    I really use to love your whoppers but for the past 8 years and more your whoppers can't call quarter pounder anymore, the texture is tough, oh so small and i find it very difficult to digest you have fallen from front runner.

    This Burger King should be used for training new employees and managers in the proper way to run an establishment that strives for excellent service. It represents the lowest end of the scale; extremely bad service even for Jamaica.

    It's convenient and in close proximity to home. There is adequate parking and a drive through service. Well trained staff, very friendly and helpful in decision making in choosing food. A wide variety of choice of food and beverages. They serve breakfast and the ambience, space and view is good if you decide to dine in. A nice place to cool out and relax, alone or with friends.

    I liked that they offered dining with covid going on and at the same time having the required distances between persons. Seating is done alternately and no more than two person to one of the seating area.

    I visited the drive through that had a shorter line than its competitor ; I guess it was contributed to by there efficiency in cashing and food preperation, cashier was patient with us,with some card trouble ,tall dark shearer was polite and entertaining and had a great sense of humour;I ask her to put a little extra fries in my bag and she said;only if I wasn't traveling with a female in the car ; isnt that jelousy🐴great service went on the10 march2023

    If I could close down a restuarant I would close this one it's completely and utterly a waste of space and location the servers are slow the kitchen is backed up even during a slow period in time, I went in got number 7 for my order and waited 20 minutes for fast-food while there were persons there with earlier orders who still haven't gotten through and I highly doubt they ordered something exotic from a burger King but yet some who ordered after me and had a LARGE order for an office was prioritized and sent out before serving someone who was there for a simpler order and this was actually shocked their order was already ready considering the amount of person in front... my recommendation is a mass retraining of the branch actually all restaurants it shouldn't take 20 mins for 2 sandwiches to come out and they had less items that a regular sandwich

    Our last trip was disappointing, there wasn't any mayonnaise, the temperature was off and the staff was slightly off key. However it's still my favorite place to eat hands

    Everytime I go to this location they mess your order up. If they don't forget an item, they give u the wrong thing. Even when they give u the right thing, guarantee that your bacon or jalapenos or any add on you pay for is going to be missing

    Stopped by to get breakfast quickly. They're usually slow here so that wasn't new but the croissant must've been old. Not sure if the air conditioner wasn't working or what, but luckily I had more portable fan with me.

    The location is probably one of the slowest in the country. This time the line was curled around the store almost to the door, with the staff barely doing much and the cashier allowing randoms to cut the line almost starting fights by the rest of us waiting, with the security missing in action. This store needs a change in management and supervision.

    Their drive thru card machines are always down and if it is up they state only tap. Remember not everyone has cash on hand and not everyone wants their card that easy to just tap off money. Plus their worker have really poor customer service faces are always unpleasant.

    Today was a good day. It must have been the time I went (2pm). Little to no wait time and surprisingly friendly service. The food and the service was good. However, inside was very hot. It's as if the AC isn't working or was off.

    The Burger King team were professional and pleasant. I got there almost 10:00pm and the staffs were working like they had just reported for work. I got my order within a reasonable time. I bought some Whopper Jr, Whopper and Chicken Whopper but they were really small.

    All is great with here except for the fact when you join the drive through line to order a number 3, and when you finally get to the cashier, you are told "sorry there is NO BACON". That's heart breaking

    Meals inconsistent in terms of quality from day to day. Not the freshest vegetables. Beverage on most occasions diluted and have an insipid taste. For the record I've been a loyal Burger King customer for years and has watched the decline in both service and quality

    Service always quick and flows smoothly.. Only have a concern after I see the person in the vehicle in from me give the staff garbage from their vehicle to dispose. We shouldn't do that in covid time, especially while you have other persons waiting to be served.

    This is their first location in Portmore across from the Portmore Mall. The full range of menu items are available from Burgers to Salads. The only disappointment with this store is the fact that the Kids Play Area has not been functional for the last several years.

    I had a terrible experience today, March_02, 2021. I bought three meals this morning and requested that the breakfast meal be separated. This request brought out extreme miserableness from the server who made a heavy sigh, physically grab the bag and brutally removed the contents and with sheer audacity left the contents exposed on the counter for more than 4 mins. Two other persons were served and my order was still there exposed. I asked why I'm not served yet, your meal is not ready was the reply. Would you take this meal? So why serve my meal and leave it exposed for 4mins. It doesn't make sense you complain Burger King does no serious investigation. Take what you get. If you don't like what you get go somewhere else. Training is seriously needed at the Portmore branch- Breaton. Many of these staff members goes out of their ways at time to embarass the company and its brand.

    Food was fresh and prepared well, service was fast in the drive through. Only thing the soda seemed like it wasn't cold from the fountain so it just melted the ice and was still room temp.

    Floor area and tables were dirty, workers move very slow both drive-thru & inside long wait... this was the Portmore plaza Burger King branch after 7:30. Friday, March 18th 2022. However I've had better experiences at the Manor park, HWT & Liguanea stores.

    Not good at all. The location at Portmore mall and the location at Braeton both were holding back on their stocks of chicken due to the impending increase. All on a sudden, no chicken nuggets or chicken for the chicken sandwiches. Very tacky move. Shame on the owners.

    Rarely full so waiting times are reasonable even with covid protocols. Service and food is fairly consistent. Sometimes they don't have menu items like bacon and I find their prices for add on items like OJ and pineapples to be ridiculous. Regardless, it's my go to bk outlet and one of the best fast food options.

    Everytime,I buy,I regret. The food is lacking taste these days.no pleasure. I buy from the Portmore branch and i stopped enjoying their meals. Bought last week a number 3. I had to throw it away. The egg was so raw in taste. Something amiss
