Got there around 10:30. The food was hot and the service was quite speedy.

Great food, great place. Always has the freshest just done chicken. The customer service is next to none. If you are in the Manor Park area. Please stop in worth the wait. Drive through can get a little busy. Make sure you get an apple pie.

Better than alot of other fast food places. Always seasoned properly. Tastes unique, and bring you back there for that authentic cayenne pepper flavor. A good place to try at least once. The food is well prepared and seasoned with love. My personal favorite is the popcorn shrimp and the chicken sandwiches. Fries are a whole meal by themselves. SoooOoo tasty! Sometimes the wait can be longer than anticipated, but good food needs good preparation.

2022 and hands down consistency is 👌!!! Cajun Sandwich 🥪 is the best! I must admit, when I tried Popeyes fir the first time I was bias; never liked it. But now I must say the flavor profile has grown on me. This location is one of the better one, pretty good customer service and drive through is usually relatively quick. But! None of the location seems to ever have popcorn shrimp when I go. Why? 🤷‍♂️

I went here for lunch with my hubby.. Place was clean customer service was good. I got threw with no hassle,but Creole seasoning is not for me. I went spicy because I don't mind a little heat but the chicken was super dry and salty. I like a little moisture in my chicken.. overall not a bad experience but just not for me....

Drive through was pretty fast , can't complain . Attendant had good mannerism and answered all questions pertaining to my order. Food was good , over all good experience.

If you really want something different from the usual from the competition here is definitely a good choice. Since recently I have become very fond the the Popeyes flavour and the way the chicken is done. Talk about crispy juicy flavorful chicken. Oh boy. Anyway, I have to give them credit where it's due. The staff is generally very welcoming and accommodating especially to my particular request. I know they can be long and complicated at times. The last text I went to this location, I arrived a bit before opening and the staff let us in so we could use the rest room. That was a plus in my book. Orders are done fairly quickly, but can take a little time when there are a lot of people, like on a Saturday. There is seating upstairs and u will get a decent view of crossroads while having your meal. It's just across from the movie theater as well so you can grab a quick meal before or after a movie.

The serving staff and cashier - most unpleasant. Obviously they are underpaid the work conditions are poor. I guess that along with the high cost of living and their socio-economic conditions and the new notes and bad roads etc as attributed to how they communicate but the food was not bad. A bit salty was the chicken strips but the fries were on point! I'll come for the food

Fries are always freshly done and tasty. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but it wasn't spicy at all. But Popeyes is one of my favorite places to get cajun fries and chicken sandwiches.

So I have been here for 15 minutes and the security at the door is approached by a customer and he then just walks to the cashier and buys what they need. Cutting in front of the customers that are waiting in line. This practice must stop. I don't take kindly to that as I have voiced it clearly so they can all hear. This is unfair to your customers #popeyes #customerservice

It a great fastfood restaurant but I only try there burgers and I love it so I just stick to that every time I go there one day I'll try something new but the burgers are real nice

Horrible, spent almost my entire lunchtime in the drive through. Join the line at 3:11pm didn't get through until 3:50pm. When I reached the payment window, I said to the agent, I am buying the food but can't eat it because of the time in the line, she apologizes and suggested that I have it (lunch) on my way back to work. Excellent response. At the pick up window I repeated the same thing because the young lady was very slow, I was at the window over a minute and a half before I was approached. She only folded her lips and proceeded to hand me my meal while she hum under her breath. This is my last purchase at your Constant Spring location. This happen on Tuesday May 24, 2022. This is also a regular occurrence at this location. I have had rhe unfortunate opportunity on mire than 3 times to accompany fellow coworkers and the treatment is always the same, hence I time the service this time. N.B. your team is very unpleasant the SUV in front of me had a query and she was very unpleasant (at the pick up window) I think that's why she took over a minute to assist me, remember my time in the line was way over 30 minutes. They need training.

The bestest fast food franchise with great prices and delicious meals. Nothing compares to the hot and spicy chicken and sandwiches they offer. The salads are amazing and fulling. My go to spot to fill up on good food.

I am a big fan of Popeye when we go to Florida so I was happy to check it out in Constance Spring, Kingston. I was not disappointed with the chicken but they should reduce the salt. The only downfall was the length of time it took to place our order. But if you know Jamaica, this is a norm for them. Some staff could do with a course on customer services.However, the end result and the lovely male staff member who assisted with the order made up for any negativity we experienced.

Not a fan of the franchise, the service experience was what you typically expect with “Jamaican fast food service.” The lady was real nice though and patient so I gave it an extra star for that. The food wasn’t anything to rave about and drink rather flat. Not in a hurry to head back.

Dive-through is a bit tight, so be careful as you may damage your car or truck. Customer service was on point. Taste is good except for the Red Beans and rice. Will be returning in the near future

I went there today and there was a particular staff member that was extremely disrespectful. I have never encountered anything like that at any of your branches. Her behaviour was very distasteful and what made it worse, she's a supervisor. She's on the frontline representing this establishment and has no customer service skills. I will not be going back to this branch.

The only thing I'm not 100% comfortable with is the location of the drive thru. It feels claustrophobic and if anything happens it definitely seems like it'll be a good long wait for any help to come your way. Otherwise, they are very efficient (at least the very few times I've visited) and they seem consistent.

Their card machine at the drive thru window has been down since I was a fetus...its EXTREMELY ANNOYING yo have to get out the car each time to go inside to pay...if I wanted to go inside I would have parked...I could understand a one off incident...they have just got comfortable with the nonsense. That's the reason for the one star

The food was good they had what I wanted, traffic is good not crowded, clean environment but I did encounter some disagreement with the staff but I'll just blame it on the time of day, other than that a great establishment for fast food service.

The wait time is definitely too long at this location. Additionally, on my visit it was evident nobody was manning the dining area. Several tables needed to be sanitized and the floor needed to be swept.

They only take visa card. There should have been a sign that stated that information at the front of the building.

Service was quick. food was good. Saw a few rats in the yard after check out but I saw measures in place to get rid of them.

This location has a drive-thru. The parking situation is not great. The way the place is set up, people in the drive thru can block you from leaving a parking space and may have to reverse to let you out especially if multiple cars have to reverse. A lot of times, the wait for food is long.

I was on the drive through , and the cashier went to break without saying anything. I had to park and went inside to place my order. Spoke to the manager and he was very helpful

This place has changed since first opening. The quality of the food had deteriorated. The fry chicken is either too dry or undercooked. Also you can taste the old oil they are frying the chicken in. The chicken sandwich was the worst I have had. This place needs some serious looking into.

I ordered the 3 piece combo and upgraded to a large orange juice which is quite refreshing.

The food was good but the servers are very slow thou ....kfc servers move a bit faster.

Customer service is extremely poor, I waited over an hour to get to the cashier only to be told that the card machine is not working, I spoke to the supervisor about having someone to inform the customer, she replied we are short staff that's it. Extremely poor attitude was displayed by her. I would not go back there, or recommend anyone to.

I visited the Constant Spring Road branch at 7:31pm tonight to purchase a meal and the Manager and holiday work was very disrespectful. Just imagine being address as a battyman by a manager and a holiday work saying "yu chat tu much", all because I raised a concerned about a product the holiday worker say was out of stock when it was indeed instore. The customer service quality is worse than a cesspool. I would never purchase another meal from Popoyee or Burger King. I don't believe they even deserve even a star moreover to be rated. When I checked the fries they were COLD so I just dumped the meal.

Had to wait 15min for chicken to be ready ordered a 21pc and 2 lg fries lol they were just that 2 bags of lg fries ridiculous how can you have so much chicken and lg fries are regular bag order they need to have a option for those big deals with side order to match the chicken was ok but having to order 7 separate orders of fries was crazy. The service was good the team tried there best to address my concerns.
