Above & Beyond is doing amazing works in the area of health and wellness. I cannot forget when I received a 3rd degree hamstring tear and thought I was never going to run again. As an athlete the thought was devastating. However I found comfort in the methods of therapy and the journey outlined for me from the above and beyond team. I found the therapist very easy to communicate with, treatment for my torn quad was done incrementally minimizing the risk of further damage, different techniques were used and explanation along with expectations given. I experience major back pains due to my spinal cord being curved from a severe fall I experienced. I have visited the chiropractor who basically "krick" my bones in less than 20 minutes but did not advise me of how to correct the issue. I was recommended to Dr Stephen Moncrieffe who guided and educated me above my issue and how to proceed with dealing with it. I have been to only three sessions and I have seen major improvements I.e my spinal cord is straightening itself and my back pains have reduced. Additionally Dr. Moncrieffe's customer service skills are on point. I highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Stephen Moncrieffe's clinic (Above and Beyond Physiotherapy) for my physiotherapy needs, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the clinic's atmosphere was welcoming and soothing. Throughout the sessions, Stephen displayed a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He skilfully utilized a combination of hands-on techniques, exercises, and state-of-the-art equipment to address my specific issues. His explanations were clear and easy to understand, and he encouraged me to ask questions and actively participate in my recovery journey.

I have been suffering from severe pain, numbness, tingling, and severe weakness in my back, hip, and continued all the way down to my ankle. My MRI report indicated that I have a bulging disc in the lower region of my spine, compressing the entire nerve root. I had difficulty sitting, standing, and walking. I cried night and day because of the severe pain. I tried chiropractor, accupuncture, and other physio therapists, but nothing worked. I was told that surgery is my only option, but I never gave up. This is my experience with above and beyond..... On September 2 2022 i met in a car accident, this was a head on accident in which air bags flew. I was wearing my sit belt so it throw me front to back. This as cause me to have pain in the lower back , my neck and shoulder......i was recommended to do physical therapy at above and beyond by Dr Stephen Moncrieffe. This experience was not just u have to do this and that to get rid of the pain ....it was more of a educating me so tht i can help myself ....he took the time to hear my problem tht i have and how best he could bring me back to my day to day activitie even after my session was up and i was still in pain he did not make it be about money it was more tht he as not complete his mission he is the type of person tht will check in to make sure tht u r doing the home assignment tht he give u to do and not jus leave u in it half way . And even now i can still call on him and he will listen and advice me on what to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone i know tht need therapy 👍
