This outlet of chai point in the N block has the coziest sitting arrangements, very welcoming and extra points for neatness. Tried their new food item Chicken Seekh Egg wrap(peppy keema paratha) which was soo good and soo saucy, it looks small in quantity but it will definitely fill you up. With it we ordered the Masala Tea and Cranberry Ice tea. Masala tea is average but their Iced tea looks like very carefully made, they have the right amount of sourness, sweet and the taste is delightful. Apart from these they have nice selection of Sandwiches and New parantha combos with Curries. Cranberry Ice tea is a must try here !!

Pretty regular outlet of Chai Point where you might find space to sit, work, and chill as compared to other chai places in CP that's mostly packed to the brim. Chai is strictly OK. I am not a chai guy, so, I might not be the correct person to judge the chai here, but it felt like OK, frankly. Note: They charge extra for having your chai served in a kulhad. So, just keep that in mind, if you're asked whether you need your chai in kulhad.

Chai Point, where the ambiance screams “Wildlife Safari” with flies and mosquitoes providing the evening soundtrack. Cleanliness is apparently optional. I ordered their famous masala chai, and oh boy, it’s the type of tea that makes you question your life choices. Despite being the sole customer, it took them a good 15 minutes to acknowledge my existence, let alone serve me the horror in a cup. The masala chai tasted like a misguided attempt at creating an exotic milk and spice potion—emphasis on the milk and lack of chai. It had the audacity to be both strong-smelling and tasteless simultaneously. Congratulations, Chai Point, for achieving the rare feat of making an expensive cup of disappointment. Save your money and taste buds, folks! ☕🦟💸

OPEN DURING HOLI. Accepts card. No toilets available. We got the mini samosa 10 pack, and the classic veg maggi. Both very tasty, but the samosas are spicy, so if you don’t like spicy, don’t try. As a drink I got the lemon ginger iced tea. (The only tea available without sugar) and I’d get it again.

This is located on a corner of middle circle of Connaught Place Delhi. Great place but no washroom or toilet. Parking is there as Connaught Place market parking is around and metro access is good too. Staff is okay, perhaps would do way better with a slight touch of professionalism. Great can always become better. Prices ahem, on higher side or at least at par w expensive places. Food is okay, so is coffee (we tried a bunch before this review). They have few tables (3-4) on ground floor and rest on first floor. No lift so those who don’t prefer steps please be prepared - if you can take a seat on ground floor good!

What a disappointing experience. We walked into this shop as there is a huge sign outdoors stating that there is a WiFi in the restaurant. As we needed to work without much thinking we walked in placed order and sat down. Once we asked how to access the WiFi, the girl working there told us that there is not WiFi. Well in that case you should t put outside a huge sign that inside is available WiFi. To prepare two teas and take out a pastries from the refrigerator took them more than 15 mins!! It not acceptable taking in consideration that besides us in the store we’re only another two customers. Food was bad. Pastries were extremely dry and I question if they were fresh. Felt more like something has been on display for 2/3 days.. Once we tried to order cappuccino we get extremely snotty answer and eye rolls that they don’t serve cappuccino even though on the menu behind the cash register is written cappuccino with a picture. Once we finished our tea, asked where is the bathroom, we get laughed in face and got told that it’s anywhere outside. Also it’s extremely dirty, the people working there don’t bother to take away cups from previous customers nor wipe the tables!! I’m sorry, but customer service could be improved significantly.

The food items/beverages here are quite expensive and… tasteless! For example, I ordered classic cold coffee for two. It costed ₹480..!! What’s more? It was not at all tasty! Providing food items/beverages costly + tasteless is all this place offers, I think. I will not recommend anyone to go here. And I will also avoid visiting here.

The tea provided at this place tastes anything but tea. Ambience is chaotic. 1st floor roof height is less than 6 feet and colour choices of walls make it claustrophobic.

Came here for supper. We ordered stuffed paneer kulcha, chocolate shale and a combo which had masala chai, samosa and vada pav. All the 5 items tasted really good. The quantity was also good. Worth the price. The only problem was that the stuff was not aware about the combo offers and we had to show them on their app Definitely recommend the combo.

Great food, great service and great ambience. The Siracha Maggi and the Masala Upma...yum:) So is the ginger and black tea - they've managed to nail everything in a small place! Absolutely beautiful!

This is the only time the tea was very nice. Milky and the taste was just what we had expected. Nothing to eat in the shelf, so we just had tea and left. Parking seemed sufficient in the evening, but I don't think if it's going to be that easy otherwise.

Bad from the start. I went there to work and despite the wifi availability was advised on the door, it was not working. Cappuccino was on the menu but not available. I had some pastries but they were definitely not fresh and very dry. Never again and not recommended!

A good place to meet friends post work for a quick tea. Heaven for tea lovers. Wish they had few gluten free snack items or something with the millets.

Very bad experience, asked for ginger tea that taste very bad, too much ginger, then asked for normal tea that too didn’t taste like a normal one, too much masala altogether, i think they have packaged tea sachets they mix in hot water.. definitely not authentic tea point, I don’t recommend

We went here one day morning around 8 am cause no other place to have chai was open. Tbh we were tourists in Delhi and have never heard of this cafe before. Quite shocked at the prices of the food; too expensive. We had aloo paratha, paneer paratha and 2 chai and the bill was more than 800 Rs. The parathas were yum but chai was very low quality. Definitely not worth the price. Since we are tourists we will never come again here, but quite a disappointing start to our trip in Delhi.

Chai was like any other chai point, consistent in taste. The shop ac was not working when we walked in, could have been a temporary problem. Would have been nice if it had a WC within the business rather than stepping out to use the public one.

I was really looking forward to enjoying a delightful tea and breakfast in the morning. Your tea was quite good, although it was a bit pricey. However, I must say that your corn and spinach sandwich didn't meet my expectations. It lacked proper seasoning, especially salt. Additionally, it was quite unfortunate that the lids on the cups were not properly fitted, causing me to almost get burned by the spilled tea. It would have been nice if you had warned me about that. To make matters worse, when I tried to use the wifi after placing my order, the guy informed me that it wasn't working. 😅 Overall, I spent Rs 460 for the tea and sandwich, and I would rate it 4.5/10. The 4.5 is solely for the tea, while the other items didn't quite hit the mark. Hide great boast, little host (Unchi Dukan Phika Pakwan)

Breakfast was good, only pastry croissant with chocolate was a bit dry. Tea is also very good and their cold drink is buy 1 get 1 free. Nice place if you need to work with computer on the 2nd floor, it is big and quiet.

I ordered from zomato and this is my review..You are charging 119 rs for a maggi ok that’s fine but u r not even putting an extra maggi masala okay its fine you dont know if the consumer want the basic maggi or lil bit masala in it in so you can Atleast give masala separately…silly money minded bloody fools just know how to make business don’t know how to satisfy their customers

This is a nice place for quick meetings or short bursts of work. Charging points have been very thoughtfully placed by the management, which is a plus. Service is quick and quiet. And the chai is great!

Today I ordered 2 elaichi tea. The taste of this tea was worst ever for me. I got my worst tea experience here. Not recommend anyone. Chai point team, you must drink or taste the tea made by you before serving.

This place is really pricey. Not something a simple tea lover should try. If you're looking for a nice cup of tea, there are other options around because the tea here costs more than a hundred rupees and the food is expensive as well. We went in there looking for tea but chose not to order after looking at the price.

Don't buy samosa chat from here. The curd they use is probably 10 days old also the samosa becomes very soggy. If you sit upstairs you would have to come down and then climb the stairs to take the food. There is a person who comes up to call names for orders but can't bring the order. Would recommend chayos instead.

Chair Point B Block CP provides a super convenient location amid the never-ending hustle-bustle of Connaught Place. You could take your cup of team and plate of snacks and sit comfortably as long as you want. And as you know, that’s kinda luxury in the middle of B-Block CP. 😀 They have sitting areas on the ground floor and first floor.

Not a good experience. Went yesterday around 3:40 Staff needs more training. They were packing and keeping big boxes with loud noises right besides the counter. Tea took 30 minutes. However sandwich was ok. I regret going there.

Ordered chocolate shake.. rs 229 plus taxes. Less ingredients and more crushed ice. Had to ask the manager to get it redone, but this time, it was more on sugar.. this is very usual with almost every brand. Once they become successful, they pull their quality down

Absolutely terrible experience. Poor quality tea and poor quality service. We were served poor quality 'lemon tea' (with barely any tea). When we requested for a replacement we were served tea in faulty cups - with hot tea gushing out of it, and spilling all over. One staff member (Pooja) even stopped other staff from coming to us when we were calling for help!!

When it comes to taste, tea is okay. Ambiance is very good + great location. You can also do work here. Less expensive as compared to other places like Cafe coffee day and Starbucks etc. Apart from tea and coffee various items are also available here.

We enjoyed lots and every my friends given good complement for location food and all .

Didn't have potable drinking water. The drinks size was way small compared to competitors like Chaayos for the same price. The food served like microwave heated frozen meals. Absolutely not worth it.

Very bad experience , they served lemon tea that smells bad and tastes very bitter possibly they added contaminated lemon in it. After complaining initially they triwd to justify and didn't accepted the problem later replaced it with a new glass of lemon tea, not expected this from a place serving such expensive beverages
