    WhatsApp ordering is the butter on bread. I highly recommend. The line to go in was around the corner, but, as I had pre-ordered on the KFC whatsapp platform I didn’t spend 3 minutes total in the store. Highly highly recommend!

    All was good until I met Michelle the cashier handling the whatsapp orders. The attitude leaves much to be desired.Absolutely no manners at all. Cussing at customers or talking to people with a dirty condescending tone. Unacceptable!! To add some clarity... I made my order on the whatsapp platform. The order was supposed to be ready at 518.... at 537 I asked who is dealing with the whatsapp orders. Michelle said weh u a come yah come ask bout order me a deal wid a whatsapp order fo 100 food, me tiad a unuh.. I said I simply asked a question. She eventually looked at my phone for order number then asked for the card that was used for the purchase, then asked for the ID. After she verified, she printed the receipt and slid the receipt across the counter, slammed down the pen, and said, "Sign dat." Due to a recent hand injury, I couldn't sign.. I marked an X.. she said dat a nuh signature. I said u already verified ID and the card used for the purchase. So the signature can be anything. When I attempted to address her further regarding my order, she grabbed the food and went to the back of the store, then came back and mumbled the manager, saying the signature must be the same on the ID. I was so pissed that I walked away and left my order at the restaurant that I paid for. I kno one monkey can't stop the show but I'll never go back to this store...

    Cashiers during holidays were overwhelmed and lacked basic thinking skills. Two many mistakes. Thank God the server extended herself to give me the litre of Pepsi from the store room.

    Was always my go-to place to get their bbq chicken when I visited Kingston, but this trip, my experience was less than favorable. For one, the wait to get to the counter was 45 mins. A bus load of kids had decided to jave dinner there. While in line, I saw there was an opportunity to order online via WhatsApp. Would have been great to know that before or have the ability to order in the KFC app. Regrettably, the chicken tasted bitter. I think due to the oil, it was fried in.

    The space was full on a Saturday (which was expected), and surprisingly, they had one steady cashier and another who was roving (working with the supervisor as well as cashing) and the service was faster than other locations I've been to. Plus, they utilize their WhatsApp feature (order via their WhatsApp number and pick up in store), which is a plus because it didn't hinder the pace of the other customers who were in store.

    The lines are long, the staff are miserable. The food though, well, it's KFC so of course you keep coming back. The WhatsApp ordering system is genius, if, it actually made a difference. Even if the app tells you to arrive at 4:01, and you arrive at 4:01, you still need to join a line. Sign a paper, and then wait until 4:28. Also, they only ever have ting and grape in 2 litre.

    Tiny space, always full and the customer service is poor but I guess that's common across all KFCs islandwide. We only go there for the food not the customer service.

    The service is the worst I've ever seen in a business. Some staff curse each other and taking it out on the customers, I hope if there's a manager there can at a little customer service because there is such thing existed there.

    Service is getting worse by the day, over the last year and a half I have been there about 4 times and each time they don't have a few things no Barbecue chicken and side orders are not available. I wait was so long and there wasn't a crowded.

    Is the second time I purchase chicken at this location and pay for a 12 piece and get 6 wings in it KFC MAD dem people behave like people not spending dem money. Can imagine you buy 12 pieces of chicken for so much money only to get 6 pieces of wings and you neva ordered a wing deal? I'm tired of the stinking attitude being displayed by these workers. I work hard for my 2buck and when I don't feel like cooking I don't want to feel cheated they should do better the service is deplorable.

    This location is okay for the most part. The location is rather convenient for most persons within this upper region. The food is good however, the portions are small. Chicken breast sizes (and everything else) now seems like pigeon breast sizes. The price goes up and up every other month, but KFC is KFC no matter the cost for some persons. The service varies day by day. Some days the staff can be wonderful to deal with, other days the staff can be rather unpleasant so it's a game of luck and chance with them. The crowd size varies as well. Most days the store is packed and overflow to the outside but the better days (or time of day) is probably on Tuesdays 11a.m. to 2.p.m., the store is not so dense at this time and more products are more readily available based on my experience. For the KFC Famous Bowl lovers like myself, (which is the most affordable thing on the menu) this store has them more often then other locations but as soon as business picks up for the day they seem to "run out" and they are not able to make more for some reason (interesting 🤔). Indoor dining is once again permitted, so the original "family eating out experience" at KFC is returning slowly now, which is good. No word on them free refills thou. 😅 Overall this location is pretty good and located in a nice secure area. Improvements can be made but they aren't doing bad here. 4/5 Rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

    They can't even get an order right!! And it was chaotic! Then to dine, I couldn't hear myself as this man who seems to be a regular as he and the security guard was just chilling... Literally... Had some nasty music on blast even with children there, and they don't clean often either!!

    45 minute wait. Inefficient service model with customers waiting to receive their orders clogging up the line of those placing orders leading to occasional flare ups. It would help also if 1) customers didn't have to wait till they get to the counter to be told that the credit card machine wasn't working 2) someone would loudly announce the order numbers instead of customers having to ask if bags that have been sitting on the back counter had their number. The crew that day was certainly not up to par.

    The Kfc service and products that you know at the convenient location of being inside Manor Park. It has dine in , take out options, but what I liked the most is that you can pre order Whasap and just pick up. It saves you time.

    There was a long queue, shirt staffed & slow service. The wait time for service was over half an hour The WhatsApp ordering is a good idea as you can pre-order and you are given a time to collect your meal. This is better than standing in a long line for more than half an hour.

    The different areas where these restaurants are located makes a difference, I won't say great but even good customer service in ja is lacking especially in these fast food restaurants, the main area is the cashiers which customers have first and more interaction with , and on my last visit to the island I had to cancel my orders and walk out of 2 of these restaurants due to the unprofessional behavior of these employees and don't bother to call for a superior staff member to address these issues because they are either unprofessional themselves or is in fear of dealing with these people not knowing their intentions after work . That said , this particular location can do with better training on how to deliver great or even good customer service but they are a bit better than others that I had to deal with before them!!

    Due to covid 19, a lot of the everyday norms have changed. I had an alright visit here and an ok experience. Social distancing was being observed and enforced as well as hand sanitizing. My meal was alright too.

    one person packing , one person serving, took almost a hour to get the food. Packer stop and chit chat alot. recommendations is to get more persons to serve on top of that the server has to deal with orders coming through via the wattsapp service. Supervisors need to assist if shortage of staff.

    Extremely poor service, just like most KFCs across the island. It is in my opinion that to that part of the criteria to work at KFC is screw face and attitude. Average wait time is 35 to 45 minutes

    I ordered thru the app...and upon arrival I had to wait over 30 minutes after the agreed pick up time. There isn't a designated sign or accurate instructions for pick up....so carry ur patience with u when goin there...

    Apparently you don't have to wear a mask to purchase food as everyone was not wearing one or wearing it properly including staff. No sanitizing protocol was in place. The food was as usual as KFC should be. But didn't like the lapse in covid protocol to protect staff and customers.

    When you get extremely poor service and cold food it makes the experience extra salty. Almost all the staff looked as if they would have preferred to be anywhere except work. There was only cold Original chicken and zinger available a little after 8pm. Then they served me what I did not order and was told no famous bowl was there and we had to choose something else. When they had on the warmer. The supervisor took almost 10 minutes to come speak with us and gave us attitude when we requested to be served the bowl. I will not stop by another time.

    Poor service! As usual, despite a whatsapp order at 3pm, I arrived 1hour and 15 minutes after the indicated delivery time and still my order wasn't ready. To then be met by rude staff, was NOT welcome! The one positive is that the supervisor was called in and she brought out my order quickly. Only about 30 mins wait, after placing my order 2 hours earlier.

    The restaurant was packed, there was only one cashier and two servers, made for a very LONG wait time. It took me more than an hour to get to the cashier. Just ridiculous for a location that's so popular.

    Long lines to cash and it took me literally 2hrs and 13 mins in-store before I got my meals. Very disorganized, waiting on a zinger then when the zinger finally available then they're out of fries and too frequently they are out of a varying chicken options. Ridiculous they need an functional manager and team leader in this KFC and the "suppose to be workers have too much conversations going on in the meal prep area.

    Always crowded at lunchtime and after work. Weekends are the worst since you have to lineup outside - social distancing not possible. Timing is everything when going here.

    Generally KFC locations in Jamaica are crowded with a wait generally there. However this one was not the case when I visited. It's a small location and it helped that there wasn't a long wait. The location here was clean and the service offered was good. Ample parking is also available here.

    if I could rate it less i would, staff is slow, mean, unpleasant, full of attitude and not the good kind. Not sure how they were trained but they need retraining a few times over. even when there is staff turn over the service seems to be the same I dont know what is happening at that like action. They need a dose of pleasantness and proper customer service. dislike going there!

    😂😂😂 Yesterday was hilarious. Visited 11:50am with 4 customers ahead of me and left 12:30pm. Social distancing was practiced, the security sanitized all who entered and there was 1 cashier and approximately 3 to 4 servers on duty. The cashier was extremely slow and after the customers, security and I voiced our concern, no one apologized...they only laughed. I must however big up 1 of the servers who took the initiative of taking my order and serving my food before the cashier even took my order.

    Good lord have mercy it was hot outside as I waited to gain entrance. However, be that as it may, I appreciate them following protocols and guidelines as it relates to the social distancing we're all dealing with at he moment. I made an attempt to remove my mask to be more audible and the casheir asked me to put it back on immediately. So I commend that. The wait wasn't horrible, it was just the sun that made the wait uncomfortable. The security personnel and staff all did what they were supposed to do. Just go with patience and understanding, and you'll be ok.
