Great place for adults to get some rest relaxation and whatever else tickles your fancy leave the little ones home if you plan 2 spend a night or two here

I would say this is the best motel around the area of whalley ave, the owners are kind and reasonable there are new led hd tvs which a lot of motels around this area don't have the king sized bed was nice and the heater worked very well, thank you i will come again!

Haven't seen the new up grade but thanks to the new owner's they are a step above the new owner's but over all didn't complain

Not proud to say I was here, but my business brings me to these places regularly. Let's just say; the people that stay there, stay there for a reason. And because of that, business is booming. I gave them three (3) stars because I don't dislike the place, I just choose to stay somewhere cleaner. 🤷‍♂️

Super friendly guys at the check out desk, they are very mindful and considerate. I asked for a good room and I'm always given the best!!!!

Place is OK for a quick stay but alot of weird people and other things hinder this place.

If I could give this place a ZEROOO I would!!! It was horrible, dirty rooms with huge holes at the base of the floors. I wanted to check to see if they had bedbugs before I paid him because I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the rooms and got kicked out. Rude and the guy was reluctant to even show me the room before I paid which was a red flag. They will try to take your money before viewing room. Don’t go here… YUCK 🤢 I DIDNT STAY JUST SAW THE ROOM.

Owners are pretty rude. Don't speak English well at all!! Definitely don't go out of their way to make you comfortable. Big difference from years ago staying here. I don't think I would go back here

Bedbugs, roaches and mice! Had all in our room and owners got upset with us, complaining about spending money on exterminator! Never happened! Had to get own mice traps, roach spray and many many trips to laundromat costing a lot of extra money!

I got room 102 the guy gave me a smoking room that I didn’t ask for, there were flies in my room, the shower curtain was disgustingly filthy. I woke up went to the bathroom and came out to a roach running on my bed i the took a video and a picture and brought it to the women at the front desk telling her about this situation. She then became very angry and didn’t want to speak to me anymore and refused to give me a refund. Don’t recommend at all not even for the price u will bring home bugs guaranteed!!

The Best Way Inn should be called The Worst Way Inn. Where do I begin? Well, the rooms are INFESTED with ROACHES, MICE, and BEDBUGS! And guess what the best part is!? The staff don’t care, it is the customer’s responsibility to fix the problem. Forcing guest to buy their own products to get rid of the rodents and insects that roam the room’s freely. The staff refuses to even wash and change the Linen in the rooms. This place is a complete DUMP. If I could rate this place less than 1 stars, I would. They only care about money. They do not care about cleanliness and sanitation. What would you expect from people who make up excuses for the problems on their property? Comical. I’d suggest staying in a better established.
