I went to the store to purchase a phone and I was greeted with a warm welcome from the sales representatives. After asking for the item I needed they didn’t have it in store but insisted on sourcing it for me. Not only that, sales representative Al not only sourced the item, he went for the item in crossroads and the wait time was under 30 mins. After I made purchase Al followed up with me a day later to ensure that the item was working fine. I would definitely recommend. Customer service and service 10/10.
