The staff didn’t read our Deliveroo order correctly and made only 4 pizzas instead of 6. When we called to ask for the 2 missing pizzas, he claimed it was the Deliveroo driver’s fault for not checking the order. However, it’s actually his responsibility to read and fulfill the order correctly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

We ordered and paid for 6 pizzas and only 4 showed up. When we phoned, the guy tried to blame us and then the deliveroo driver. Would not take responsibility or apologise or deliver us the missing pizzas. Spoiled our evening here.

1st time ordering from papa johns, Very quick service. Picked it up and bought it home smelt amazing, when opening the boxes it was a bit of disappointment to see as they looked nothing like the pictures philly cheesestake had next to no meat on and the cheese was very thin so was tastless. The other chicken fajita pizza just taste of a tomato pizza from tesco not much tastes at all. Dominos is better over papa johns on this and dominos isn't even 100%....

I've been ordering since they first opened and never had a problem. The foods always delivered faster than expected, it's smoking hot when you open it up and tastes fresh. All the staff seem friendly and on the one occasion where the dips were forgotten they came back immediately with extra dips.

Absolutely and utterly avoid. The staff are beyond rude, not one of them deserve their jobs. The manager is a piece of work. My pizza had a hint of salmon in the dough as-well as a rotten smell. Thanks for nothing , Kevin Garlic🥶

I had a great time eating delicious pizza at your shops.The staff were committed to great service and were very friendly.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. The pizza was tasteless, cold and over cooked. The garlic cheesy strips, again the same as above. Jalapeños cheese bites were under cooked but were edible. Their garlic dip is the most bland thing I’ve ever tasted. Stick to dominos if you want my opinion! Or just buy one from the supermarket, far cheaper and equally as bland

Third time trying papa johns after having awful experiences both times previous with super delayed deliveries (food cold). This time around was much better, pizza was great and all arrived hot. The sides are still pretty awful (always taste stale) so they went straight in the bin.

Papa John's always on top better than another pizza shop, staff is very friendly.

I have visited this place recently must say it's very good. I like their cheesy garlic sticks and garden party pizza . I personally recommend this place. Surely this is going to be my weekend takeaway place

Amazing food! Best pizza in the area. Never had a bad one and been ordering with them since they opened. Owner always friendly a and good laugh. Keep up the good work!

I found the toppings too thin so I called up and they made the toppings more generous. Good quality ingredients and tasty I recommend the meat feast with double extra premium cheese and stuffed crust nom nom :)

Just poor food. The pizza you buy frozen in the shop is better than these. The pizzas were way overcooked so the base was rocm hard by the time we received it. Barely any cheese. The potato tots had 1 small piece of bacon on it and the tiniest cheese. As if they literally ran out. Not worth the money. Go to the shop

Just about to order a pizza. Its just gone 9pm on Saturday evening only to see they now close at 9pm on Saturdays. Isn't Saturday the main 'treat' night of the week? What's going on? Never heard of a takeaway closing so early on a Saturday. Their loss is someone else's gain I guess.

Great pizza, always order from papa johns, and usually pick up for dinner with the family, I also work locally and when we are celebrating an occasion we always treat ourselves to a pizza! Great pizza and a fab friendly team!
