The doctor was ok but the office staff are incompetent. I paid my copays at the time of service, stupidly in cash most of the time, and didn’t keep receipts indefinitely. Years after I move away and don’t go there anymore, they get an “upgraded” computer system, and suddenly I owe them a ton of money?! Absolutely not. I call, I email, I send letters, and they continue to ignore the fact that I already paid them and threaten to take it out on my credit score. Terrible people who don’t know how to do their job and don’t care.

This was such a pleasant experience! The facility is very nice, the wait time was great for a walk-in clinic, and the doctor was very nice and helpful--my prescription was ready by the time I got home. Also, the visit was charged as a primary care visit, which made it very affordable under my insurance. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Samma is a very knowledgeable, professional & caring doctor. I am very pleased & satisfied w/his care. I never have a problem getting in to see him and his assistants are very helpful, curteous & accomadating. I highly recommend him !!!

Had a little fall today my mom recommended this awesome urgent care. Hands down the kindest urgent care staff I've ever had and Heather was so caring and nice! Thanks again.

He is a very good doctor. I love the staff and he listens to my concerns, he also puts me at ease. Been with him for a few years now and I like the way he does things. I would like even more if he was connected to Griffin Hospital due to the fact that I live in the valley. It would make a better relationship with him by if push comes to shove I will still stay with him.

I love Dr. Samma and all of his staff! They are always friendly! Dr. Samma is attentive, great at explaining things, and puts you at ease.

Dr. Samma provides great care and has great availability. Even his referrals are fantastic. Highly recommend. Also, a walk-in clinic but a primary care provider!

Decent wait but I was there on a holiday, so can’t complain. Fast intake as first time patient, doctor had phenomenal bedside manner, staff were courteous and kind. Wish there were masks in the lobby but all good!

I normally have major panic attacks when I have to see dr's. I needed a pre surgery physical. I went at end of evening(the place b4hand couldn't accommodate me)and they were all very nice, reassuring and professional. I had an abnormal EKG and they made sure to send referral's to cardiologist's for follow up. I was very thankful for all their "pleasant" help, even at end of evening.very hard to find these days!

I have been going to The Clinic for quite a long time. Now, the Clinic could not be any better, I'll tell you why #1 The first lady you see is the receptionist Yesca Rojas who is the absolutely the best Aid I ever came into contact with!! She makes you feel like she cares, and that she knew you your whole life!!!! She is PHENOMENAL!! The Best Doctor I ever had is Stephanie!! She is so concerned with my health, I had some really bad conditions, she got me through all of them and actually called to see how I am feeling!! Pure and simple the best Clinic in Connecticut!!!
