This place needs proper management. Management and staff are indifferent to customers need. Had a baby and asked for a high chair. Management said she has been in business for 7 years and no one has asked for a high chair. So she does notnhave one . So what should i with baby? Is this a kids friendly restaurant ? Secondly after we ordered and were partially being served, we were told that the prices on the menu chart that was given to us were not the actual prices. Of course we protested. Management apologized but could not do anything because she had lost her trend of thought because we were all.talking and she has a catering engagement. This place needs proper management. Customer service is ,*0*

Had the curried shrimp with herbed rice and it was delicious. Loved it. The shrimp pasta was also very nice and tasty. Customer service was great, Cassandra made us feel at home. Lemonade was nice and the lemon flavour was strong. The guava pineapple juice was perfect and the ginger was up.

Food did not taste good at all. Service was fine. The food just didn’t have any taste at all could’ve been better. Thought it was going to be a lot better that what I got. Food tasted bland.

I waited 25 minutes for a protein shake watered down with milk and next to no nuts. The service was poor and the shake not worth the price. One star for the clean environment and another star for the convenient location. Whoever owns this business, please pay attention.

Worst cafe I have ever been to. Today may 9th 2021 I went for breakfast at satiable delight. I ordered strawberry waffles and scrambled eggs. I was told that it would take 20 minutes because of the volume of customers. I said “ok no problem “ the attender then said “one moment” I stood there watching her prepare other orders before fully accepting my order. I then went to sit because I am 24 weeks pregnant and is unable to stand for long periods of time. After 10 minutes and the attender didn’t get back to me, I called for her attention. She told me my order was in and is being prepared. After half an hour of waiting I was then told that they don’t have strawberry mix for to make the waffles only original. Their customer service is very poor. I could hear someone shout from the kitchen “ strawberry waffles who going make that?”. If you don’t have something take it off the menu or advise the customer. I will never go back there #verydisgusted

Great tasty breakfast. Nice atmosphere in the morning before the rush of the day.

A neat little cafe nestled in the corner of the sovereign village food court serves hearty home cooked portions that make them in a class by themselves. I had their pepper pot soup and it was full of flavors and extremely pleasing to the palate. I would recommend this place as a cafe with a difference

Satiable Delights was usually my go to place when I wanted to enjoy a nice meal especially on Sundays. My last experience with them was sub par but I informed them and they replaced my meal. So thumbs up for that

I walked in and asked the girl being the counter what was available for vegetarians. Two choices, I chose the rundown and placed an order for food. 15 minutes later I still had not gotten it. Others were served. I grew impatient & asked the lady behind the counter what’s taking so long? Her reply was, “what are you waiting for?” NEVERMIND. NEVER. AGAIN. (0) stars

I had stew peas, baked chicken and rice and peas just yesterday and it was so bad I had to go somewhere else to buy another lunch. The chicken was undone and stew peas tasted thick like flour is in it with only 4 tiny pieces of fatty pig tail. I can cook better than this on my worst day. This is legit the worst stew peas I've had anywhere in Jamaica. The rice was bland too...sigh. Another customer lost

I ordered a jerk chicken pasta for delivery. When it came it was grilled chicken. Not only did I pay for a jerk chicken pasta, but when I called to informed them on the matter. I was told there isn’t a difference between the two. The jerk chicken pasta is actually more expensive and well seasoned. While the grilled chicken is pretty much bland and has no taste.

I’ve dined here more times than can count. I had below par service on a number of occasions and I’ve personally made recommendations on how improvements can be made. Today was the last straw for me. The quality of the food has continuously declined and now I believe they have someone who has absolutely no idea how to cook, preparing the food. They obviously have no quality analysis before the food is served to customers in the mornings or some things wouldn’t pass. Get back to where you were and you’ll have me as a customer again.

This is a cosy cafe with good customer service. The selling point, however, was the food. We stopped in for breakfast and it was delicious. It tasted as great as it looked.

The wait time is incredibly ridiculous not to mention the Cafe was empty! Ordered sweet an sour pork and kill me dead its chicken, nothing to say it's actually pork. I won't even elaborate on the portion servings, I am greatly disappointed.

Good Atmosphere, welcoming staff and great food

I really like this breakfast spot. Started trying it this week, the customer service is five stars, the attendees are really beautiful and easy to deal with. They offer Jamaica and overseas breakfast, I tried these breakfast with friends the baked beans and jerk sausage was great definitely something to try, salt mackerel was like my mother’s cooking. The Ackee and red herring was something new to try and the curry was a classic Jamaica curry. Their fried dumplings are really good. Was a really good experience. Put this on your list for your next Breakfast Spot.

Food was good and the customer service is excellent, including the service by the owner herself. They offer local breakfast items as well as burgers, sandwiches, vegan eats etc. I was surprised at the size of the coffee mug (lol), but it was well worth the price. All items are reasonably priced. Would recommend if you're in the area 👍🏼

Absolutely amazing, the food is great and the customer is great. Look that they have a wide range of food, pastries, and smoothies to choose from.

The customer service used to be excellent and I looked forward to going to Satiable but I recently went there and they hired two new females. Let's just say that I hope the manager uses the time to train them because they do not know the first thing about hospitality. For the first time since going to this quaint Cafe, I did not enjoy my experience. I will not be returning.

The breakfast give me a Europe taste. I could not taste the seasoning at all. It was very fresh and for me to eat egg without salt is very hard. So I will pass on the breakfast next time.

The service was quick but what I saw on the Website for a jerk chicken omelette was nothing close to what I got . I was expecting saucy and well seasoned a Likkle spicy like the picture on the website shows below. Maybe a little callaloo. The omelette was just egg chicken no spicy no flavour of jerk. Happy I added cheese for a little flavour. I gave 2 star because my husband says the waffles were good. I’ve attached 2 photos what’s on the website vs what I got.

Food arrived warm that was a plus. My fried bammy box had onion in it and it was nothing like what was on the site. The steamed bammy was from a steam fish pot. The parmesan chicken was dry. I didn't enjoy the meal.

Called before going to the restaurant. They confirmed closing time was 9, kitchen closes 8:30. We got there at 8:15 for drinks that took 3 minutes or less to prep. Three females were staffed and their attitude was one of not wanting to serve us. Staff was very unfriendly and kept giving the impression of wanting us to leave. We eventually left after getting drinks that was completely off on taste, upon prep they didn't even offer to provide the drinks, their entire demeanor was off and unfriendly. This has always been our go to restaurant but based on this experience will never be going back.

Satiable Delights Cafe provides a satisfying dining experience. Their dishes range from seafood to chicken. I fell in love with their Red Peas soup the first time. The sweet chili chicken or fish, both are great tasting. The pork chops won over all else that I've tried. There isn't much dining in space. However, the space is well laid. They've got lunch specials for different days as well if you're not in the mood for dining.

they have a good chef because their food has yet to disappoint, I'm only annoyed at the amount of pasta options they have compared to the rest of the menu. all in all the service and the food is good taste as quality. when I visited I unfortunately had to get the shrimp pasta.

Love this cafe! The food is so good and the little space is perfect.

It was an ok experience at best. It took us over an hour to get our meals and it wasn't a lot of people there dining in. It was us and two other tables. My drink however took almost two hours and by the time I got it she told me it was "on the house". Everything else was pretty much ok, they just need to improve on the serving time.

Great tasting food and lovely atmosphere. Food is done to order and it takes a while sometimes but well worth the wait.

The ideal place in Portmore for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staffing are professional and friendly and the meals are absolutely delicious. All of this in a comfortable air conditioned setting. This is my favorite place for meals and work... NB: FREE WIFI for customers.

It was awesome actually. Very quiet and Le'Ann (Hope I got that right) was very courteous, pleasant and professional. The meal was delicious and the place was quite sombre and relaxed..I was very very pleased at the display and presentation of the good and service of the staff. Well done. I certainly will be making several trips over there
