Don’t try buying from this place, they tell u you can pay online and pick it up at the store or they deliver to you for extra, but the problem is I walked the whole day looking for this “store” only to find out no body in the area have ever heard about this store and when I called the number a lady answered and gave me a different number to call, there’s no store, seems real sketchy so stay away from this store!!!!!! The other reviewers are probably the people who own this rubish, this seems like a scam tho.

I've called & received great over the phone service but the two times I've visited was not so, I was ignored when I walked in the store & the second time I felt as if I was bothering someone. They have good products at good prices but it seems as if the staff needs more customer service training (excluding the 2 gentleman I had the phone conversations with that were not in store both times). Editing my reviewing. After a month the earphones I purchased stopped working, now the BT speaker charging slot is giving issues & won't charge. Unfortunately the 30 day warranty was up the 2nd week of the month. Waste of money.

I have successfully placed 2 orders for delivery to St. Ann. Email confirmations were timely and my items were quickly shipped. Delivery to door and to post office were timely as promised. Would recommend and use this company again.

Customer Service was horrible. I called ahead of time and was informed that they have what I wanted. However, I asked the rep, if they have the item and she said she will check. I was looking around the store why she checked. I didn't even see when she came back, but a question was asked if she's a twin; because there is no way that she could be serving another customer that came after me without giving me an answer. I was upset at this point, wondering how can you not come back to me and give me any update. She said she did not see the item and I should speak with the person I spoke with on the phone, he was next door. I just walk out the store. Jamaica is lacking great customer service boii

This is my go to store when shopping online for family abroad. The service is fantastic. Just one con, sometimes out of stock items aren't updated on the site to indicate the item is out of stock. But they always contact to give other options or to refund you the cost of the out of stock item.

Great service but they don't always make their deliveries on time, if you have patience don't hesitate and place an order.

Nice, clean little store with lots of appliances from top to bottom. There was a minor issue that i had to have resolved. It was dealt with pretty efficiently. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there with my item in about 10 mins or so. I have plans to make future purchases and additional pickups at the location.

JAdeals is a good site if you're looking for cars but has room for improvement in terms of price matching and how legitimate some of these sellers are but good non the less.

Dwayne was great. Assisted me pretty quickly and suggested comparable products to what I wanted since it was out of stock.

I had a great experience here. The customer service reps were patient with me and gave excellent recommendations on alternate options. Item was properly packaged and the overall atmosphere was friendly, efficient and fun.

Mediocre, They keep advertising "fast delivery" but I live just 20 minutes from the store, yet it takes them 4-5 days for me to get anything. I've used both Cash on Delivery and my Card and its the same. Big waste of time.

Best service ever!!

Would not recommend. Went there to replace a cracked screen for which I was charged $12,000. I paid with no issue and went home to see my front camera not showing and my SIM card tray stuck.Went back to get it rectified and found out that phone tech got glue all over the camera and tray and even after "rectifying" it I realized my phone wasn't reading 2nd SIM. He got glue on that too. Staff was unapologetic and slight and even though he rectified it I left there with the sides of my phone dug up from him having to pull it apart so many times. Overpriced for subpar service.

They sell items and don't check the quality before handing it to customers, as well the clerks are nonchalant and don't really care about you as a customer

I had an issue and contacted them via all their methods of communication channels, but did not get any response. I was even left on read for several hours even though my issue was time sensitive. Their customer service is terrible. I don't know about the service at the location itself, but at least when it comes to online stuff they need to try harder.

If they had good customer service I would have given 5 stars but their Customer Service is the absolute WORST. They literally ignore your questions. The most you get a response from them is when it comes to you making a payment . Excellent customer service is 8/10 of any good busy. Products and delivery time is excellent though.

They have a wide variety of smartphones, accessories, and gadgets. Consoles and game CDs if you need them, at reasonable prices. It's a good stop.

The site seems to be dead. Update: It took three weeks, but I received my order. This is probably the closest thing to Amazon in Jamaica, plus they accept cryptocurrency. I just wish processing didn't take so long.

Apart from that one employee whose name started with an R, I think it was Romario, everything else was horrible. My delivery was done late and I had to call to receive the slip for collecting my package. On top of that, I had to pay to collect my package from Knutsford Express after I had already paid a delivery fee during the initial purchase process. Romario explained what happened and advised that I would be refunded the delivery fee I paid in 2-3 business days. This process turned into 2 weeks and I had to ask twice about it. Never again!

Still one of my favorite place to shop, just need more consistency with replacing goods and they'll be fine...

Good service

I tried to order an AC unit for my mother since July 23. This company has asked multiply time via email to share copies of my credit card, ID etc...and they still cannot verify or authorize the ID or payment (payment was verified by my credit card here in Canada). This is me trying to support a local business instead of Amazon. i had to cancel...unto Amazon. Poor customer service. Not once did they try to reach me by phone.
