BEDBUGS big time at this place. The property managers do not care because the aren't here more than half the time. The front office lady has a nasty attitude and again there are bedbugs everywhere.. plain and simple!

Bedbugs Bedbugs Bedbugs.. is all I have to say, the property makes minimal effort to rid the nasty bugs because they have an ongoing open ended contract with a certain pest control company, so if the pest control company gets rid of the bedbugs completely, they wouldn't have any business for this building. Hence they do just the bare minimum for documentation sake. So if you love bedbugs and would like to deal with a property that doesn't care, please feel free to move into Monterey Place. The staff are lazy and don't care, plus you'll be greeted by the most friendliest receptionist ever, who never had an attitude (Sarcasm)... Again. Bedbugs Bedbugs Bedbugs Bedbugs Bedbugs Bedbugs Bedbugs Bedbugs Bedbugs Bedbugs!!!!

Great 1 bedroom apartment for a reasonable price. I love being able to walk downtown in under 10 minutes whenever I want!
