This place is fancy looking! Ambience is amazing! Didn't get a 5 star because the staffing wasn't as topnotch as the restaurant... No jokes. No, they weren't rude but very disorganized and a lot of times MIA, when you need something you just have to sit and wait until they show up! I had lamb, it wasn't bad and it wasn't exciting either. Chocolate cake is amazing!!! Nice place, I really really enjoyed it!

I must say I didn't have to think twice when giving 5 stars. The food and service everything was just amazing. Our waiter was pleasant and helpful. Made my girlfriends bday even more special. Thank you for a wonderful night

The decor is exquisite! The ambience is elegant but warm. The waiting staff is very professional but friendly too. The food is 11 out of 10. I felt very sophisticated looking out and above the scene below in an architectural feature. This place has an air of luxury to it's dining experience. Three thumbs up.

The service was very slow.. the team seemed disorganized even though we made reservations for 20 We got appetizers and entrée before we got our drink orders... The food was really good.

I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed by birthday dinner on October 1st at the Black Orchid. The service was very good, the food was excellent and Dave the Supervisor was extremely accomodating to my group of seven. I would definately recommend this restaurant. Its a great and cozy addition of Eden Gardens👍

Bought a ticket on Gustazo... The waiter didn’t offer a menu so even if we wanted anything else apart from what was included on the ticket that option wasn't given... (I guessed it was because we came with a ticket from Gustazo) after waiting forever for the food... the waiter went MIA before and after serving us.... no check up on or nothing... after we finished having our meal we got up and left.... when we reach at the bottom of the stairs that was when the waiter appeared at the window.... shitty service... food and ambiance was lovely.
