Place is good but very bad customer service, especially billing staff (lady), very rude behavior by that lady staff and its the second time we are facing the same issue,she just thrown the bill by saying minimum six,. This is not the way to behave to customers whether they are rich or poor, or black or white. The management should notice this, please train them, we have been to barracuda but their service is very good, the staffs are very nice.

I was really disappointed and unhappy about the security behavior . We are regular customers here for over a years , but just last Friday around 2pm or 2:30pm , we came to your shop and waited an hours because it was closed due to praying time , we patiently waited outside until it was open. Then my husband who is an emarat is asking one of the security guard to help him call someone to assist him as my husband had leg injuries at that time . The security guard was very rude and even talking too much about questioning my husband for asking help . That time there is staffs with him with one English guy who I think is manager . The security guard was very disrespectful even giving us an angry face . I don’t know why he need to treat us like that without any consideration. I think the management should teach their staff on how to give a good customer service or even just on how to talk with respect , as we asked help to them in good manners and responding is very disrespectful.

Very disappointed in their security behaviour, they didn't give respect to customers and acted rudely ... And they are totally waste and worst service. Compared to other branches this is the one very worst service .

They have decent assortment, price is okay, but more expensive than the one we used to shop in RAK.. there's staff to help you Incase you need something. Lots of parking..also on recent visit, my wife was stopped because she was carrying small bag, small enough just to put her phone and wallet, but security insisted we can't bring it inside.. how we supposed to pay if we kept our money outside 🙄🙄

One of the best place to shop your booze. Very friendly staff. Vipin has good knowledge about wines and help you to choose your favorite bottles. Richard in cashier counter was also good mannered. Over all was a great experience, as we don’t get this luxury in other Emirates. Unfortunately I don’t remember all staff names. Thanks to all indian and Philippine staff out there.

Parking space is a big plus here... This is a decent store where godown is also situated nearby... The staffs are good and nice in behaviour.

The booze is available in the supermarket till 1:40AM. The place is big, pretty standard price. Good quality and good collection. Trolleys are available. Both men and women come to purchase. Card payment accepted but minimum is 50aed. Sometimes offers will be there. Road is not quite upto the mark once you reach the destination but manageable. Plenty of space for Parking. Overall a good place to buy good drinks.

[18+] As a visitor from Kerala, it's a nice experience to visit here. Surprised to see the systematic operations inside the store. Neatly maintained and security availability. Takeaway and on demand direct consumption facility also available. It's simply a hypermarket for liquor with wide range of brands and products. I hope one day Kerala liquor shops will be like this.
