Worst staff who cannot follow orders purchase date 22 dec afternoon token 61 amount paid 99 strict instructions to not put cheese and mayo in 2 fish burgers but they put i have photo where we literally had to wipe the fish patties with tissue and eat with home slice bread really disappointed and don't know if I will ever again visit mcdonald's very bad service and incompetent staff complete waste of time and money rude and arrogant

It's located right in the middle and the quality of food is better than CCA, so for the people who wants their food fresh and warm and at a quite place can come down here rather than eating at Citi center food court, which is like 1min drive from here

Food is good. Service was very bad. Staff is enough capable but they didn’t checked our package. They didn’t provided ketchup & Tissues at all. Rest food was good.

Its my Place the nice waiters there let me charge my phone she helped me as I forgot to bring my power bank ..I start with one of meal of double cheese burger and large pepsi with little ice and fries I cannot be happy more as my thirst was ended ...then I moved to sweets started with hot apple pie which was amazing I tried this pie in many Macdonalds Branches Cairo Sherif Street , Ajman University Branch , Dammam Saudi Arabia , and JBR Branch also it was amazing then tried different Ice cream mcflurry in Dubai Marina Mall and Caramel Sunday ...and salted caramel ice cream it is amazing when it melt in the cup with a very Cold Ice cream and very hot Caramel Syrup .

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I live 15 mins away from this specific one and they took more than 90 minutes to deliver. Also, the useless mcdelivery app shows that my order was already delivered 20 mins back. Had to call the call center to get an update. Was told that someone would call back. The lady I spoke to on the phone was quite evasive when I enquired on the delay. When I asked her what the expected time of delivery was she just said "coming coming". There is a local cafeteria next to my house with better service. It's honestly quite disgraceful how they deal with issues. This is the 3rd time they have messed up my order. The last time they took over 2 hours to deliver one burger. Imagine... 2 hours for one burger.... Not worth it. The time before that they forgot to put the patty in my burger. It was just a bun that I got... This was the last time that I would ever be ordering from these guys. They don't deserve one star as well... Didn't have a choice but to give them one as can't post a review without giving at least one star.

Take large fries for my kids just 10 minutes ago....He has not given fresh, he has reheated and given the same.. 😢😢It has not happened once, it has happened two or three times...But now I had to give review....

You just can't compare McDonalds to its competetors when it comes to provide quality food. Though its junk not so good for health but kids just can't resist the flavours.

Since I am a regular customer to McDonald's, I was really shocked when I today ordered two meals throught out drive thru. For the first meal, I got a small box of chicken Nuggets instead of Grand chicken Spicy meal. No mistake in the second meal, but the big tasty was awful...the meat was over cooked and there is a bad smell coming from the sauce or the cheese. Bad experience.

All McDonald's are alike and as you order you realise what you are getting. This McD's is managed very well though very difficult to get to the manager makes the difference. The team prepares quickly and stresses all demands.

Order happy meal beef burger because my son is allergic to cheese, and they gave me cheese burger even when i asked the guy at the window he told me beef , reached home and discovered its not
