I like this place than other supermarkets in Jamaica because of this place having good customers services, it is not much crowded and also prices are very reasonable. This location is also easily accessible, they have good parking lot. Further I realised that they have variety of goods not only local foods also imported high quality products with reasonable prices. You can freely do your shopping anytime, no need to stay in long queue. I can recommend this place for your family as a best shopping experience in Jamaica. You can take your monthly or weekly needs in one place with all facilities including supermarkets, foods quarters, banking, telecommunications, dress point, etc. Please come and enjoy this market, its only for you and your family.

I love going here they always make me have a little taste of home. The service is quick and friendly. They have a variety of shops and restaurants.

Just a normal shopping Centre. A little above average. Update - I acknowledge the owner’s reply, which is a copy and paste of a review I did a few years ago speaking highly of Jade Gardens in Sovereign Centre. This was meant to be a review of just one restaurant, not the entire shopping Centre; and as the owners themselves stated in response to a bad review from someone else about the cinema, Sovereign Centre does not organize its tenants or conduct their business.

This shopping mall has a wide variety of popular restaurants and stores for shopping. It also has a pharmacy, supermarket and a movie theater. You can buy your food and dine in the food court, which is also a nice area to chill out with friends and family. The parking is a bit limited, though. In peak hours, you may have to wait to get a parking spot.

So many types of businesses even an eye clinic and travel agency and a lot of food options. Its a good place overall and it does have an elevator for access so that is always a plus. I never taken the elevator though and that's because people mostly take the stairs. To each his own.

If you need something, this is the place to go it has everything from hardware to groceries to food to clothes. Though not as big as the malls seen in first world countries, it covers 90% of all your needs with ample parking.

A lot of people are out today at Sovereign Centre enjoying their Christmas break. Beautiful plaza with security at entrance gate and security inside the mall. Food court is very busy, be prepared to wait a while for your food. Most stores are empty not many peolpe shopping for items mostly stopping by to buy food. Very secure area with lots of security guards about. Take a break from the heat and stop by Sovereign for some cool AC and delicious 😋 food.

Was empty when I went on Sunday because everyone stops at Devon House. Don't sleep on this shopping mall, they can be non central but it's well worth the drive. The Covid-19 signs were well placed but then they have separated quarters but noone seemed to be wiping anything down so I was very vary of sitting down.

Nice place for meet up with friends. They have basically everything, fast food restaurants, lounges, bakeries, clothes store's and more. Would recommend.

The atmosphere is Kool, a nice hangout spot, u can see a movie, have lunch or dinner or a treat at any of the restaurants. Shop for clothing, shoes, fabrics , kiddies and gift items.

Great location and good variety of food. Has a movie theatre, phone store, bookshop, shoe store, supermarket Etc. Servers at Little Tokyo are impolite... Their food is good though. Bought steamed fish from Fish Pot and it seems like they don't clean the belly of the fish completely. So I haven't been back.

Food shopping in Kingston is surprisingly fun for this ex-pat. My visit to Sovereign Centre was fun due to my cousin's company but also that there was everything there I could ever want. The stock in the store rivals any supermarket in the US. Cashiers were pleasant and will smile at you in response to the smallest encouragement. The cashiers work hard and represent the store well. Shopping for Supplies at Rapid True Value and Lunch at Island Grill was Great. A Very Lovely Place to Visit Anytime of Day or Night.

Overall a great location for business and pleasure. Ambiance also good. Food courts are crowded at peak hours tho so prepare to wait.

Parking can be rough on a Saturday but you'll make it inside if you're patient. The best option Kingston has to offer in terms of a food court - movies, snacks, yogurts, asian fusion cuisine, KFC, Island Grill, Pastry Passions and tech stores. There is a supermarket and pharmacy too.

The wide variety of stores at Sovereign Centre makes it a worthwhile place to visit. Shops are there to satisfy your food, clothing, beauty, jewelry, technology, entertaining etc desires. A cool and centeal meet-up spot for the young and old alike.

One of Kingston's older malls, Sovereign Centre has stood the test of time. You can find many shops here, including a pharmacy, supermarket, food court, MAC store and movie theater. Ample parking, however during peak times, you may have to drive around once or twice. Route taxis are available outside Hope Road, so tourists and locals alike can get around. There is a security presence felt.

Good in door mall with several retail stores and a multi-choice food court. The food court has adequate upper and lower dining areas. There is a multiplex cinema and an elegant Chinese restaurant Jade Gardens on the third floor. Sovereign Center has an elevator for easy access and wide stair cases.

Ample parking...many stores with pharmacy and supermarket. Safe environment with modern spacious buildings.

Customer service needs improvement at the food outlets, especially Yao Restaurant and Pastry Passions. Pastry Passions needs to do a HAACP course again. They are lacking in sanitisation practices. You shouldn't have a cashier handling food as well.

We purchased food from fish pot. Twas their soup, fish salad and festivals. Twas good. I enjoyed the salad though the fish wasn't much. We also purchased red velvet cake and Baileys cheesecake from pastry passion. They were excellent. I love a good red velvet cake. Oh and a cookie. These purchases were made from the food court. Sovereign had several stores- book, shoe & clothing, natural herbs, flow, supermarkets, cafe, pharmacy just to name few. The cinema however was closed, perhaps due to the pandemic.

Three level plaza. Ground floor is food court, the 1st have shoes, clothing, toys, cellular, pharmacy, and other types of stores. The 3rd floor has a restaurant, cinema, and travel agency. In the same plaza but along the parking places there are a supermarket, cafe, hardware store, laundry and department store.. A truly complete place in Kingston

In its hey day, this was the first semi enclosed mall in Kingston, but in need of a makeover and some new stores - still has the basics though so for a pharmacy, movie theater, cafe, and cel phone store you can get it here- noticed no patties anywhere though

A niche and big place I withal alot of options to buy food although it's normally packed its a great place to go to take some time to walk around.

Unique Variety of Food Options (KFC, Island Grill, Little Tokyo, Sizzling Grill, Jamica Juice, etc)....Adequate seating....Open Area...Multiple Clothing and Shoe Stores like Payless and Crocs ....Makeup Stores ....a Central Mall with a movie theatre and elevator!

It brings back child good memories. But a great mall with several businesses from Flow, Digicel, Mac for all makeup lovers to name a few to one's liking including the food court which includes KFC, natural juice bar, Tutti Fruitti, Pastry Passion. island grill.

It's a very big shopping centre. Need upgrading, the infrastructure is not modern. Stop at the Tuti fruit frozen yogurt outlet in the center; the machines that dispense the yogurt need servicing and the cashier is not at all friendly. The security was helpful

This was the first place where I went for the first time when I landed in Jamaica. You can find everything which is required there. A cinema hall, a mall, a Digicel store, Island Grills, Shoes shop, a laundry shop, a Starbucks store, and so many stores are there. This place is really so good in Jamaica.

It was great, the atmosphere was good. Went to The Dutch Oven and the customer service was very nice 👌🏾 the food was good too, I had oxtail and rice and peas with Mac and cheese and it was delicious. I would recommend, however, don't go too late as it's a big place so you'll get more time to explore 😉

Can be a bit loud and crowded, so this place is not for romantic dates. Good place to just chill and eat. There are a variety of stores: restaurants, clothing, shoes, toys, jewelry and more. There's also a movie theatre!

Busy,some food establishment in there could use some customer service training,e.g. YAO restaurant in particular. Loved island grill though,the workers that day were working really hard to get the food out,few customers were acting disgruntled but one particular lady handle the situation with grace.

Sanitation protocols are observed strictly and that is a huge grace as we are begining to learn how to live with the recent pandemic. Parking is a little hectic as traffic flows in,out and around the center. One can get a meal, have a seat and just relax for a bit or go window shopping and feast the eyes here.

I had a simple mommy daughter date and she enjoyed it,it as alot of different variety of foods and stores to look at and keep you occupied.we had tutti fruity n Chinese food it was delicious

Clean environs with a variety of stores (apparel, electronics, health food store) and a food court (KFC, Island Grill, Bikkles, Fish Pot, etc.). I'm not a fan of the parking lot arrangement (Make it less claustrophobic by utilizing a more open concept. This will make it more spacious and easier to navigate. Currently, it chuck up chuck up bad and surprisingly, cars get stolen from there quite frequently.)

Clavel (cashier) at Sovereign Supermarket made my trip a great learning experience.. she was patient in explaining the pricing of certain items in such a way that was enlightening without being condescending. The supermarket was clean and very organized. An enjoyable trip all around!

Didn't actually go inside Sovereign but visited the coffee shop Cafe Blue. Very pleasant visit, had my usual mojo Latte sin azucar. And.......a slice of the heavenly plain cheese cake. The combo is just divine. Hit the spot and ready for a what turned out to be a truly grueling meeing.

A superb Centre offering a wide range of shopping options. Very clean and well regulated. The food court offers an alluring range of food choices, and I delight in the pastry.

If there's one thing good about covid, its how clean the food court now is. There's a cleanup crew assigned there so as soon as someone leaves a table the area is sanitized. Felt very safe and comfortable there.👍👍👍 I hope it remains that way even after covid has passed.

Adequate parking a benefit of being located on the mall property, the place itself is very small and clean and the speed of service is near moderate; good customer service is inconsistent so it's based on the rep you get to deal with as everyone is not on one accord.

Love that there's a variety restaurants can choose from. There's a new restaurant sizzlin pizza not bad... Due to COVID only to persons are allowed at a table can't move chair or table I don't like that because I went there with two friends and it was weird with one of us sitting by ourselve
