This is an apology it involves a review that I did previously surrounding an incident with a bangle that I had purchased for a friend in the US it was an oversight on whether it was a diamond gold bangle the diamonds were not diamonds it stated so on the receipt but because we had lost the receipt we did not have the information in order to make our claim I have since then review some messages and found the receipt which stated that it is a 10 karat gold bangle not a 10 karat gold bangle with diamonds my sincere apology to this establishment and I hope my negative review previously did not caused any damages to this credible reputable business Pink hair bar

I purchased a phone. Within a month it started giving problems. Took it back twice within the warranty. The same thing kept happening. Finally took it back and this time it completely went. I was told I dropped the phone and had to pay for the screen. It's been over a month, and I was told to come back 2 weeks. Smh These

I gave 2 stars because they have ok prices. However, with that ok price you sacrifice quality. I bought a 43" Samsung TV from them in September 2017. I was assured that I was getting the best quality. I even recommended other individuals to go get their TV there. Flashforward to November 2019 and the TV stopped working. I was a bit shocked because I didn't watch the TV a whole lot as it wasn't in a main room at my house. On top of that I've had a Blackpoint TV since 2012 and even that is still working. When I went back to them they advise me that the most they could do is recommend that I see the TV repair man that they use. I decided to try their TV repair man and a month later the TV stopped working again. Ironically, when I stopped by their recommended repair man I saw a friend of mine there who had also bought a TV from Pavillion Jewellers in 2018. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT PURCHASING MAJOR ELECTRONICS FROM PAVILLION JEWELLERS. If you are getting a big ticket item such as a major appliance I would not recommend going to this merchant. Maybe it's best to spend the extra money and go to Courts or Singer and get quality stuff that will last you way.... longer. If it is that you are looking for cheap jewellery that will eventually change colour then it is ok to go by Pavillion Jewellers.
