I went with some friends in honor of one members birthday. The outdoor seating was cozy and relaxing. Each person enjoyed their meal and expressed that they would want to visit again.

I mean the food isn't bad and the atmosphere doesn't deter you but it doesn't give you the welcoming feeling to sit and wait or dine. You kinda just want to get your food and go.

This was probably my 3rd or 4th visit...I enjoy the ambiance and whenever I need a wholesome and filing meal, I think of them. Their meals are well prepared and value for money.

The food here is generally good. But it is clear that some (possibly most) members of their staff do not understand what good customer service is; I would even say that it is an after thought for them. On my last visit my server seemed to want to leave as soon as possible whenever she came to the table. Each time I had a question for her all I saw was her back because she turned to leave so abruptly. On more than one occasion once she realised I was asking a question she did not stop, but continued walking and gave me an answer with her back turned. No eye contact whatsoever. Not to mention they messed my order up and did not rectify the situation in a satisfactory manner. I was just so upset that I just wanted to leave. The service really left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm not certain if I want to give them a another chance to change my mind. Also occasionally there was a foul sewage like scent that passed through the place. I'm not sure if this is their fault but its is something to consider if you plan on dining there.

Was my 1st time there and I wasn't too impressed. When food was being served, only one meal was taken (2 of us were dining). Nothing was said by the waitress as to how long the other persons meal would take to be ready. It took about 10 minutes before the 2nd meal was delivered. During the course of our meal, the waitress didn't check in on us to find out how we were doing. Left her a tip nonetheless.

The food was really bad probably the worst pasta I've had the food was salt even thou when I told the waitress she gave me another plate but it was the same thing had to throw it away waste of money I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone there alcoholic beverages was the only thing they didn't spoil for me

The food was great and the drinks were good. The young lady which served us was competent. The disclaimer was the insects which were pitching on my food and glasses which is unacceptable at a gourmet restaurant

This was by far the worst dining experience of my entire life. They only got a star because I couldn't leave a 0 star rating. The experience started with the entrance to the parking lot being blocked off because "parking was full." We drove around back and found parking. Once we found our way back to the restaurant we discovered the lot wasn't actually full but whatever, that's no big deal. While walking up the little entrance to the restaurant we were greeted by a foul odor that smelled like the sewage was backed up. But admittedly, we had been traveling and convinced ourselves that there was no way this was coming from the restaurant. Once we got inside, it was fairly empty, which for us hungry folks we took as a sign that it would be fast service. We headed towards a table that the waitresses were sitting at and they all literally dispersed. One emerged from behind the bar and said, "dining?" We said yes at which time she grabbed 3 menus and stood in front of us. Confused I askes, "should we just choose any where?" And with all the attitude in the world, she flared her nose and said yes. We then chose a booth towards the front that was away from other diners as wewere with my 2 year old and I didn't want to disturb the few other diners. The waitress (woman with short, blonde hair), was beyond rude and seemed annoyed when we didn't know what we wanted upon her 1st attempt to take our order. We eventually settled on the snapper burgers and chicken alfredo. She 1st brought out a quesedilla instead of the alfredo by literally putting on the table and leaving, with no chance for us to tell her that we didn't order it. My mom had to take it back to the bar. Eventuay we all got the correct orders. The snapper burgers were flat as a pancake and had clearly been left out of the freezer long enough to have gone bad. Our waitress was only willing to remove 1 from the bill, as my husband had already taken a few bites before realizing that it was bad. We weren't even willing to put up a fight because at that point we just wanted out of there. I do not recommend this place. The food is bad and the service is horrific. And it is horridly over priced for the nasty little portions.

Great food and the cost is reasonable

Great little spot to grab a quick bite or even sit and chat over dinner with friends. Options are many and varied and the prices are great too, especially when compared to other restaurants in the corporate area. In fact, their pasta dishes are much less than other places nearby, but the portions are excellent (can be shared for two or more) and taste amazing!

All meals were delicious. Wait time was minimal and the server/chef was pleasant and well mannered.

It's a rustic setting but the meal is usually delectable with prices comparable to other restaurants in its category. On this visit we had the chicken soup, spicy wings, shrimp alfredo and baby back ribs with potato wedges. The soup was a bit salty and the spicy wings were a yard from the pepper hence the 4 stars. The meal came quickly and server Sandra was pleasant...meal us generally consistent in taste.

The Full rack of bbq baby back ribs was fall off the bone succulent, the sauce had just the right kick to let you know it was prepared fresh.... The service was quick professional and with a smile!!@ New favorite pit stop.

Went for lunch, the food was good as usual. I always loved the relaxed outdoor vibe. I usually have their burgers but they have a good variety of food options. The location at Phoenix ave, has other restaurants and a general garden feel and the added parking next door helps. Not sure if they are opened on the weekends, need to check before going, been disappointed a few times.

Had to wait half an hour for a fried chicken lunch meal... Outside of that... The food was aight 👌🏾 ...

Used to order from them all the time, but 2 years ago I stopped permanently because a horrible experience. I had ordered their burger for my husband's birthday as it was his favourite at the time, he developed food poisoning from it and had to go to the doctor, upon reporting this to their staff/management I would have thought they would offer a discount or some form of consolation for what happened especially for a regular customer, but they informed me that I reported it too late, keep in mind, I ordered it a Friday night and he was sick the entire weekend and we had to be dealing with that so I didn't get around to reporting it till in the week, but supposedly that was too late. So yea I will never buy food from them again, after I told my family about this they no longer order here either and they were also repeated customers.
