They didn't have the phone case,what i looking for at their tech store but the customer service was exceptional. So much so that i had to write a review. I got referred to a place that might have the item i needed. I liked the fact that they were recommending fellow business men.

I have taken watches to the American Jewellery Company for battery replacements and servicing. The staff has been warm and friendly, and the interactions quite professional. I would definitely go back.

I did business with them because I wanted a ring from my high school....Wolmer's and they happen to be their contractors. I went on to also buy myself a silver ring with a dark stone, or so I thought because there was no "925" markings to indicate that I was getting real sterling silver.... I had to adjust the ring size and after close inspection, I must say the work is shabby! Visible scratches can be seen where they worked on it and although it is suppose to be a ring the lines were not clean. As someone who is passionate about customer service , I don't see how this kind of work could get out to the public. Shabby and unprofessional work. Dissatisfied!!!

went there to look a wedding i practically had to fend for myself the best the young lady did was pass the box which seemed like a bother to her. i just left probably she was having a terrible day

Upscale and organized. Love the perfumes and colognes. Duty free items and best of all, greattttt customer service.

I wish 0 was an option but sadly it's not. I called this store recently asking about a bracelet they took days to reply with the necessary information (price, size and location). I went into the store a while later, asked for it and as I was about to pay the lady says ' Oh we're a duty free store and you can't make a purchase without an overseas address and travel information valid for the next few weeks'. I had to stop and ask if she was serious. As a company you need better communication, you didn't forget to say the price but you just casually ignored the fact that it was a dutyfree store?

The supply seems limited and very same. I was last there on a Saturday so perhaps a busier day than usual, but I felt a little rushed/pressured, by the attendant, to make a decision.

First Stop was elegant fragrances at Bijoux, then hop over to the Pandora store to pick up a charm or two for the bracelet but if there is a line to get in the store no worries, just check in the waiting lounge.... ☆☆☆☆☆
