Great service. Great food. Great breakfast spot. The bread came from Susie's bakery and it was ooooh so good

The last time I was in this spot was 10 years ago and wow, what a face lift it got. Not just Susie's but the entire Mall. I had breakfast here and it was so good, a wide selection!

Was on the road and decided to have lunch and just randomly turned onto the plaza and asked the security if there was a restaurant here. He said yes, and directed me to Susie's. I went in and asked a worker who was clearing a table a question, apparently she didn't hear me so I called to her again. I asked for the menu and she told me to scan the QR code and she left me. I sat out there for 15 minutes and the lady didn't come back to me or anything. I had to ask a worker who was on break for assistance and she went and got me someone. The young lady that came was extremely pleasant and the food was 100% delicious. Those are the things that saved this review. Only God knowz how displeased I was with how the first worker literally ignored me, like I didn't exist. However, the food and the young lady who served me was good enough to wipe the slate clean. Oh, and there was no long over-bearing waiting period. Which was another plus. Will visit again soon.

The restaurant was clean and the food was prepared in a sanitary manner. I had a chicken breast sandwich that tasted great but I expected it to be real chicken breast slices, however it was the thin sliced cold cuts. The smoothies there are tasty but are not 100% fruit smoothies but rather are milk based and taste more like milkshakes instead of smoothies. There is an affordable lunch buffet but I opted for the menu options. I recommend this restaurant as a nice lunch option if you are looking for something simple and tasty or if you are doing a quick coffee run. There is free wifi and the bathroom was acceptable, in addition the seating area is comfortable.

Food is always good, prices vary depending on your budget. The chicken club sandwich is my go to, very huge. Can be shared for 2 persons, comes with fries

Nice place to sit and have lunch and also escape the harsh midday sun. Always look forward to Susie lemonade as well. Had the Falafel.

I love this location, I've been going there for years. They have a lovely lunch buffet that offers variety. But if you feel for a sandwich, I would haste tobsuggest the Tuna in wheat bread (if you don't do pepper, just let them know and they'll take it out.) Susie is pleasant, and the workers are efficient. If you're in the area and looking for a nice lunch, this is the place. Side note, breakfast is also a good time to stop in as well 2022 update, as expected, Susie's comes through with the Tuna sandwich.

One of, if not, THE BEST place to get some good food during the week and the absolute best place to go on the weekend (fri-sun) after an event, yes, AFTER, an event because they're open even at 3am. Food is mostly done to order so you're getting freshly done wraps or sandwiches and they also cater to vegetarians.

Ambiance, Decor & Customer Service is excellent. I had shrimp stir fry which was tasty, however, I expected more shrimp per serving. I also had their passion fruit juice which was really good. I like that they have a rewards card. Prices - for the average Jamaican they may be expensive depending on what you order. I think they maybe affliated with Pita Grill so you can get their sliders there. All in all, it's a nice little lunch spot if you want a nice atmosphere with a variety of options.

Was visiting and decided to have an early dinner.There was restricted options due to giving up meat/sweets/sugar/pastry for lent.I’ve attached a photo of the wrap and macaroni and the bill.The issue is the baked Mac & cheese portion size for $1100 hence 4 stars.Both listed meal was delicious, and the server was professional.Beware that portion side may not meet your expectations.

Food is a bit pricey for the quantity you receive however the food tasted great! Service was great as well with a comfortable indoor and outdoor dinning ambiance.

Even though the hot food area looks a bit "buffet" the quality of the dishes is actually really really good. Fabulous cakes and pastries too.

Love the new look, food variety is much more and tastes great. Especially loved my strawberry smooth 😋😋.

I haven't been to the store in a while and I was pleasantly surprised that they have renovated and updated the store, giving it a more modern look and appeal. The store is outfitted with an array of plugs which would make it convenient for a quick meeting or a temporary day office with a continuous supply of food at hand. I bought a bunch of their assorted rolls and they are absolutely delicious. They come in a variety of flavors, such as cheese, callaloo and tomato. I also got a stir fried chicken, which they did to order, which was equally delicious.

Listen that ox-tail, tie me. The best. Service is beyond good. A welcomed change, especially since jamaica isn't a service industry. Try the out food 30 out of 10 stars

I like this little hide away eatery. Very clean, peaceful, relaxing and quiet. Meals offered are really tasty as well. Majority of the customers seem to be from the upper class community, rich old white people, lol. Nonetheless it's a recommended visit, and it's worth try.

Always heard great things about Susie's and I finally got to visit. It did not disappoint. Food was good, atmosphere was great and the staff was so hospitable. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Great service and even better food. I had the liver, fry dumpling, fry breadfruit and the lemonade made by them all delicious. I would definitely visit there whenever possible.

The new layout is superb! There is way more space and the place feels modern. The lighting is great and the tables and chairs comfortable. The staff is pleasant and made an effort to serve the food as quickly as possible. I would recommend Susie"s as a good lunch time spot or after work link up location.

This I must admit was a hidden treasure for me to find the other day. The ambiance and mood of the whole place inside out is very comfy and welcoming. Everything is squeaky clean and well managed by the staff. The thought around sitting arrangement, especially the kids area along th3 entry wall with plugs to connect devices is very helpful. Ordering, serving, and quality of food was spot on. Prices are a bit on a high, but I think quality these days do have to come at a price 👍🏻. I was also surprised to know this place runs 24/7 between thursday till Monday. I will definitely recommend this place to all my followers as this will bring smile to your face :) they definitely did make my morning breakfast a joyful experience.

On the pricey side. Food is good but you are largely paying for an aesthetic. Beautiful place.

Stopped in to grab breakfast to-go. They had local Jamaican options in the hot bar. Even the small bowl was a great portion size. Food tasted great and was presented nicely. I hate when I purchase food and it is not served neatly, which was not a problem at Susie's. My Americano coffee was served quickly as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Environment was clean and welcoming. Would also be a good place for a quick dine in breakfast spot as well. Parking was easy to find at 8:30am.

Susie's is not for the faint heart, it's for person who know what good food taste like and will pay for that. You have choices in food, beverages, tea/coffee and bakery products. You will definitely enjoy the ambiance. Don't let me start on the staff😍 they are really pleasant and warm. Must go to place. Oh I almost forgot on weekends it's 24 hours. So that means you leave the party a bit tipsy and hungry Susie's is your place before you go home.

Pricey but good service and food.

Bought a spicy chicken wrap and grilled chicken sandwich which was really good and was prepared in a timely manner. The cashier was pleasant and was patient with me when I asked him to list all the ingredients in the meals so I could choose what I wanted to include or take away from my order. I also witnessed a customer being very rude and loudly swearing at the staff because he was waiting for a long time to get his meal. He then demanded his refund and left. The staff remained calm though. No one was disrespectful to the customer and they apologized for the incident. The supervisor came out and addressed the situation as well. They get 5 stars for that.

Love the upgrade, the food turn up, coffee great as always but the customer service is off the chain...big up David at the front of the house, you make my morning stop awesome

I have patronized Susie's a few times over the years. I initially started going there for their milkshakes. I even had one of those punch cards where you get a free milkshake after a few purchases. Over the the years I've tried different food items from their menu and I have found that the quality is dependent on what you buy. The food is generally ok but I found that their cakes can sometimes be dry and I had an ackee and saltfish meal a few years back that wasn't the best (maybe it is better now). Overall, average food, cozy place.

Loved everything.. the prices were very decent. The service was excellent, and the food was so delicious and were really good portions as well. An oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Kingston city. We'll be back again for sure. 😊🍽

My server was possible the most warm person I've ever met at any restaurant. The corn was great. Food was good but not great.

Place is nice and the food is great! However the they need to increase the size of the plates the food is served in when you dine. It is way too small and the food falls off easily.

Excellent, love the involvement of the owners. Clean space with plesant staff. I think the restaurant menu could be relocated just above the warmers for better interaction.

Good environment, good service, wide variety of local/continental breakfast options. I was spoiled for choice. Can get a bit noisy inside when it's busy but there is also outdoor seating if preferred. Overall, I'd definitely recommend.

Customer Service A1. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about the items on the menu, is fast and efficient. I hope the establishment pays them well so they stay. The cakes were too sweet for my liking even found icing in the middle of it was not amused. Nice addition to my go to places.

I had a jqmqican breakfast and coffee. The serving was decent and the food hit the spot - I had ackee and salt fish and callaloo. While the coffee wasn't as strong as I'd have liked, I enjoyed it. Nice flow of ppl in and out while we were there, and our server was pleasant and accommodating.

Excellent service. Chicken wraps were delicious and filling . Exceptionally clean surroundings... seems be their standard rather covid induced.. Definitely will be back for more 👍🏽 Have been back numerous times 😊 They have a Rewards Card... I'll be getting my free Bowl soon. 😉😋 Got my free medium bowl!!! There food was really good and satisfying. I had the curry chicken and I think bake chicken wid rice n peas and steam vegetables and corn and plantain. Really good. I wud recommend. We ate on the outside and were provided with small table fans to help keep us cool which was much appreciated.

The ambiance was welcoming and relaxing. The staff members were polite and friendly (excellent customer service). The food was very tasty and I would recommend Susie's Bakery and Coffee Bar to anyone.

The 24hours service is definitely a bonus. It's a nice spot to just chill, eat and relax if you're out until late and don't quite feel like heading home just yet. The ambiance was very relaxed and comfortable when we went there for a midnight snack.
