We've been to multiple paediatricians over the years, and all have their strengths and drawbacks. We first came to Kidz Klinik late one evening with an asthma challenge, because our regular paed was closed, and it was the only available option besides taking our child to a hospital. Their 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. opening hours were a lifesaver. We also found the rates to be very reasonable. Having a consortium of capable doctors on hand gives us options to see a specific doctor, or an available doctor depending on our needs, and a second opinion is always a few steps away. The wait is long on account of the number of patients they see daily, but it's also testament to the number of parents who entrust their children's care to Kidz Klinik. Where possible, you can register and triage your child, then leave and return closer to the time that they will be seen. They will call to let you know when to head back. Their records and payments are digitally managed for greater efficiency. Some front desk staff members are a little more pleasant than others, but all are competent. And finally, having a lab, a pharmacy and other value added services available on the premises is also very convenient. Kidz Klinik, keep up the good work!

This is where I have been bringing my children for years. The Doctors are knowledgeable and the staff friendly and helpful. No issues there, apart from the Air conditioning as I believe that since a lot of coughing children come in, natural ventilation would be best. They have however put in place a mask policy where all adults and children must wear masks while inside the waiting area.

I have been coming here with my daughter from she was 6 weeks old. She is now 8 going on 9. My experience is always the same, I make an appointment, I wait. I walk in, I wait. Now I have my son and the situation seems to have worsened. I have been here since 9am, it is now almost 11am and I am being told that 9 persons are ahead of my baby. This is the last time I will be coming here. Not sure I will even wait.

There wasn’t an empty seat in the clinic when I went there today. Nonetheless, you could see that the staff was working efficiently to have everyone registered and ready to be seen by a doctor. Wait time was long, but I honestly didn’t even realize, not gonna complain about that. They’re clean too! The cleaning lady worked right around the clock, even wiping down the door handles!! Impressive! My doctor was nice: patient, she listened, and was thorough. 👍🏾

I did like the service when I went with my son when the doctor assessed him. The 2nd time, the Waiting times are too long. I had to leave and go elsewhere. I understand that some doctors don’t like to have a wait for patients and come late but it affects people to wait as well and young children can be irritable and restless when things take long. The front desk staff specifically one I spoke to was inflexible. I was trying to ask for an idea of how long I would wait to feel more at ease and she wouldn’t be specific. I call that inconsideration and poor customer service. I wish this culture we have of having long lines and crowd when it is not needed will stop. It is very frustrating to wait especially when you are spending your money and have other engagements and things to do.

Went today and I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Powell. She is by far one of the best, her personality and behaviour was very welcoming. My baby was attached to her, he was very comfortable and he's normally fussy with doctors. She will definitely be my children personal pedatrician when I visit again. Good job.

There are SOME good and personable doctors there. It's now pointless to make an appointment as you will be waiting around as long as everyone else. Front desk staff could try being more pleasant. Also, please put a listing of the doctors on duty so parents know who's on duty.

I must say dr Dickson is the best there. I would recommend anyone to go there just to c her. If u have a wait time she is worth the wait.

Today marks the last day that my hard earned money will be spent at this place. I scheduled an appointment two(2) days ago for 2:30 p.m. After waiting for sometime I asked the nurse/ receptionist at the front desk what was going on. I explained to her that at my child's last doctor visit , my aunt took her and she waited in vain to see the doctor that we had set an appointment with. Only to be told that she had to see another doctor after waiting for more than an hour. After explaining all this to the nurse/ receptionist I was reassured that I would be the next person in line today. After waiting for an hour today it was the same outcome. The receptionist/ nurse came back with a different story than we discussed . The receptionist/ nurse stated that the doctor probably had won't be able to see us today but we should continue waiting just in case. My partner and I took time off from work only to be severely inconvenienced. I ANNOYED, DISGRUNTLED & FRUSTRATED with the nonchalant behaviour of the employees that work here. They Ave mo respect for customer's time and they show no remorse at all for their customer's as they are not the ones affected by their INCOMPETENCE. Your staff needs customer service training, training sessions on how to be efficient as time is precious. Additionally, they need to learn accountability because soon and very soon all your clients will go just like I have if this is the type of service that you offer to your customers.

Professional staff. Good cadre of doctors. Good opening hours, especially on Sundays. Great alternative to going to a hospital. The only drawback is the waiting time which is understandable considering the great option they are. It would attract a lot of people.

So many options here. Always full though. My go to place on a sunday if my kids should get sick. I love the ambiance. Kid friendly and clean.

Been taking my daughter for 2 years, sometimes it's a bit of a wait, however, the friendly staff, clean space and attention to detail to my child is worth it. Highly recommended

poor customer service long waiting time i was there from minuites after 4pm and even after 7pm i was still there at one point i was told that one person was before me i waited for another half an hr went back to the nurse and 3 more went before me i grew faustrated and asking why all this and i was given some excuses after waited for over 3hrs i had to tell her to forget and all this nurse's reponse was ok i left with my kids. i would never go back there.

This is the only place I take my child to whenever she’s I’ll. They have never disappointed me! Dr. Royes is exceptional and it will always be my first choice.

Very competent cadre of pediatricians. I have had experience with at least four (whenever our preferred Dr. is not in) and they never disappoint.

Quick and efficient..lots of pediatricians on staff. By the time I registered my son they called me to see a doctor.

I visited recently with my son and was impressed with Dr Tosan Livingstone's meticulous evaluation and follow up care instructions. My only concern was the busy waiting area. Thankfully I was ushered to doc quickly after submitting my paperwork. I highly recommend Dr Livingstone if you're referred to a development specialist. 👌🏾👌🏾

The place is clean. Everyone is professional. They sell coffee inside. A pharmacy is right outside. The space is cool and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is a bigger sign being placed outside so its easier for people to find who don't know where it's located.

Doctor Gabay is super patient and extremely friendly. She has a tremendous personality and she dealt with my daughter well, as my baby is a very young and hyperactive child. She’s my baby’s doctor as of today.

The wait is relatively lengthy but the company's representatives were professional and polite.

DO NOT SEE DR. HOUSTON I REPEAT DO NOT SEE DR. HOUSTON. I went there with my 8 month old son who was very congested and extremely miserable with a cough. I told him I think he has an infection because of the signs I was seeing and told him exactly what those signs were. My son had a rattling cough with that I said his mucus is changing color which never happened before he gave me allergy meds and nose drops and say the cough will go away. GO AWAY WHERE????? I had to rush my child to the hospital because the cough got worse which then affected his breathing. When I reached the hospital the doctors informed me he had an infection all along. But because Mr. Houston never wa listen to the mother of the child because he’s the “professional” and what he says goes it nearly cost me my child! All Dr. Houston did was follow up with the forex market on his laptop under the table and not pay full attention to my child.

My eldest daughter has been attending Kidz Klinik since birth and she's now 14 years of age. However I've realized that the facility has grown 'patient wise' and because of that they are constantly full and if you make an appointment and you are half an hour late you have to wait at least an hour to see a doctor. This was my recent experience with my new baby. I had an appointment and was late but was told I would have to wait for two hours to see a doctor. There were even others who were there waiting for hours as well. It's unfortunate that this is so. I had to leave and go to another doctor because of the waiting time.

Worst experience ever, I went at 10am didn’t get through until 3pm. The doctor who assisted my two year old son was so unprofessional and made his symptoms worst without helping. That was surely my last time there.
