Food is so good that even though I meant to get a picture I just couldn’t wait to dig in. You get an “after” picture instead. Perfect balance of flavor and spice. Made with love. I was having a rotten day and I literally feel like a million bucks now.

El Jefe’s tacos are better than any restaurant in the Twin Cities! I tried a couple, and immediately went back for more. They treat everyone like family, I’m pretty sure we’re cousins now.

Absolutely delicious! Got the tacos al pastor, left with an extra asada quesadilla because I just had to have more in mah belly! A good amount of toppings (cilantro, onion, side of salsa verde), the pollo was well-textured, tender and extremely flavourful. Asada was similar, had a nice kick to it and the cheese was perfectly melted. Service was flawless! Could not stop myself from effectively inhaling it, so tasty! Going again, for sure!

These tacos are legit! Love the pineapple on them. It’s a nice touch. If you see him around, don’t hesitate to try the tacos!

Heard good things about El Jefe’s food and it was all true. We had the Asada, Pollo, and Pastor tacos and all were fantastic. Also found they had cucumber water and it was just like I had in Chihuahua Mexico. They get a high recommendation from me and we will be back for more…….soon!!

Since I can't go any higher than 5 stars I'll give it the full 5. Easily the best taco truck I have ever eaten at. The food is amazing, the employees are always a blast to talk to, and the service is quick. Easily a weekly go to for lunch these days.

The owner is super nice & friendly. Also, the best tacos ever! They were so good & fairly priced!
