Very spacious mall with several establishment that can satisfy your need. Some of the establishments include pharmacy, clothing store, appliance and telecoms etc. Security officers and staff were courteous and provided much needed info about queries had. Parking is available but ensure you are vigilant.

This plaza has a wide range of stores like payless, lee's fifth ave, proactive lifestyle, answers for kids etc

I so love this plaza I had the opportunity to walk it out upstairs and downstairs I didn't know so many stores were at this location too much to list

Clean, safe variety of stores, from Mason Chic for perfumes, Western Sports for sport apparel, casual wear. Payless for shoes, dietary supplements store, electronic bikes, baby care, clothing, there is also Wendy’s , Starbucks, Chinese food. It has it all.

Yes it has some nice stores but for years Tropical Plaza has been more like a large parking lot than a shopping area. The indoor Tropical Mall was a nice addition but I think the owners of TP should consider adding another floor. This would bring more shops/stores and more options for shoppers. They should also consider planting more trees in the parking lot to provide well needed shade.

Can walk freely without the hassle and visiting the different stores and Food Courts.

Adequate parking, clean environment courteous staff good security and is at a central location. Tropical plaza offers alot I would recommend shopping there. It does have parking for disabled persons and is wheelchair accessible.

Shopping was quick, no crowd, each store followed sanitation routing

There's a strong security presence which is very welcome at this time. Parking can be tight at times but the stores are worth the trip. Clothing, icecream, shoes, electronics, pharmacy and toys. They're also 2 ABMs; 1 Scotiabank and the other Sagicor.

It was ok security guard were informative and they assisted me well thanks to Vanguard security

Colourshop in Tropical Plaza is very spacious with long aisles of neatly stacked tins of paint and painting accessories at 20% discount prices until the end of 2020.

Tropical Mall is my new go-to for Devon House Ice-cream. Spacious, not usually crowded and the cashier I interacted with was so pleasant and helpful. They lost 2 stars because the waffle cones I purchased were broken and 6 cost $900. How can you sell broken cones? They need to check them to make sure they are sound before selling and if they are broken sell at a discounted price to persons who knowingly opt for broken cones.

Pros: Can always find a parking spot. Plaza is clean and usually quiet. Cons: Not a large variety of shops, since it's only Ground level. Nothing really happens there, I guess that's what The Mall is for....same owner I believe, other half of the coin.

It's pretty much the same shops they had back in 70s, but more updated than before. A couple of new shops, for example like Samsung and Radio Shack to name a few.

Just about any and everything you looking for can be found in this plaza. Very diverse shops. Food, clothing, books, toys....you name it, they have it.

As usual on a Saturday it was hard to find parking. Shopping was good, that's why I am going there.

Tropical plaza has been a favourite of mine ever since I was a teen. And it still is. They have greatly improved the space and the stores there are more "user friendly", more relevant.

Unless it's Christmas time or some other grand shopping time, you are almost 100% guaranteed to get parking here. The other good thing is that it is quite closing and adjoining other malls so you can easily access other shops if you haven't found what you want here. The plaza has a wide range of shops including clothing stores, jewellery stores, pharmacy, a bank, and so on.

A plaza in halfway tree that stands out from the rest, with a variety of food stops beautification, health and clothes stores. A really nice place to walk and window shop if you're into that although on the higher side of costing, with a turquoise, pink and white outlay you can't miss the buildings and the different options to choose from.

Very clean, open and secure feeling plaza. Parking is very good, depending on the time of day. On Saturdays you may have to drive around a bit, but the wait time isn't long. A wide array of stores for everything. And a favorite of mine for 'fashion night out'.

The plaza is well maintained (clean). A lovely shopping location central.

I believe the service here is poor. I was ask to come to the store with my ID and having taken time from work to be there, waited for almost an hour only to be told that I never needed to be there physically for what was needed to be done. The other thing is the number on Google for the store does not work so there is no way to contact them without going to the store. This is so antiquated for this age of technology

Warm environment and ambiance, prices vary and customer service is ok.

It's always fun to walk the malls. From Western Sports sporting goods store to the Samsung Experience Store and then some. Devon House ice cream parlour is also on-site to keep your sweet tooth in check on a warm sunny day. Trendy shoes and apparel abound at Lee's Fifth Avenue and Payless Shoe Store. Diamonds are forever at the jewelry stores a many. Need I say more?
