We dropped into Pallets whilst mooching around Beaulieu and we’re attracted by a sign which said they were happy to answer questions about coffee making skills. We spoke to a lovely young lady who was clearly very enthusiastic and passionate about coffee and she spent 10-15 mins with us demonstrating how to use the steam wand to make perfect milk for a cappuccino. She also offered to help us by answering questions either by phone or by email, and have offered coffee workshops in the past. We decided to buy some coffee beans to support their business and will definitely be going back.

Lovely local tea&coffee shop. Good service and cleanliness. Nice outdoor seating area at the back. Probably the best hot chocolate I've ever had.

I like to visit Pallets on the weekends when possible to grab a vanilla latte as they always taste amazing! The baristas clearly have a genuine interest in coffee, Jas seems particularly educated. Always polite and chatty, always multitasking. A lovely friendly and welcoming coffee shop. Oh, and the paninis are absolutely delicious!

Very quirky and cosy English coffee shop - I absolutely love the retro vibes and 60s music this coffee shop plays! We visited after strolling around Beaulieu. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I am not a coffee drinker so had the millionaire shortbread new forest ice cream which tasted amazing - very creamy and contained biscuit pieces! My partner enjoyed his tea and the prices were reasonable. I would come back to try the hot chocolate and toasties next time!

Amazing little coffee shop. We went there a few times and the food is wonderful, the drinks are so lovely too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can just only recommend it!

What a great find. The staff were exceptionally cheerful and friendly. The tea was proper tea and the scones were massive and tasty, served with clotted cream and jam. There was a good selection of other cakes too including gluten free and vegan brownies. Not only that but it was good value too. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely go back

What a delightful little cafe this was! We just left the Beaulieu attractions and visited Pallets for a refresher. We went for a coffee, hot chocolate, Brownie, jammie dodger blondie and a Bacon bagel. All tasting absolutely incredible! The service was top tier too, and we sat in the window seat playing draughts. We highly recommend visiting Pallets, and it'll be added on my top UK eats list for sure!

A really lovely coffe shop. Took shelter in here on a very rainy day and everyone inside was very welcoming and friendly. Very importantly the coffee is outstanding, have been recommending to all our friends.

I've been coming to Pallets for years for a quick coffee in the middle of bike rides, and it's always been great. My mum and brother were visiting and I decided to take them to sit in the garden here and have some food. Everything was amazing! The coffee was so good, some of the best I've ever had - so much so that I ended up buying a bag to take home. My mum had the cinnamon swirl, which is her favourite pastry, and she said it's like nothing she's tasted before. I had millionaire's shortbread, which was also delicious - the caramel layer had a lovely, fudge-like texture that I really enjoyed. My brother had the caesar salad, and despite being notoriously hard to please, also raved about it! On top of that, the staff are lovely and friendly and were keen to chat to me about the coffee and cakes! Honestly couldn't have been a better experience and I will definitely be back!

Pallets is a lovely coffee shop in a fantastic location. The staff are friendly and the inside feels cosy. There's a nook with board games and lamp lighting too. Coffee and hot chocolate were spot on and you can choose between white, milk or dark hot chocolate. A fabulous place that I love to visit when in the New Forest.

Popped in for a coffee, expecting it to be a good one. Ordered two Americanos. The coffee was so weak and watery, we could not finish it as it tasted awful. Will not be back…

What a super coffee experience. A stunning blend, brewed as it should. Great freshly hand Cut sandwiches and homely cakes to compliment. A must for those visiting Beaulieu the New Forest. Service with smiles all around.

Love this place but always annoyed when the toasted tea cake arrives far sooner than the coffee……. Why can’t they arrive together? Rubbish Sort it out! Same down the road at the Old Bakehouse. Food and drink should arrive together

Stopped in for a coffee while on a walk from Bucklers Hard. We Ended up having a Cheese Scone, and a slice of Chocolate Brownie, all the food looked amazing, plus the girl behind the counter was very pleasant and friendly. What a lovely little place. Been here during winter, I had lovely panini (humus, butter nut squash and red pepper) with cup of tea. I also had coffe latte and carrot cake. Everything was nice and tasty. Service was good. Clean and dog friendly cafe. Friendly staff.

Amazing place, full of flowers, clean, very good vibe. Wonderful atmosphere, great service, great ice cream, and sausage rolls. I wish to have a place like that close to my house.

Popped in for a quick pitstop whilst on a bike ride and ordered an oatmilk cortado. It was honestly one of the best coffees I've had in a long time. I will definitely be back with my family

Great coffee. Great barista. Very kind and welcoming. Bought some coffee too and they threw in a few extra coffee taster bags because they heard it was my birthday. Cheese and ham Panini was banging and hit my desired saturated fat levels mmmmm!
