Horrible,
spent
almost
my
entire
lunchtime
in
the
drive
through.
Join
the
line
at
3:11pm
didn't
get
through
until
3:50pm.
When
I
reached
the
payment
window,
I
said
to
the
agent,
I
am
buying
the
food
but
can't
eat
it
because
of
the
time
in
the
line,
she
apologizes
and
suggested
that
I
have
it
(lunch)
on
my
way
back
to
work.
Excellent
response.
At
the
pick
up
window
I
repeated
the
same
thing
because
the
young
lady
was
very
slow,
I
was
at
the
window
over
a
minute
and
a
half
before
I
was
approached.
She
only
folded
her
lips
and
proceeded
to
hand
me
my
meal
while
she
hum
under
her
breath.
This
is
my
last
purchase
at
your
Constant
Spring
location.
This
happen
on
Tuesday
May
24,
2022.
This
is
also
a
regular
occurrence
at
this
location.
I
have
had
rhe
unfortunate
opportunity
on
mire
than
3
times
to
accompany
fellow
coworkers
and
the
treatment
is
always
the
same,
hence
I
time
the
service
this
time.
N.B.
your
team
is
very
unpleasant
the
SUV
in
front
of
me
had
a
query
and
she
was
very
unpleasant
(at
the
pick
up
window)
I
think
that's
why
she
took
over
a
minute
to
assist
me,
remember
my
time
in
the
line
was
way
over
30
minutes.
