The food could have been better

Is this place still in business? I have sent them an email, i have been calling and no answer. This has been atleast a week and no response. This is now a big turn off to me.

I went to a small work event there and I had a really good time. It was very spacious for our sizeable group and the ambience was lovely. The food was good. I would definitely go again. I gave them 4 stars because even though the servers were polite, their facial expressions said otherwise.

I had a bitter sweet experience at this venue. I attended a banquet here, we used one of the smaller rooms which seated more than 60 people. The ambiance is good, however, the food was extremely disappointing. Persons complained that the fish was VERY salty and even the chicken stuffed with calaloo was salty. The vegan option (veggie chunks in some kind of sauce) served was uncooked and tasteless. Well let's just say the put the uncooked chucks in the sauce so it seemed as if I was eating unflavored tvp in a cereal form. The appetizer was good. I really don't believe that this could possibly be the regular standard for their meals, but unfortunately I was there on a bad food day when they seemed to have experienced a kitchen disaster. Thankfully the event itself was fun so I didn't focus on the food much.

Excellent customer service, I wish I could give them a six. Tameka is very knowledgeable in her area, she has excellent customer service skills and her the job done efficiently and on time.

Please watch out when you doing events here. I had a birthday party 2 weeks ago and phone was stolen. Management says no camera was working to see the outsider that they claim came in the event under disguise. No management call me and compensate or apologize or anything.

Nice place to host your event. My only issue with waterfalls is security. Base on the current situation that’s happening in Jamaica with crime violence they need a better security system in place. As it is right now anyone can just walk into your event. They need to do a guest list or something to prevent that kind of foolishness. Overall great place to host your event.

Great venue but for the size of the event only two servers was provided and that was poor. Food was horrible.

Timeless Thursdays are fun. Loved the oldies music and vibes. The food was good and the bar service was quick and friendly. I wanted to stay longer than 1am but had work in the morning. 😀

Everything was wonderful but there wasn't much parking space

Enjoyed the experience here with my friends. Mature patrons, good music (70's-90's on a Thursday night) and excellent service. They also host weddings, receptions, award ceremonies, dinners and other functions. They offer catering service as well. This entity has been around for years and have survived all the different climates . This speaks volumes about their offerings and service.

Waterfalls was amazing. The place is beautiful, the music is fantastic and the service is excellent. Would totally recommend this place to anyone seeking to have a great time as a group.

First in a long while I'm leaving a one star review. Now let me explain why. 1.The decor was lovely in the summerset Suite but it could have been even more lovely if all the lights were working. Photographers like myself and others had such a hard time working with the lights. Some were on warmer temperatures and some cooler. It doesn't look good in pictures and takes away from the mood. 2. The microphone. The microphone was taped up and I said to myself "that can't be good". But i had no idea just how 'not good' it would be. 😳 The mic was unusable, the MC was furious about it but tried to keep her composure. The WiFi was poor so the music kept buffering. I want a refund and it's not even my money. 3. The staff's lack of concern brothers me. From the look on their faces they are uses to it. And a friend I know had a worse experience than this where she had to actually be the DJ because the other person was nowhere to be found. Disrespectful.

Worst wedding reception choice. Lighting is terrible and there are no professionals dealing with the audio for the event. The wedding reception audio was ruined because of it.
