Great diverse location for photo and video shoots, but be careful it is lonely. Donโ€™t go out there in small groups. Nothing has ever happened to me, but I always go in large groups with many people looking out.

Did a beach clean up with Junior world learning and activities. It's a hidden treasure with beautiful waters and picturesque view of the ocean and surrounding coastal areas

Fort Rocky is one of the sacred gems of Port Royal, its rich historic aura is evident from the main road and beckons for exploring. Upon entering its internal space, the feeling of belonging to the past gently holds on to you, if even for a brief moment. The discarded structures within its internal space is indicative of an era which could only serve to awaken the creative wonders of the viewers' mind not to mention our rich history. To the average visitor this old fort serves as a scenic option for uncommon selfies and group pics, for the deep thinker; the choice spot for introspective reflections. Slopes, steps and split level structures provide fitness enthusiasts with medium range challenges for keeping sharp. Finally, if you have never gone fishing at this spot , well lets just say to the benefits of such a venture far outweighs any other past times I have..... enough said.

Lacks security but other wise a nice escape. It's hard to believe that more isn't done to preserve the rich history Fort Rocky has

Its a nice isolated location. Nice for photos but not a location to make a final destination for a day trip unless an event is happening here. There is also a beach at the back with lots of wind ...not resort type beach or good for swimming.

Interesting location. Not a lot of historical details left but still worth a look.

This is 1 of the later fort built to protect the kingston harbour in the later 19th century...currently it is the only declared entertainment zone in Jamaica, unfortunately it is not being utilized for that purpose at this moment...It is a good place to watch the sunset too

This is just an open lot there is alot of old buildings though small holding cells and places for some huge cannons. But it is a pretty chill site. No security though.

No ticket is required to enter as it's an openly abandoned fort that's in ruins. Not much to see other than a few rooms and a church. One of the rooms, in particular, is closed up by sand being filled in it. Whatsoever is being hidden from the public eye is a mystery to many. There is evidence of witchcraft and voodoo practices in many of the rooms. It seems all manner of evil doings is actively being done here possibly at night. The place is very spooky and thickened with dark clouds. Just a few minutes up the road is Fort Charles and who knows what goes on up thereยฟ

Not much to see other than the basic fort walls. However, nice parking lot with access to the beach. Very quiet during the day with some shade from the foliage.
