    These folks need much much better customer service. The folks that are on the sales floor, are trying to cover 3 or 4 departments at the same time. They become overwhelmed, and most times they can't be found, as they are never in the department, that every second customer needs. Hire more on floor, dept, employees. Helps keep shelves Organized. Helps get customers the product they are searching for, and helps keep customers happy, wanting to return, and gets them on their way much more quickly

    Went to the store today and the woman in the desk is on the phone won't acknowledge that I am there and there are 4 or 5 people around who won't even try to help me check the price of the item. Lack of interest to help customers.

    I struggle to find most things to do with my son here. I go to port hawkbury in the same week and they have everything. Much better shopping experience 30 minutes away from this one. Idk if its management or what but this walmart dropped the ball

    Legit the only Walmart I know that has anime blu rays, so it's a massive W just for that.

    The staff members at the self check out are always especially helpful. I didn't give 5 stars because other staff in the store were pleasant, but not as available. We spent almost 20 minutes in the electronics section, and no one asked us if we needed help. When we went to go ask, one staff member was busy with someone else. We waited nearby, but they must've been super busy because we never saw them again. Later we discovered what we were looking for wasn't there. As we turned to leave, we were approached by a customer service person who asked if we needed help with the new iPhone that was on display. We thanked him, said "No," and left. Doh! Better late than never.

    Prices aren't to bad go every time I can,still like shopping there for my granddaughters clothes growing so fast and groceries as well

    Its good for Walmart. Clean, and the staff I've dealt with are nice and friendly. Always some good clearance item somewhere.
