The service tonight was quite slow. When I called I was told that delivery would be within 40 minutes. After an hour and no delivery I called. I was told that the delivery would be sent out immediately. It arrived about 15 minutes later, though I am less than 5 minutes away from your location. The delivery man was apologetic. His excuse was that he was the only delivery man at work. If you cannot deliver within a reasonable period of time tell your customer so. To make matters worse, the pizza was quite cold. I am a regular customer but not happy with tonight's service.

The pizza is ok but pricing seems a bit on the high side. I have ordered online and applied coupons to get deals on prices. However, I am still in shock at the price after the coupon is applied as it seems a bit exorbitant. Taking advantage of their 2 -for-1 pizza special on Tuesdays I ordered 2 large 14 inch pepperoni pizzas at a cost of $3000 JMD. Which would mean that normally a single 14 inch pepperoni pizza costs $3000. I find it odd that a large specialty pizza (e.g. Hawaiian, Supreme, Veggie etc - 12 inches) at other pizzerias is roughly $2300 but a one topping at Dominoes is more despite the larger (14 inches) size.

Usually a very short to no wait time. If you order ahead all the better. For some reason the pizza here tastes better. The parking and access is good and it affords you outside dining. The customer service is good and pleasant.

OK for a pizza place this is five stars. The location is nice and quiet and is great for dine in. They have inside and outside seating, The restaurant is always clean and the wait is minimal. The location always have just the right amount of parking and a helpful security guard to assist as needed. The food? Well it's pizza, so excellent if you are looking for domino's pizza.

A note when ordering online: they will call to confirm your order; make sure you answer your phone or they will not make it. And if you miss the call, calling back the number will cause you to be be on hold for a loooong time. So make sure your phone is close. Aside from that, it's ok.

The pizza didn't take long to come and it was hot when it came, the only problems I had was that the pizza wasn't cut very evenly and it a little sause

Worst experience, i placed a call for a 2 medium special and guy answering told me in the worst manner possible to greet ur clients rushing me and then saying they're short staff and i need to hurry. Didnt even give me a chance to place an order. will never order from here again. will let me friends know aswell.

The pizza did not make its way home...eat it all on the way 😂 Ordering was quick. Wait time was exactly 20minutes as advised by rep. Ordered large pizza 1/2 Honolulu Hawaiian and 1/2 Pepperoni n olives. The crust was perfect, not too think not too thin and not greasy like some others. Satisfied 🙂

The place was clean and the staff was attrntive

I always get what I order and even though there is a Domino's closer that delivers, I prefer to leave my yard and pick up from SN because of the customer service and actual proficiency in getting orders right. The one closer to me always make mistakes, always argues when you bring up the mistakes and just terrible customer service overall!!

I would give it 4 stars but my last two visits there was no ground beef.

Still waiting one hour later for a delivery that should have taken 20-30 minutes and no apology or sense of remorse.

Service puts them above those other guys. Always ready to deliver.

Order cheese pizza was good didn't wait too long

Not the quintessential dinning experience but I have not had a bad experience with the service nor food.

Had the lunch special, ordered then ate in 15 mins; not bad at all!

I love Dominoes pizza. It was delicious as usual but one complaint. Their customer service needs work. Hence i give a 3 star but for the food a 4.
