I love Bob Marley's Music he was a real artist I was lucky to see him perform at the Maple leaf Garden in Toronto many years ago. I enjoyed listening and singing along with the tour guide he was fun.

There is no other place like this in Kingston for younger kids to play and have fun. Took my nieces there and they had a blast. Staff was friendly, they had an amazing time. The addition of the Game room has made it even more fun for the older and younger kids.

I would like to thank the staff of fun land for returning my daughters iPhone. She lost it yesterday afternoon and I was able to pick it up the today after being able to verify it was hers. Very professional and courteous staff....Thank you Funland...

If I could give zeros and get a refund I would. They didn’t have enough staff and the parents had to be operating the machines! There was literally no food or water left and it wasn’t even half of the day. We were dying of thirst and when I ordered food they are saying we can’t bring food in there. No wonder they had to use Gustazos to get customers. Do better!

Rides are not for kids over the age of 8. Not much variation in activities but ideal for very small children.

Very disappointed. Non of the rides are for children over 6, half of the rides don't work and the ones that do are unsafe. First I was not allow to view the property before hand and was told it would be fine for my 11 year old child then she fell off her first ride and hurt herself. Overall I'm very disappointed and would like my money back.

There aren’t a lot of different animals. Lots of different kinds of birds. The animals looked not cared for and the crocodile looked very dry. The staff were not very friendly and seemed to hate their jobs. I would not recommend this zoo.

Ideal place for toddlers, elementary students, teens and adults. Zipline, trapoline, gokarts, toddlers play, games room are just some of the fun activities available. Lunch is provided. Make sure you go with a group. A warm and courteous staff awaits you.

This is not a friendly place. The staff at hope gardens are not diverse in there approach to people , there's a lot of discrimination. Hope gardens needs to be reviewed and train new staff , from security to management!

Excellent place to host events. Beautifully manicured lawns, very spacious, has rides for kids if you were doing an event they involved children. The owner is a lovely lady, Ms. Pinnock. She goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied and happy. Definitely check them out if you wanna have a bday celebration, baby shower, gender revel, the whole works!!

We spent 3 hours in the zoo and absolutely enjoyed our experience. It's a a little sad that a few, like 4, animals had died, but the experience in the petting zoo - holding and petting the crocodile, the snake and feeding the sheeps and Candy the goat - certainly add to it. There were also several peahens and a peacock roaming freely which added to the experiemce. The lions were much livelier than last time and their roar was heard throughout, and that also added to the thrills. Plus, the number of birds greeting you with "hello" as you passed by certainly made us feel welcome. There's a kiosk for snacking inside the zoo and a play area for toddlers and older kids probably up to 10/12.

Despite the fact that some of the rides didn't work or needed to have better upkeep, my godson enjoyed himself and so did all of the kids I saw there.

Was really good liked that I got to see some animals I only see on tv (kangaroos, ostrich, zebra etc) only thing I would have wanted is a tour guide to show us around to ensure we saw all the animals.

It's not a bad place to take the kids if you're bored but there are only a few rides to choose from which can become boring in a matter of minutes of arriving there. It's a great place if you're absolutely bored out of your mind and have nothing else planned to do with the kids and have a few extra bucks to spare.

Actually I did not use the facility but I was right outside for some because that's where I "picniced" while I was at Hope Gardens. From viewing, it's a little start up with bounce about, inflated waterside, little cars for the to drive around. It is a interesting little area. Just need the support to improve its offerings.

Beautiful, well-landscaped grounds, plenty of seating areas for individuals and large groups with tons of benches and gazebos. Tons of sanitising stations and wash areas along with restrooms throughout the property. The background of the animals along with the "Did you know?" at their holding area was very helpful and informative. Scenic and picturesque.

The place is clean and beautiful with several animals to view. The landscaping work makes the location provide a beautiful ambiance with seems to be consistently maintained. There is a Zeba, many different types of birds, snakes, monkeys, rabbits, crocodiles, donkeys, ostriches, ponies and an iguana, deer, kangaroos...those are the animals I can remember off the top of my head. A grounds man told me that they would soon have camels. Be prepared to meet the peacocks and pea hens casually walking around the grounds. Birds are the most common animals at the zoo from flamingos to ducks, from hawks to owls and many wonderful vibrantly coloured macaws. If you are lucky you may hear a birdie say hello or 'Waah gwaan'. There are many gazebos available to sit and grab a bite or relax for awhile with family and plenty of space for children to run about.

Limited animals and lots of empty cages. Too many birds. Need more of other animals.

  • 3/5 Marcella S. 3 years ago on Google
They need more animals....they could introduce some local animals to boost inventory . For example there are so many people who have never seen a cow or a mule in real life-just on TV or pictures. I felt the loneliness that the poor Zebra is feeling . The vegetation was green and lush though.

A particularly disappointing experience. A constant headache trying to find a member of staff to even get on a ride. And a refund for rides paid for but not taken because of frustration with the service issues?Apparently unheard of. Save your time and money. Truly not worth it.

Google must start normalize to give a zero star because this place is the worst place on earth to take your family!!!!, I didn't plan to write here and call it a day but I went there from July the 1 and still can't believe...I went there on a school trip from faaaar country to have fun. The school booked both the zoo and funland it's the same place so after the zoo tour and we had lunch at 12 and when it was time to go over funland there was no light and big place like that has no generator ,several school was there and was upset,it was getting late so the principal said he'll get a refund and go to Devon house seeing that it wasn't a problem on our side but the people refuse took several school money ,lock us out and has the nerve to be pushing war with the school,TVJ was there along with police,it came on new but no refund, Fundland is dunland DO NOT GO!
