Nice location, ample parking and variety of clothing

The factory mall , close in concept to Dubai outlet mall , recently opened in Ajman industrial area. It was a quick visit to see the contents and display items , all branded clothes for all ages both male and female, besides the breaded shoes in some corners of the mall . Above of that some shops selling high quality toys such as Lego and others . Consist of two storey floors . All displays there with reasonable prices and possible for negotiation also. The center is served well bathrooms available and clean well. Location easy to catch it and well known . Staff helpful . Recommended for another visit to discover it properly ,even you if you nearby give them try . Enjoy your shopping.

It was open from til before now they closed with central air conditioning, unbelievable prices for branded items , with some feeling it’s not genuine anyway wide variety of shops , wash rooms are Available but more cleansing needed

A very good shopping mall for clothes. They have multiple small to large shops inside for seamless shopping experience. Most of the staff there are really helpful but Some staff are very rude too. They literally will tell you not to buy too

Best place for whom looking for branded clothes. Cheap price specially kids clothes

The kids' play area is worth for the money. It's on the first floor near the lift. They charge aed 15 per hour, a very less crowded, peaceful environment, and a lot of toys.

This is a small replica of Dubai Outlet mall but a lot smaller. there are well-known brands here plus a lot of clothes manufactured in Ajman. In general it worth a visit. also near by there are so many local clothe shops you can visit as well.

Bought so many things on discounted price and few on Aed 5 ,20 and 30. Compared to Dubai and Sharjah ,prices are less.Highly Recommended. A cap in Aed2 and a women bagpack i bought in Aed30,which is unbelievable price. Pics attached.
