Absolutely outstanding staff at this location. Came in for a phone upgrade while on a show call for a local event and was out of the store just over an hour with everything transferred and working as it should. Thank you guys!

Amazing customer service at your Highland Square Mall location. I needed to get two phones. I explained my situation to Chelsea and she quickly went to work explaining what my options would be with the current contracts I had in place. She made the whole experience quick and easy to understand. This person is a definite asset. It's nice knowing that if I need anything else, she is on staff to take care of it. Brandon provided friendly, helpful, customer service today, even though we're not even Bell clients and had no intention of buying anything! My elderly mother in law who lives in Ontario had questions about an email she had received regarding her phone/plan/account. Brandon was able to explain it to us quickly and easily, so that we might explain it to her. He even took the time to suggest products that might suit her better. Excellent customer service.

I took my mother to get a new phone. She is in her 70s and had nothing backed up and her old phone was badly damaged and couldn’t be turned back on. Chelsea (Kirk) waited on us and was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! She explained plans and took a ton of time to help her understand changes/set up her cloud. She definitely went above and beyond, even helping her to access her old photos through an old email address log in!

Never really liked Bell because I've had issues with them in the past, but I reluctantly had to give them another chance just recently and I have to say I'm very pleased. The lady who hooked up the phones for my fiancée and I was very knowledgeable and helpful, and she very kindly and patiently walked us through each step detailing exactly how it worked and why the bills looked the way they did. I wish every salesperson was as professional and transparent as her. Highly recommend Chelsea and her services to anyone looking for an upgrade, she's the best!

I will start by saying my initial experience with Bell cellular online was absolutely awful and that’s being kind. It was a long shot but I took my issue into the Bell store at Highland Square Mall and was so glad I did. Chelsea Kirk and Devashish were extremely patient and understanding to my plight. They took matters into their own hands and made the necessary calls to straighten out my account and requested services. Big rave for Chelsea! My recommendation is to visit the store location before calling customer service online.

Where do I start ?! I was having some issues with my iPhone as I couldn’t get into my Google account and my phone kept saying something about my ICloud storage being full and I couldn’t save any more photos . I tried to google and YouTube things. It I still didn’t understand… then I remembered I know … Chelsea Kirk works there now and she has helped in the past . I went in not even knowing what to say and I just blurted it all out out of confusion and Chelsea went above and beyond and was so kind and knowledgeable and showed me everything I needed to do . I was almost in tears leaving from how happy I was to be able to have access to my Google account once again and she showed me how to get rid of things I didn’t need or that were taking up so much room so now I have tons of room for more pictures. I could have hugged her as it was quite busy in the store and she was so calm and patient. And I can’t thank her enough . I WILL recommend all my friends to her going forward for anyone all their phone issues . Chelsea is a wonderful friendly face to your business and I hope she stays for a very long time !!
