I
was
really
disappointed
and
unhappy
about
the
security
behavior
.
We
are
regular
customers
here
for
over
a
years
,
but
just
last
Friday
around
2pm
or
2:30pm
,
we
came
to
your
shop
and
waited
an
hours
because
it
was
closed
due
to
praying
time
,
we
patiently
waited
outside
until
it
was
open.
Then
my
husband
who
is
an
emarat
is
asking
one
of
the
security
guard
to
help
him
call
someone
to
assist
him
as
my
husband
had
leg
injuries
at
that
time
.
The
security
guard
was
very
rude
and
even
talking
too
much
about
questioning
my
husband
for
asking
help
.
That
time
there
is
staffs
with
him
with
one
English
guy
who
I
think
is
manager
.
The
security
guard
was
very
disrespectful
even
giving
us
an
angry
face
.
I
don’t
know
why
he
need
to
treat
us
like
that
without
any
consideration.
I
think
the
management
should
teach
their
staff
on
how
to
give
a
good
customer
service
or
even
just
on
how
to
talk
with
respect
,
as
we
asked
help
to
them
in
good
manners
and
responding
is
very
disrespectful.
