Went there to check out some information, the staff lady was completely full of attitude. Uf that's how you treat your customers, I wish not be a part of it and I will also tell other that I wouldn't recommend it at all. Sadly I know her name but I wish not say .

Visiting for 2 days. They have a central customer service line that can answer questions related ro any of the locations they have in Jamaica, which was helpful. They are 24/7 which is also convenient but If you are using a day pass you only have access during staffed hours which I found a bit unfortunate (as they do not have staffed hours on a Sunday). This facility was clean, well maintained and has a wide variety of equipment, barbells and dumbbells. There are multiple restrooms with showers, A sauna and lockers. Calvin was the staff member available when I arrived and he was very friendly and helpful, including giving me a tour of the facility. Was great to find a fully outfitted gym to access while away from my usual gym back home.

It's 24 hour gym access, clean environment, equipment well maintained, early mornings 4:30/5am you'll have the place to yourself(except for 5/6 other users) till 6/6:30 'free yoga/aerobic classes. A room filled with stationary bicycles. Convenient location and adequate parking at all times

Medium size gym with adequate machines and a small sauna. There are good trainers available and it offers the convenience of being 24 hours. (Times are affected by covid restrictions so check local bulletin before attending).

A very satisfactory experience during this visit! Quite streamlined with wall mounted COVID-19 temperature checkpoints, and sanitizer dispensers. A fairly wide selection of shops to choose from which are not of a sameness in what they are offering. Courteous security guards.

The platinum express fitness.

Showers have a Glass partition, to prevent bathroom from being soaked. Never used the Sauna, however. Only Express location that enforces Sanitization and Temperature checks. I haven't been to the Manor Park location since COVID.

Its a good gym in the area but still need to improve some stuff like need to remove toen yoga mats. I heard from.many guys staff has attitude issues so management need to give training to the satff how talk softly or no attitude. As thats create first impression about any business and can fail any good business if staff has attitude. Overall good gym in the area but needs improvements.

Always clean and well kept facility with modern fully functional machines. The gym instructors always keep it professional, and the members respectful and polite. Overall good experience

Has all the equipment you need. The set up of the gym looks official and it’s orderly. The facility could be a little cleaner though and it’s almost always packed.

The women who work at express fitness are full of attitude. They are bad for business. Their stink attitude and terrible customer service skills is such a turn off and caused me not to join this gym for years. And I know I'm not the only one who has experienced this. Good thing im not their boss because they would've been fired expeditiously.

An okay gym in terms of equipment. But I don't like the supposed "platinum" color scheme that they now have - grey walls, dull and demotivating. This is also at the Constant Spring branch and I feel the same way about that one. A lighter color (like the previous white) would be better. And what had attracted me to this gym in the first place from years ago was the "*COLORFUL*" weights they used to have. All the plates were green, yellow, red, etc. I "swear" the different colors made me stronger and lift heavier! Now everything is just black - Boring! Where are the colored weights?! Speaking of equipment I wish they'd bring back the "jungle gym" (or whatever that is) apparatus with the punching bag, landmine attachment and other stuff. The Constant Spring location still has theirs (for now....), and I think also the Halfway Tree branch - at least last time checked. I wish they could bring back even a smaller version to this branch. And please stop turning off the gym music by 8:30/pm! Could it at least stay until 10??
