I was quite surprised to find this gem in downtown of all the place. The decor is warm and inviting, the artworks are quite pleasing to the eyes. However the chairs leaves a lot to be desired, I personally am not a fan of bar chairs, especially for dining, worse without a chair nor cushion. The food offering seem miniscule and the drinks were definitely overpriced, 300 bills for water with likkle lemon squeeze in a it (no fam). With all of that being said i still enjoyed my experience in this hidden gem, the service was super with a very knowledgeable staff. The food was delightful, I highly recommend the pumpkin soup. My entry was a bit too salty but great never less. I am definitely going back to try other options. They really need to think about parking for sure.

Very good store and the workers give best service. I wish Jamaican stores and offices can learn discipline from Swiss Stores and learn how to treat and talk to the people of the public with respect when serving Jamaica.

A great location in the city for lunch. The braised ox tail is exceptional. This is a jewelry store which now combines selling jewelry and providing culinary treats. The ambiance is inspiring photos .some modern some older and jazz has now been added to the menu on some nights. A needed addition to city life and a part of the restoration of the capital Kingston. Swiss Stores is also known gor quality jewelry. There are spots in the restaurant for private conversations. Overall artistically decorated with class.

A pretty unique concept for this Swiss store which combines a Swiss brands jewellery with a Gourmet restaurant : I have been here for lunch and I really appreciated it. Food quality is really good, they serve also Nespresso coffee. Prices are a bit high but it worths.

Exclusivité by excellence......real SWISS is here exposed to any customer with means of spending for top higher standard quality (luxury) products. The food court is marvelous and wonderfully presented. Taste it and you will not regret it....

Loved my experience @ Swiss Stores!! We had a business meeting in the trendy cafe. The ambience was perfect & service was excellent. The highlight of the day was the food!! It was amazing!! We ordered a variety of food from fabulous jerk chicken (& I live in JA, so I know good jerk..lol) to a sirloin burger, to pasta, soups & salads. We all shared & everything was delicious!! Took a tour of the art gallery and that was also a wonderful experience. Will definitely go back!!

Truly a Swiss experience...and this is coming from someone who is actually from Zurich! Bonus points for free (fast) wifi.
