerna at the reception. They accommodated all my requests. Also, Rashid in the restaurant has been very helpful. However, I did not like the room so much. It smelled very bad. Last time I stayed there, it wasn’t as bad as this time. Hope it was just a one time coincidence. I would recommend this hotel and give it 3.5/5. Mostly for its staff who are very helpful. Thank you

Our stay was very pleasant. The location is pretty close to the airport (T3). It takes 10 minutes ride. Rooms were nice and clean and breakfast was delicious too. The only flip side is the cost as it is quite expensive to pay 3.5K to 4K for a single room. We wanted to extend our stay by 4 hours after check-out and I had to pay 1.5K extra per room for that. Hence, I am not giving it 5 star.

Does not look like they regularly clean the rooms. Our bed was not very clean the throw pillow covers had saliva marks on them. The room smelled musty. We stayed as it was the economic option. We ordered tea and a raita from the kitchen. Tea was good, raita was sub par.

I booked this hotel for my friend n she loved the place. The staff is courteous bt the best of the lot of is Ms Shipra who went out of her way to help us with breakfast n other things. Great value versus price ratio. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They also provide amenities. Breakfast was decent just like any 3 star hotel. The only drawback is that it is a little off from the main road approximately 150 meters. While calling a cab to go from hotel to airport it is recommended to walk out to the main road instead of calling the cab to hotel. This would save you the hassle of explaining the location to the driver. Overall - good hotel, affordable prices.

Not a quiet hotel, the staff was washing dishes near the room until 3am. Located at 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport, the interior is great but the neighborhood is not suitable for kids. The rooms are great but with no windows or any sort of ventilation

We stayed in this hotel for 1 Night 2 Adults 2 Children. Bed is little small for family of 4. Service and People are too good.. We hired cab from Airport to Hotel & Drop and Cab Driver is professional and very helpful .. I would rate him 7 star and he definitely need a raise ;) Food was just ok.. Breakfast options can be better but for adults it will be nice .. Overall a good stay.. recommended to any family who visits this place.

We recently been at Foxos with a group from Italy ,Spain and Portugal. The hotel it's pleasant , clean, and the rooms are spacious. The service is God and price it is reasonable. The staff was really helpful . The location it's good because it's very near to airport, maximum 10 minute. Only the area it's not the most beautiful one, but all the hotel close to airport are located in this place.Will definitely coming back again

I had a really pleasant stay here. The property is as shown in the pictures. Located in close proximity to the airport and easy access to metro station Aerocity, this hotel provides convenience in accessibility to the city. Overall staff hospitality was also really good and the room service always restocked the room with a pack of chips, biscuits and Maaza. Upon arrival we were also greeted with cold drinks and the restaurant ambience was also good. Would definitely recommend this place to stay if you’re looking for a hotel near to the airport. There’s also Vishal Mega Mart right near this place so you can also shop for quick snacks or clothes from there.
