I
really
enjoy
the
atmosphere
here.
Clean
and
instructors
who
really
seem
to
love
what
they
do.
My
negatives
are:
(1)
the
filming
of
the
classes
for
posting
on
social
media
without
any
prior
notice
to
attendees.
Recording
starts
at
any
moment
during
the
class.
As
an
alternative,
there
could
be
a
section
solely
for
video
recording
in
the
workout
room.
Not
everyone
wants
to
be
filmed
while
working
out,
and
then
posted
on
social
media
as
well.
(2)
The
classes
are
extremely
advanced
for
someone
just
starting
out.
There
are
established
workout
routines/choreography
used
in
some
classes
that
a
beginner
simply
can't
follow.
It
becomes
frustrating
because
the
instructor
is
simply
moving
too
fast
and
using
complicated
and
advanced
moves.
Perhaps
when
describing/selling
the
classes,
the
business
should
indicate
the
level
-
beginner,
intermediate
or
advanced.
Also
consider
having
classes
for
each
type
of
level
of
experience.
It
has
been
very
discouraging
for
people
like
me
who
are
just
trying
to
get
a
nice
workout
in.
In
the
cycle
classes,
I've
experienced
the
same
thing.
No
guidance
in
setting
up/using
my
bike
from
the
instructor
and
so
I
felt
very
lost
from
the
start.
E.g.
during
the
class,
the
instructor
just
yells
to
"increase
incline!"
What
does
this
mean?
Again,
with
the
cycling,
the
moves
are
very
advanced
for
the
beginner.
(3)
Hard
to
hear
instructors'
instructions
over
music;
just
ineligible
shouting.
Perhaps
mic
needed.
Hoping
the
new/beginner
attendee
will
be
considered
in
future
planning.
