Prices for patties keep rising. Quality not as good as it used to be, but still better than other competitors. Drive through lines are long... don't order fries (chips) if you're in a hurry as they're done to order and take forever.

As a customer I don't like to be disrespected. After waiting patiently for my number to be called, only to be told that the bread no ready yet. They are now proceeding to prepare my order after 30 minutes of waiting. Sorry I requested a refund. What tic me off was the response of the person who was attending to me. She actually dear me to make any noise and that I should wait..after 30 minutes...😤 Sorry Tastee not sure you seeing me again...

Service fairly smooth. Patty shop always has long lines. Taste is always great but the amount of mince has been decreasing over the years. Charge us more for the same qty. of meat please!

Slow slow slow. Why isn't tastes interested in improving the buyers experience? Outdated restaurants all over the island. Slow non chalant service in an industry that is generally fast paced.

Don't go on a Saturday if you have somewhere else to go that is time sensitive. The service was so slow to the point of exhaustion. Limited serving staff (only 2) on a busy Saturday, one assigned to serve in the patty area and the other on the meal section. I spent over 1 HR waiting to be served yet it is classified as FAST FOOD.

Drive through long mornings and evenings. Inside is much faster and empty. Can't go in without a mask they are pretty adamant on that. Quality food and customer service is a solid 6.

Food was good. Service was good. I really can't complain about my last visit. Even with the long lines, I think they did pretty well. I was on the phone as I approached the cashier, trying to get the orders from my family members... to my surprise, the cashier was so patient and helpful (not typical). That really made my visit worth it. The security opened the door and made fun of me as I had my own sanitizer spray bottle on hand. ..Very few places still sanitize on entry. I appreciated that. The place was clean. My grandma had no complaints.

Clean restaurant with delicious patties and food. Try their fried chicken, it's really good. They also do delivery.

Got what I ordered, but swipe machine could only take cards for the 2 major banks. What if I had no cash, given that I did not have a card for any of those banks. May I suggest that a Notice be placed at the entrance so customers can be made aware, instead of standing in line for 20 minutes, before being told after placing tbeir order. Thank you Tastee Cargill Ave., I know you will activate this suggestion promptly.

Wow this spot it's amazing... food is good service is good... wonderful experience... Only thing is the turn off road from the main road needs to be fix.

Best Jamaican patties , product is great , supervisor Althea is the example of what excellent customer service should be , however some of the front line staff would benefit from improved customer service training and management could do more with providing comfortable dining and restroom for patrons who desire same , As said before product is absolutely delicious .

Tastee has managed to dominate the local patty industry for over 40 plus years. Their patties remain the most affordable on the market. Best plain cakes that are made fresh daily, and are also reasonably priced. Other pastry items available also

Upon several visits over the years they typically do not take long to cash or give you the goods you buy which I appreciate a lot. The place is always clean, the ac is working and on and they usually have a variety of options available minus meatloaves. When the pandemic started I mostly used their delivery service which was good and most importantly it is affordable which prompts my interest in purchasing more over the phone.

THE FOOD IS GREAT!!! But, there seem to be a breakdown between the person taking the orders, the order ticket, and the people making the meals. I've been to this location 7 times this month, March 2022. 6 out of 7 times the meal was made incorrectly. I'm starting to think it was correct that 1 time by luck- and there's always a little attitude when I ask them to fix it. I order the same thing everytime. Fried Rib BBQ wing or leg, rice & peas with curry goat gravy. Not so complex. They give me whatever they want it seem, stew gravy, today it was a fried rib & fried leg🤦🏾‍♂️ the ticket says "BBQ SWEET & SOUR" 🤷🏽‍♂️ HOPEFULLY this reaches management Please give them the option of selecting what parts of the chicken should be regular fried, spicy fried, or BBQ. I'm not sure how it would've solved today's debacle, but it would've helped the previous 5 times🤷🏽‍♂️ I understand working in a high paced environment, I used to manage restaurants, but what's the point of rushing to get the food out if you have to redo that order 2/3 times? That's backwards and very inefficient. Anyways, the food is great, and staff are friendly when you're not asking them to fix a order they messed up.

Service a bit slow. But you know that doesn’t matter as Tastee patty nice.😂🤣 always love their fried chicken and peas soup. The drive thru needs to be faster. Parking has been an issue since they had the construction of those panels.

Fast and Friendly. Ample parking. The road leading in is really bad, almost a deterrent. Hopefully will be patched soon.

All fantastic place except for the no escape potholes at the entrance, this is millions of dollars investment protect it with concrete entrance a drain and two humps to slow the crazy drivers

The food was good. Authentic Jamaican meals done the right way. The service coupled with the waiting time need to be more expeditious. Overall, the experience was good one

Good spot for a quick breakfast. But the fried dumplings recipe needs to be revamped. Too heavy or dense and too large. 🤔

I have a challenge with the long wait. The service there is found wanting as I do not get the impression as if the customers are important. I believe they can improve on the wait and the service. It's a deterrence for me and I will stop there only if I have no option.

Ample shaded parking, food quality was as usual excellent, took a a little while to receive order though.

The drive-through service, in my mind, is ranked near the worst in Jamaica, based on waiting time. Considering most of the menu items are already cooked or baked- average waiting time is 25-40 minutes for a patty from the drive-through. Tip: go inside to make your purchase. Most times the intercom for ordering is non-functional. The other annoying thing is: though frustrated from the wait you can't change your mind once in the drive-through line, as there is no space to go around the vehicle ahead to leave. They have created a potential public safety issue (death trap) by putting up new metal columns to accommodate their solar panels, which have taken up the already small space. Reversing out of that drive-through in an emergency will be a task. Don't know if that is approved by the responsible authorities.

They have horrible parking. They recently put in stands for solar panels, and the setup is really bad. This was not so a few months ago. However, this is such a poor decision on the design. There used to be good parking.

Tastee Patrick City outlet is located off the Washington Boulevard on Auburn Terrace in Patrick City, proves to be ideally placed at a location easily accessible to going in or come from Spanish Town and needed something quick to eat. They are open from Sunday to Sunday and on public holidays. The establishment has ample parking for it's customers and also has a drive-thru for customer who don't wish to go inside to make their purchase. The prices of their products are relatively affordable for all to buy. You can get a patty and drink for $500.00 which will release your hunger. Yes the area is rather accessible for persons who are disabled so feel free to stop by and make your purchase from that outlet as you like.

It didn't take long to be served but the cashier was too busy chatting to someone else and took my drink order incorrectly. I didn't check the bill because I had to repeat myself and with all that the cashier still got it wrong. Smh!

The patties and the cheese are to die for, taste so delicious I had to bring a frozen box of patties back home with me .

Patties are just never hot whenever I visit this branch. Hopefully, my timing is always off and it isn't the same for other customers.

Order came incorrect, the cashier said I told her one thing when I said another and the server was generally unpleasant when I tried to explain. Even after waiting twice as long to get the order changed there was no acknowledgement on their part. I will spend my money elsewhere!
