Hotel is very nice, close to where I needed to go & food! Hotel receptionist was very welcoming, accommodated me and my group very swiftly, literally in under ten minutes! Also mangers happy hour was a plus, on top of the complimentary dinner.

Very nice hotel. Our room was right next to the pool so a very strong chlorine smell. The mattress & the couch was very stiff. But overall a good stay.

Stayed here for a few nights and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious and nicely laid out. The amenities were great and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone needing somewhere to stay in the area.

I highly recommend this place. From check in to leaving I have no complaints at all. Friendly greeting when we arrived, the king size bed suite was amazing (absolutely spotless), the complimentary breakfast was more than you could imagine. We travel alot and this place is definitely in our top 5. Upon check out they sincerely cared about our stay!! Great job at this establishment. I will be back for sure.

Good location. The clean rooms are very large and have all of the amenities. The free breakfast is the best that I’ve ever seen. I really appreciated the dairy free and gluten free options. All of that being said, the rooms have ZERO noise insulation. I could clearly hear my neighbors’ conversations through the walls. Noise canceling headphones didn’t help much. I could hear furniture moving and guests walking around above me.

Stayed overnight in July 2023. This is an excellent mid-range property. It's not luxury but it's the best you can get from a hotel in this price range. Both the public areas and my room were clean and modern. The room I had with 2 queen beds and a separate living area with pullout sofa bed is excellent for families! It's difficult to find rooms elsewhere with that arrangement. I stayed on the top floor, so noise was not an issue. No smell of smoke or pets at all. I would absolutely stay at this property again if I'm ever in the Utica/Rome area. First time at a Homewood Suites by Hilton, and I would try other locations of the brand based on this place!

Very nice hotel. I have stayed here many times and I am always comfortable. The location can be tricky getting to. You may feel like your lost but the hotel is back in the woods 😆

Rooms are a good size. Love the exercise room. The peleton bike is especially nice. Good breakfast, and the service people are excellent. Need to rotate the beds more often so they don't wear on one side.

What a great place for our family to gather! Excellent continental breakfast, beautiful patio area, even basketball, hoop, and pickle ball court! Had a wonderful gathering at lunch on the patio! Super friendly and helpful staff

Very comfortable and mostly quiet. Heated, indoor pool was refreshing. Patio area is beautiful and well-furnished for both relaxing and for entertaining. Didn't make it into the fitness center but it seemed well equipped (multiple treadmills, ellipticals, weight machine, medicine balls). The new digital key feature still isn't great. Had to get physical keys from the front desk after trying to get the digital key to work on my room door multiple times (did work on pool door, though). Overall, beautiful hotel. Wouldn't pay extra for the balcony room again. Single person stationed at the front desk in the afternoon and evening seemed a bit overwhelmed. EV charging station apparently was having issues as well.

We only stayed one night at this location (very late night reservation). Nice property location and good management. Staff is kind and helpful. We liked all the interactions with the front desk and other staff members. Breakfast had many options. Thanks for a nice stopover stay.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel! The room was very cozy and had a kitchen with a fridge and a fridge as well as a dishwasher. The complimentary breakfast was great, and I really enjoyed the pancakes!

We've stayed at a few hotels in this area and Homewood Suites was by far the best! Great front desk staff, room was like a studio apartment. Very nice. Housekeeping was great! And the continental breakfast ranks up there. Only thing missing is a hot tub!

Staff were terrific. They attended to my needs. I plan to stay there again. Special commendations to Domenica, Crystal, and Marie. All three of them were either people in charge at the lobby desk or a manager. They helped me by making the reservation process easy and by responding to my concerns about noise from an adjoining room. They also made a reservation for me at another Homewood, which was on my way back home. All in all, I was very pleased and feel happy about the prospect of staying there again.

Everything except finding the correct side of the hotel to check into, was lovely. There's 2 sides and 2 different hotels on the property that are connected and if you don't know this you may try to get into the wrong rooms as I did. The room was wonderful the staff is wonderful the free breakfast was amazing with the choices. The only thing wrong with my stay was finding the right side to check into. I'll definitely stay here again while in Utica

It's rare there's not one thing wrong with a stay at a hotel. I have to say, there wasn't. The room was awesome and clean, the backyard grills are amazing. The people that work there were really nice and natural. Best place I've ever stayed.
