The food was good, service was quick with pleasant staff.

They serve proper Jamaican breakfast. The dumplings are solid and have cornmeal in them - both fried and boiled. Anything with saltfish have saltfish pieces you can see - not just a hint of saltfish. Of course the food is hot and fresh - just how I like it.

The wait time could have been better on my last visit, since it was not crowded. They observe covid 19 protocols.

Island Grill is a bit overpriced in my opinion so I don't go there very often. I do like their juices and their fries. The meals like the large Satisfaction is not great for the price at all. You could get the same quality somewhere else for less with better portions. But, their menu has variety and good vegetarian/pescatarian options. I like the green plantain and breadfruit tostones additions to the menu.

It was rush hour when I went to this place cashier and servers were moving fast got meal it quick time, I ordered jerk chicken, festival and fries everything was served hot I really enjoyed my meal

It does take 30 to 45 minutes to get through, they do not communicate expectations with the customers but often put on a friendly demeanor at the cashier.. there are always workers not occupied and it does get irritating.. I enjoy the festival, the fries and chicken sandwich whenever I order and they do offer free WiFi for customers the code is listed on each and every receipt. There is a bathroom accessible to both males and females and air conditioning. Ideally a good place to eat, the service really needs to be more speedy.

Island Grill was great. Lovely food catering for a Vegan. Customer service is excellent with polite and friendly cashiers.

The line was long and the order took about ten minutes to be ready. The server was welcoming and polite. The veggies weren’t very appetizing but the corn and jerk chicken were delicious. The spicy sauce added flavor.

Festival was cold no forks received no sauce received. The meal was incorrect.

There was a lone outside but still didnt have to wait long to get to the cashier. The wait to collect order was very lengthy, staff seemed confused. The meal was good though. Crushed breadfruit was really good. Chicken was well done.

Definitely my preferred location of the Island Grills in the city. Workers are generally very helpful and mannerable. Called ahead and placed my order and indicated a pick up time 45 minutes in advance. This didn't make a difference, still had to go in and wait about 10 minutes to collect order.

The food was good, and somewhat reasonable for the price( though they raised the price again recently). If you're looking for a break from the burgers, patties, and fry chicken, island grill is a good option

They advertised things that they don't have, so you join this long line and when you reach the cashier most of the things advertised they don't have... just crazy!!!! No customer service was delivered. No professional.

The best fast food place with a great variety. Weather you are a carnivore or vegetarian there is something delicious for you.

The food is GOOD 👌👌. The festivals are especially delicious. Customer service is great...if you're unsure of how to order from the menu the very helpful assistants will guide you through. The fruit drinks are an acquired taste though...I would definitely recommend for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Portions are generous too so be sure you're hungry enough😆

The wait is a killer! And even if ur pregnant with a huge belly u gonna stay there and wait! The only person dat deserves a 5 star in this location is the security, she was more concerned and acted like a human being.

Island grill is what it was always but things have changed over the years. I ordered satisfaction and was left less than satisfied the jerk don't even taste like jerk no more.

The manager at the Knutsford Blvd branch needs to be demoted and placed around the back to clean the kitchen, that way customers wont bother her. They often leave things out of the bags or place the wrong items in the bags. If you dont want to be disappointed check your order before you leave

One of the junk yard I found in New Kingston. I ordered lunch and they gave pumpkin rice and veggie stew peas. Well pumpkin rice wasn’t it but had some yellow colour that could be turmeric or food colour and you might be lucky to get a small piece of pumpkin. Veggie stew peas green as nothing but some water with may be like 2 or 3 peas if you are lucky. Don’t waste money and time in this bummer sucks to the core.

There was a long line last night at New Kgn location. However the wait to receive the food was quiet short. The festivals that I ate were hot, light and not greasy.

The sandwiches are as small as baby's hand, the fact that you are charging over $900 and more the the size should be bigger and filling because I had the sandwich I still felt like I didn't have lunch

As usual food good! Service routine çashier concerns over not coming up with shortages at the end of the day's sales leaving them anxious about getting it right loses the warmth. Gotta get the mix people. Not just IG though. Atmosphere good though overall a nice place to eat.

Open until 11 pm. Pleasant staff. Make sure to check your items before you leave. Missing some sides on our food order.

Customer service doesn't seem to be a goal for the location...you're just being served, the food is a more healthier choice and that's the only reason I keep going back. The only courtesy shown is by the security guard at the door.

Slow line to cash, slower line to pick up order. Prices are a bit higher compared to others. Their fries are good. I believe if they can improve on service, they would be doing much better.

My regular order is one of Island Grill's burgers or fish sandwiches. Yummm! 👍 I always get a small side of festivals. Their fries are a fave. I can't wait to be able to dine inside the restaurant again.
