We have been Sarpino's customers for close to 10 years. Service and quality has seemed to drop off recently. It seems like EVERY order we have had over the past 3 years (yea prior to covid) something is wrong. Usually it is something small, not worth complaining about. But it is like roulette, and I don't like gambling on quality of food. This time, we requested pizza cut into squares, and ordered extra dipping sauce. Those requests were ignored AGAIN! Why bother offering those choices if you don't QA orders before and after cooking? I think this is the last time our family will use this restaurant.

Sarpino’s called me after my Review on the Gyro Salad I ordered. They offered to Remake the Salad and Asked Me to try again and I agreed. The Salad Arrived Promptly and was much better this time! Thank You for Being a Business That Cares! I will order again. (Very Nice People Work Here)

Paid for a pizza to be delivered. It didn’t show up for an hour and half. I called, phone operator was extremely rude, said the pizza was not coming and hung up on me. I had to call my credit card company to put a hold on the charge to get a refund. I would avoid this pizza place at all costs. This is the third time there has been an issue with deliveries for me. The first two times the delivery time was over 1 hour and 15 minutes. Unprofessional, rude, and the pizza is 2 stars in their best day. For great pizza in the crystal area google “cams eatery”. Cam’s pizza is 10 times better and their service is top notch.

My husband ordered it and it was the first time placing order at this location. Service, food and pricing great. Delivery driver Jeffrey was top notch!!! Respectful, polite and funny while my dogs were barking non stop as usual

Very tasty pizza served with a delicious dipping sauce. The 8inch pies are perfect for one person and it is nice to get a couple different ones and swap slices.

The timing was great but I got the wrong salad. Whoever I spoke to didn’t seem to worried about it, so I just said I’d eat what they sent me even though it was less expensive than what I ordered. I won’t order from here again.

It's decent pizza, only had twice. Kinda doughy but I'd try again, not my favorite sauce though,it just wasn't as good as some other sauces like papa John's, or checkerboard pizza or davannis. It needs a little more kick to it. I'll try another pizza sometime

Garrett was great. They made a mistake in my initial order and I called the location and he handled it personally and rectified everything to more than satisfactory. Great pizza, great sandwiches especially the gyro and outstanding customer service. My go-to pizza place for great pizza and great service!

I came across Sarpino's by accident. They were one of the only pizza places open at 10am and I needed to place a last minute order for a pizza lunch. It was unanimous, this was some of the best pizza any of us have ever eaten. The staff was very friendly and accurate as well!

Overall their pizza is pretty good. Not sure why they don’t allow customers into their business though, Covid guidelines ended almost a year ago. Personally I don’t love that they don’t let customers in, not sure we will order from here again.

Amazing pizza! Amazing service! I ordered about 20 pizzas and some wings for a company lunch party. The pizzas were all done on time and arrived still warm! I will definitely be ordering pizza from Sarpino's again for company events!

I ordered the enchilada lunch special. I had more food then my stomach could hold! Very tasty food and, the atmosphere was authentic in appearance! I will be coming back soon!

Horrible, very rude. I was just the person picking up the pizza not even eating it. Very slow. Had no concept of time or consideration for the person who was delivering the pizza

The best pizza ever!! ❤️❤️❤️ Yasik is an amazing manager, and the team is really awesome. I was impressed with the clean work space, shining bright with purity. That is the first and most important thing I always paid attention in any place to eat. So, I decided to order 2 large pizzas. I waited for 9-15 minutes, but it was worth it. I ordered the House Special with fresh shrimps ❤️❤️❤️ and the Classico Italiano

This location is best at and really only functions as a online order business that offers Curbside pickup and Delivery. If you go here you will have trouble getting in. The door handle has been removed so that only the workers can enter with a key. You will have to knock and stand outside like I did until someone comes to the door. Even then they don't let you in until you answer a few questions first. Once I was allowed in I was questioned again by two more workers as to why I was inside the location. After a good 5-7 minutes of trying to see if I could order anything I was finally able to place my order. I was then told to wait in my car and that the food would be brought to my car. So I did just that. 50 minutes later I received my food and 25 minutes later I was home eating. My husband says their Steak Calzone with onions, green pepper, no mushrooms, and ranch sauce was small and good. He feels $15 is to much for such a small portion. My Spinach Lasagna with meat sauce and ground beef added was $20. It does come with 8 Garlic Bread Sticks and marinara sauce. This was a very large portion that a family of three could share. This is not the best lasagna but it's edible. It's definitely needs more seasonings and a lot less sugar. The tomato sauce/base is very sweet but the spinach is fresh. In a absolute pinch I would get this again and just doctor it up a bit. I will be trying out a different location though.

Tonight we ordered a Hawaiian pizza and 2 orders of Hot and Spicy wings. The pizza was fantastic. It had the little extra time in the oven so the cheese was cooked just a little more and the crust on the pizza was amazing! The outside had the right amount of crunch and the inside had the perfect consistency. Now the wings.....OMG they were so good I really can not think of how to describe them. Except I used about 4 napkins could not keep my hands clean. Which to me is how it should be! When eating wings it should be a messy experience and it was. They were so good. As I told Garrett when I called to tell him how amazing our meal was I have not had wings this good from there since pre pandemic. I called to let him know because if there was something wrong I would call and complain so I felt I had to call and let them know how great it was. He is doing a great job the food has been so good lately from there. Also, the delivery driver a older gentleman is always so nice, can not wait till next week when we order again! Had two pizza recommended by Yasik and they were very tasty. Especially wanna compliment the special ranch sauce, never had one like this one. Definitely gonna order again soon
