    Today (6Jan2021) is my 2nd day and sore muscles aside I'm loving it. Classes are small and well distanced, and you're encouraged to go at your own pace, just get the form right. So far so good.

    Excellent gym, instructor led classes, strict covid protocols, focus on safety and form. Programming is well balanced and always challenging with options to scale as necessary.

😠 Went there to check out some information, the staff lady was completely full of attitude. Uf that's how you treat your customers, I wish not be a part of it and I will also tell other that I wouldn't recommend it at all. Sadly I know her name but I wish not say .
